Nestled in Satellite Beach, this charming condo for £101 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Paradise Beach Club 113 is proudly owned by 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast! Enjoy all of the benefits of having a ground floor unit without having to sacrifice an excellent view of the Ocean with this spectacular unit. This unit is perfect for relaxing on your private patio, enjoying the well-maintained lawn, pool and other great complex amenities. This unit is perfect for anyone, especially those with children, with the large grass area right outside your unit offering plenty of room to run and play. Also perfect for those who are looking to travel with their pets, you're steps away from a gated pet area. The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom has a king bed, guest bedroom has two twin beds and the living room has an air mattress if required. The unit has two fully remodelled bathrooms and is fully stocked with linens and towels. Enjoy all the amenities you want right on site including two BBQ stations, two fenced dog parks, bocce ball, shuffleboard, fitness room overlooking the pool and Ocean, and heated pool.The building is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, an hour from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes South of Cocoa Beach. Everything you need is conveniently located close by including a large Publix (grocery store) and movie theater right across the street. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants located within a short drive. There are a maximum of two dogs allowed and no dangerous dog breeds are allowed. By renting with the Stay in Cocoa Beach Family, you are guaranteeing yourself an easy, hassle-free vacation. We are available for you to call at any time and are always happy to answer any questions you may have. Together, my siblings and I have been renting in the Space Coast area for over 10 years. BOOKING TIP: Discounts are automatically applied for stays 7 nights & greater! The longer you stay, the bigger the discount! Please be advised that a small condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club from April 2022 to October 2023. It will not impact any building amenities, like the pool, or obstruct your view or access to the beautiful beach & ocean. Please note we're currently unable to process Affirm payments.

We really enjoyed this place!! It’s literally 20yds from the beach. The building is designed and built where every condition has a view of the ocean. This bottom floor unitz, has a sliding glass door that opens to a nice grass area. On the other side of the grass area, is the boardwalk to the beach. The condo is spacious and looks to be newly remodeled. We willcome back again !

This was the perfect place to stay for our family of four with two toddlers. We loved that it was on the ground floor and close to the beach access. It was easy to walk back up for potty breaks, snack breaks or things we forgot which was amazing. The pool is also a short walk away and was always clean and very warm! We never had a problem finding chairs around the pool either which was great. The condo was very clean and well equipped with any cooking utensil we could need, plenty of towels and beach chairs/umbrella for shade. We loved the recommendation list that was emailed before our stay, we went to several restaurants and places on the list and enjoyed them all! Communication and check in was also seamless. This was such a wonderful place to stay, I can’t recommend it enough for any families considering coming here. We are hoping to be back next year!

Just what we had hoped for
We really enjoyed our stay. Having a walkout patio on the first floor made it so easy for the our older kids to head in and out to the beach. The communication was so fast when we had questions. We even reached out to see if we could purchase the day before us last minute as our travel had changed and it was seemless.

Love the fact that we can bring our four legged kids too. Really laid back environment, nice pool on beach side but be careful because there is rocks in the ocean in front of the condos. Its really magical around turtle nesting season but please have respect for these beautiful creatures, use the lights you are supposed too (or if caught there could be fees), stay back 10 feet, and enjoy watching them. The process can be an hour to three. Surfin Turtle is great place for ice cream, love their Dole Swirl and their turtles on site. Cibelli's for pizza and if you are feeding a group or love pizza for breakfast order the 24" one but make sure you can fit the box in your car! LOL Sebastian Inlet is a beautiful state park south about 40-45 mins with beautiful scenes. Check the rocket launch schedule, so cool, you can see if right from the beach. Downtown Melbourne is great. The Burger Place and Backwater are cool. At Backwater you can order the color pack of pancake mix and make your own pancakes at your table, they only have 8 tables like this and fill up quickly, I suggest going during the week, not weekends. Arcade Monsters in Melbourne is awesome for a rainy day or if you have had to much sun. Largest arcade in the world! Its about 19 bucks per person for unlimited games and serve food and drinks. Brevard Zoo is great spot too!

We have a 4 & a 2 year old and a crawling infant. This could not have been more perfect for our family. A spacious living room, a grassy area to get the wiggles out, the pool and the beach were wonderful. There was pac-n-play in our unit and a smart tv in every room. So happy we booked our vacation here!

Awesome stay at Paradise Beach Club
WOW! Brought the daughter and grand children this time. They loved the facility, the access to the beach and the pool. I loved the renovations and especially the washer/dryer inside the condo. Much needed with the family. Will definitely be back with the family. Thanks Zareh!

Nicely renovated unit. Overall fantastic spot. We experienced some internet issues as we were working for the week but that was the only issue we had.

This was a nice, clean unit. Check-in was easy but don't arrive thinking to check in early. Grounds were great. Bbq grills weren't very effective at cooking because of the proximity to the beach breezes. Pool was nice. Publix was within walking distance and made it easy to shop without taking a vehicle. Property and beach were quiet and fairly secluded - which is why I tried it.
They say they are dog friendly but the dog areas are a mixture of paving stones and artificial turf, both of which get hot. Dogs aren't allowed on the grass so there's really no where for the poor dogs to do their business during the hot day.
The water is full of coral and the pitch of the shore is steep. Makes it difficult to boogy board or swim. Our feet and legs got cut up from the coral and the riptides were horrible. I usually go to Cocoa Beach and have not experienced the coral issue there.

Great location and user friendly as advertised. Caution if you have neighbors above you, very loud.. Not as clean as it should be and the beach chairs and umbrella were broken. Should have just brought my own... Live and learn..

Four days in a row we had to leave the pool because our two year old was scared of the noise. A heads up would of been nice an maybe schedule time for cuts or make them go to the parking log. Many annoyed during this time we were also trying to relax around the pool.

Cool and calm cocoa beach
Booked this trip a week ago for myself and my pregnant with twins wife and can’t say how much we enjoyed it. The location was great. The place was spotless and spacious. Had beach chairs boogie boards everything . 10 second walk to a very non crowded beach I would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy , relax and reset from many of life’s problems . Thanks we will be back soon!!

Great for family and pets!!
We just checked out after an amazing week at PBC!! The location cannot be beat and the condo was perfect for our family of six plus our dog! We had plenty of space and everything we needed at the condo! The pool was a great size and being able to see the ocean was so relaxing and exactly what we needed. The condo was private enough that if you are still nervous about traveling you can keep your distance! Especially with the contact less check in and check out! We will definitely be back!

Great Family getaway
We enjoyed our Spring break in this condo, very much. The area was beautiful. Being right in the beach was amazing, we will definitely be back. The whole process was simple, from booking to checking in. The host, Emma was awesome and answered my questions right away. I would definitely recommend this place, for a family it was perfect. Our 3 daughters, aged 12 to 22 liked using the boogie boards in the ocean, and swimming in the warm water of the pool! Can't wait to come back.

LOVED our stay!
Outstanding, well furnished unit and very clean! So great beach towels, chairs/umbrella and even fishing pole holders provided. My teenage sons loved fishing on the beach, my daughter collected many shells, the pool was heated, and our dogs enjoyed the fenced-in dog area. Great access to Publix and take out restaurants right across the street. We have already booked to return to the same unit - HIGHLY recommend!

The condo is great for pet owners but may cause issues if you have pet allergies. Overall, the experience was very, very good! We thought the condo was a great value for the price!!!

We ended up being very happy on the corner bottom unit #113. Easy access did not half to use elevators/ stairs beautiful view easy access to pool and beach. Friendly people nice community and on site management helpful when needed.

Love Paradise Beach Club
We have stayed at Paradise Beach Club for many years while in FL for vacation. We recently moved to FL and stayed there for 2 months while our home was being built. We absolutely love The Club, the on-site staff and location. It's convenient to groceries, restaurants, everything you could want/need. Oh and the beach? Fabulous! You'll love this place! Our only issue on our long term stay was the internet dropping out which was an issue when trying to work from "home". Otherwise fabulous!
