About this house rental
Nestled in Sussex County, this lovely house for £705 per night is a great option for your next break. Large, fabulously appointed multi-million dollar home in the private, gated North Bethany community of The Preserve. The Preserve is the most sought-after community in North Bethany and is the only community east of the highway that has its own pool and tennis court. The private beach is large, expansive and never crowded. The house was recently gutted and renovated with wood floors throughout, Subzero appliances, granite, 7 bathrooms, 4 king masters with their own bathrooms, and no expense was spared. The house is truly a Showcase Home. The home is 25 yards from your own private beach with lifeguards. The house is an easy walk/jog or bike-ride into the town of Bethany (about 1.5 miles). The house has plenty of parking so you will never have to hunt for a parking spot. The pool is large, has a roped off area for kids, an adult swim area and a lifeguard. The house also has 2 desks and chairs for folks that want to work while at the beach. The house features great ocean views.. The house has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. There are 6 expansive decks and a spacious 'tower room/den' as a special get-away area for the kids or adults. The house sleeps 17/18 with 4 rooms with kings; one room with 2 twins; a room with 4 bunk beds and a queen; and a queen sleeper sofa on the 3rd floor. The house features wi-fi and 4 TVs . The house is 3 houses from the beach (a short 1 minute walk). The house is east of Route 1 and you walk directly to the beach and there is no need to cross the highway. The house is ideal for large family gatherings or multiple families vacationing together. There are 4 king master bedrooms with their own private baths. One room on the first floor is connected to a hallway bathroom. This twin room can be turned into a master bedroom by locking the bathroom hallway door. Therefore, there can be a total of up to 5 master bedrooms. Every living area and bedroom has an adjoining deck and the house has many get-away spaces. The house is only 20 yards from the pool so walking to the pool or tennis court with little ones is easy (a one minute walk). You will be thrilled with both the community and the house. This was the most beautiful vacation home we’ve ever stayed in. Not only was it the perfect location (only a half a block from the beach) with beautiful views and upscale luxury property, but Vic made a point to mail us the keys with a list of restaurant and activity recommendations, leaving me with very little research to do for our family! It was like having a surprise travel agent with our trip. Check in was seamless and Vic was very flexible when we arrived early not knowing how traffic would be with our little ones. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property just steps from gorgeous beach and community pool. Layout good for families. Well equipped. One king bed should be replaced as it sloped down on the sides and was uncomfortable for sleepers

Vic’s house was perfect for our long weekend getaway. Just steps away from a beautiful, clean, and private beach- watching the sunrise every morning was easy and our favorite part. His house was remodeled, beautifully designed and decorated. We had more than enough room to spare even with our 3 families and especially appreciated the huge dining table, all the king size beds and private bathrooms. Vic was super responsive, kind, and helpful. Thank you, we hope to be back again!

The house was perfect for our family and very clean! The kitchen is well equipped. Everything you could possibly need. The location is fantastic as it’s 2 houses to the beach and 2 houses to the pool. We had little ones so we split our time between beach and pool with ease.

This house was so lovely, very nicely updated, immaculate when we got there, and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was super quiet and we loved how close the beach access was. The layout was great, everyone was very happy with their rooms, and we were never short on seating. No clutter or leftover stuff from past renters, so it makes it super easy to clean out at checkout, but bring any spices etc you need. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the important stuff you need, nice knives, cooking tools and cookware which so many rentals don’t have. Vic was super easy to communicate with, we’ll definitely be back again!

Amazing house!
We had a wonderful lovely weekend celebrating my father's 80th birthday! Check-in process was seamless. There were some issues with things broken in the house but we got in touch with the owner and he sent a handyman over right away. I was very impressed with his promptness. The house is beautiful! Very large and spacious and very close to the beach. My kids loved playing tennis at the tennis courts in the complex. Would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation.
I have one concern. And that is the sturdiness of the railings on the decks on the third floor. I fear that if a few adults were to lean against them they might fail and someone may fall from the third floor.

Great property. Unfortunately a storm the night before we arrived fried some cable cords and once we became aware of it , Mediacom could not come to fix problem until 2 days before we left. For the amount of money we paid we would have expected that the problem, if not diagnosed before our arrival, could have been fixed right away. But the owner and property manager were very responsive; Mediacom could have done a better job for their customer.

Our Family loves Bethany Beach and very much enjoyed our stay here. The house is full of nice, comfortable furnishing. The kitchen has all you need and the location can't be beat. We met some very nice neighbors and having the community pool as an option was great for some of our family.

Beautiful vacation home
We had an amazing week staying at this property. The location and home couldn’t have been better. Our extended family of 16 fit comfortably and the accommodations were exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of space for all to gather together and the private beach was great for the kids to run around! Such a beautiful home.

This property is located in the most beautiful neighborhood, less than one block from the beach, with an incredible layout for large families or groups of friends. The master guest rooms give every space, the living space is large and the kitchen is fabulous!

The upstairs living area was very spacious and provided our party with many places to spread out. Bedrooms were comfortable with high quality furnishings and mattresses. I could go on and on. We have stayed at many rentals. This house was by far the best. It’s renovated to a pristine condition. It’s clean. It’s steps away from a private beach. The owner was very nice and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing stay in the off-season at a beautiful property and location
Our family of 7 really enjoyed staying in Vic's beautiful home in Bethany Beach for 6 weeks in the off-season. We had 3 adults working remotely, and had plenty of space to spread out and work. The property was as-pictured, clean, and with a very well-equipped kitchen. We really appreciated the up-to-date TVs/technology for streaming, Apple airplay, etc, in all the bedrooms. WiFi was as reliable as it gets for this area (I have visited Bethany frequently and know that in these beach towns WiFi can go in and out periodically), and we appreciated that Vic communicated in advance that WiFi could be spotty. The 3 of us working remotely occasionally used our phone hotspots for WiFi with no issues. Most of all, on top of the GREAT location just a stone's throw from beach front, we appreciated how easy it was to communicate with Vic and how friendly and welcoming he was. Thank you so much for a GREAT stay!
