My husband and I spent the holidays in this perfect condo on beautiful Madeira Beach.The condo was everything we could have wanted. It was absolutely spotless, tastefully decorated, and well-supplied with all that we needed to enjoy ourselves, including every kitchen amenity you can think of. The view from the balcony was amazing! The location was perfect, with easy access to John's Pass (walking distance!) and all it has to offer. With this delightful condo as home base, we enjoyed Madeira Beach as well as St. Pete's so very much! We will be back!

Had an amazing 9 nights in this unit. The pictures are exactly what the unit is and everything we needed was supplied. Honestly don’t think there was one thing it was missing. It has an amazing view of the gulf with a very large balcony. Everything seemed to be recently painted along with the outside of the entire building. The entire building/property is very clean. The extra items that are supplied like beach chairs, umbrella, towels etc. are wonderful and in excellent condition. We enjoyed the large hot tub and pool and the many walks on the beach. John’s Pass is an easy walk, We made lots of memories during our stay and would definitely not hesitate to rent this unit again.

This condo was great!! It had everything that you needed, it was roomy and comfortable, by far one of the largest one bedroom units we have ever stayed in. It was as the pictures and descriptions described. Location was great, you could walk down the beach (1/2 mile) and end up at all of the shops and restaurant.

Very nice views and condo. Comfy bed and furnishings. Would have liked a bath product other than the very inexpensive and very small bar of soap. A few more amenities would have been appreciated for the price. Towels decent.

The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We enjoyed the location, right on a gorgeous beach, close to John's pass, Shell key preserve, and everything we wanted and needed. We had our small wedding just down the beach path next door and will definitely be back to reminisce and relax here again soon. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely condo.

We just returned from our 5 night stay. Thank you very much, Colleen, for accommodating our early flight. We were very pleased with everything.
The condo was exactly as pictured, and in excellent condition. We really enjoyed watching pelicans and dolphins during breakfast every morning and sunsets every evening.
The entire property was well kept and a short walk to John’s Pass that even us “Seniors” could handle. We hope to make this a yearly trip and would love to stay here again.

Nice condo with great view, sunsets and beach
Unfortunately listing didn’t disclose elevators only work occasionally,
Out of 4 days 3 had lengthy durations the one elevator was out of order.
Climbing 6 floors with gear, one bad knee was hell.
Not impressed and will take appropriate action as landlord doesn’t seem to care.

The condo is exactly as described. Absolutely beautiful! Very easy to find and close to shopping and restaurants. The building is very quiet. Pool and beach area are very clean. Definitely will be returning

Only issue was not even the property. It was the beach. Town needs to clean up beach . Bad smelling dead seaweed need to be cleaned up.

This is a wonderful unit! We have stayed in this building in the past and this is the nicest unit we have stayed in. It had everything we needed and was beautifully furnished. Colleen made the check in process super easy and gave us all the detailed instructions we would need for our stay. We are looking forward to coming back!

This was a wonderful property to stay in for several days at the beach! We had a great view from the balcony, and we had beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a couple of pool noodles, as well as beach towels, to make beaching easy. The place was clean and comfortable. Plenty of kitchenware and supplies, but bring your own salt and pepper and coffee. The only hiccup we had was checking in - very difficult to reach the owner and get it resolved - but she was very apologetic about it. As it seems like that was a one-time issue, we would stay again.

Everything was beautiful. Condo was clean and had everything you could need including beach chairs. The view from the balcony was awesome and that was our favorite place to start and end the day. Hope to return soon.

This condo is a great place to stay on the beach. It is walking distance to several restaurants and St. John's Pass. We had a great time, enjoyed the view, and the ease of check-in and out. The owner communicated well and made things very easy. The views are spectacular!

The condo was beautifully decorated and equipped. We appreciated that beach towels were provided, as well as a cooler. Would definitely stay in this condo again.
This isn't the owner's fault, but the elevator was not working when we arrived, so we had to carry luggage and groceries up 6 flights of stairs. After the first day, the elevator worked but was slow.
Also it would be nice if they made all of the codes the same, as it was hard to remember which code to use ie elevator, pool gate, beach gate, pool bathroom.

This was our second stay at this property. It was an absolutely perfect week. The condo is fully equipped with updated appliances and furnishings. The view is breathtaking. We will definitely stay again!!

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful area and the guest at the condo were very friendly. Started off on the wrong foot with an issue with toilet, however everything was addressed promptly.

This was exactly what we were looking for when we traveled to Florida for our anniversary. I love the Gulf side of Florida and this place did not disappoint. The “only one elevator” for so many floors is ridiculous. It also malfunctioned for a couple days while we were there but that’s no fault to the owner of the condo where we stayed, she was excellent. She’s super responsive and lives nearby. I would stay here again. It’s clean and spacious for two people. We would walk to John’s Pass and take the trolley to St Pete’s. Great location and gorgeous views as you’re right on the beach!

There was a glitch with the elevator a couple of days, which Colleen made us aware of as soon as she knew. The pool/hot tub area was kept clean and we enjoyed using the grilling area often. We loved that the unit is updated and very comfortable. We miss it and hope to get back there in 2023.

Cute condo complex right on the beach. Watch the sunset from the balcony. Location is perfect for a nice walk to John’s Pass for shopping and restaurants or jump in the car to drive around the barrier islands. Excellent host, checked in to make sure everything was fine and even took the time to email recommendations of restaurants and things to do.

The condo is even better than described. My daughter and I loved it, the view was amazing, the property was great and Colleen thoughtfully checked on us the day after we arrived. We definitely plan to book again.

Beautiful condo!!
Absolutely perfect condo!!! Spotless and so comfortable!! The kitchen was stocked well so you can have a quiet meal there. Bed was extremely comfy!! Beach gear and towels are provided as well. Check in was so easy and Colleen was so easy to work with! She even called to check on us!! We are already planning our next stay!!!

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. It was nice and updated and the owner checked in and was on call if we needed anything! Beautiful beach front view from the balcony, the beach wasn’t crowded and only a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants and Johns Pass Village.

My dream vacation, completed!
This condo is fantastic! Super clean, updated everything. Hostess is friendly and responds immediately. I will definitely stay here again. And again. Safety a plus with entry codes. Everything you need is here. Next time i bring my husband although having a few days to myself was magical! The closest to the beach I’ve ever had. Sand and ocean footsteps away. I’ve traveled the world and this trip tops mostly all of them.
