the apartment is very spacious great for group travelling. it has everything we need. the self checkin keyless system is smartly designed.

Clean confortable, all necessary items are available inside. Easy check in any time. Bathrooms very pretty, bedrooms comfortable. Grocery shop close to appartment. Best beach available in walking distance.

The location was great, very close to the city center. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, very nice touches on the design. The hosts were spectacular they offered to helps us with the parking which was great for us given the traffic in Italy :). There will be no other option for accommodation for us when we return to Bari next time. Be sure we will return to you next time :) Thank you for everything Massimo!

Everything would have been okay if the incident at the end of our stay wouldn't happen. We left our luggage for 2-3 hours after the check out, and at that time two cleaning ladies came to the apartment. We believe they looked through our things (we saw they were packed differently) and took out small things that they thought we wouldn't notice missing. We came to the apartment a little bit earlier then they expected, and after getting back our bags, one friend noticed her whole make-up bag was missing and quickly went back to check it, but the ladies didn't speak English and were just making gestures like they didn't know anything. Make up bag was found opened, and friend's things were hidden in the cupboard under bedsheets in the room where she didn't even sleep. We were in a hurry to the airport, but after coming home we found out more things were missing from two other baggages, fortunately not of much value. We all saw each other packing, and we are sure we didn't left anything. We travel a lot and always check every room, under the beds and in the cupboards. Besides we didn't have that much staff. We wrote to the host but he denied everything, and said the ladies were his family.
It's the first time ever something like that happened to us. Please be careful.

The apartament looks much much better in reality than in pictures. Massimo pls invest in some professional photo session :) Your flat deserves for it!
Specious, very well equipped, comfortable, with two great bathrooms and really nice - I felt in it like at home.
For us the localisation was key and the Central Loft fulfilled our expectations. Just in half way between very nice beach and old town (ca 10 minutes walk each way via promenade).
The owners are very helpful, very kind and focused on quests and their needs/questions etc. We asked for earlier check-in and the apartment was waiting for us very clean and fresh 2,5h before standard check in time. Impressed having in mind that other quests checked-out in the morning that day. Brava :)! Massimo thank you once again for taxi arrangement. That was helpfull.

The accommodation was absolutely amazing. Lots of space for a large family, clean, in a great location, well equipped, I especially appreciate the two bathrooms and a dishwasher. The host was very nice, gave us a lot of types of restaurants, beaches, shops and even sent me a dress in the mail that I forgot there. I absolutely recommend.

Kind and friendly owners, let us bring our baggage before check in and check in was earlier. Apartment located near the beach in the center of city, supermarket 2min walking, very nice bars and restaurants near. Quite and beautiful building. Everything for cooking, cleaning was inside. Two balconies, 2 bedrooms very comfortable. We forgot something in apartment and the owner sent it to Rome without any problems.
