Stayed for two nights with two kids (6, 8) and the location couldn't have been any better for a winter fun home base. The property was exactly as described in the listing and was very clean and well maintained. The host was immediately responsive when we had a question. I would highly recommend this property to others who are looking to visit the area!

We are in our 30s and love to stay at new places and snowboard new mountains. Just minutes from cranmore this was the property for us. It was smack dab in the middle of everything with shops and restaurants in abundance. It was a welcoming home with plenty of room a beautiful porch and plenty of amenities. We would and will stay again. 10/10 for us.

Very clean and super comfortable. It had everything we needed to have a ski holiday up in the North Conway area. Great communication with Nanci and excellent accommodations. We are so happy we stayed here!

Stayed with a friend and my dog. The house had everything I needed and was centrally located. We did a lot of hiking and it was nice to relax on the porch afterwards. The staircase is spiral which my big dog didn’t like. But he was happy on the main floor. Will definitely rent again.

Place was clean and convenient, Nanci was easy to talk to. Staircase was a bit warnky with bedrooms upstairs and only bathroom downstairs. Not ideal for families with toddlers or elderly.

This place was perfect for four of us up to snowboard at Cranmore for the weekend! It is small but very spacious. I don’t know how else to describe it! We were never on top of each other. It is perfect to be able to leave snow gear outside and come in to warm up and eat. The downstairs is cute and cozy and open. Upstairs the 2 bedrooms are bigger than they look in the pictures. We did not mind at all that the Home Depot is across the street. Actually we really like the central location. When the store closes it is quiet as can be. Nanci is a doll and was available but also gave space. She lives in the house behind but we did not see her except for check in and that was only because she was cleaning as we showed up a little early. She returned all texts and was gracious. It may not make sense for little ones or older guests just due to the spiral stairs, but we liked it a lot and will be back. Thank you miss Nanci!

Couldn’t have asked for a smoother more accommodating stay. Everything was as expected and some. Nanci was very responsive but not overbearing. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I have stayed multiple times for our annual trip to North Conway and always enjoy it.

Quirky place, starting with it setting off private road near Home Depot parking lot. In regards to the town and all of the stores it was in a great location. With bedrooms up a spiral staircase and bathroom downstairs, I would probably avoid it if I had toddlers and going to the restroom in the middle of the night when dark can be tricky. Our host had a well supplied kitchen and the house was really kept clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

If you know the area, you know it's got access to all the outdoor activities too. The place is kid-friendly too, with a Pack'n'Play and a baby gate. Our family of four found this place to be perfect! Great location to walk to outlets and set back so that you don’t feel like you are on rte 16. Full size beds for each or us and all the amenities made it feel like our own cabin in the mountains. Would definitely book again winter or summer!
