About this condo rental
Nestled in Satellite Beach, this charming condo for £108 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Paradise Beach Club 101 is proudly managed by 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', the top vacation rental manager on the Space Coast! Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony. Enjoy all the benefits of having a ground floor unit without having to sacrifice an excellent view of the OCEAN. This fully renovated unit is perfect for relaxing on your private patio, enjoying the well-maintained lawn, pool and other great complex amenities. Unit 101 comes fully stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The living room has a pull-out sofa if required. Both bedrooms have smart TV's. All bed linen, bathroom towels and beach towels are provided – travel light, no need to bring your own! Travelling with your four-legged best friend? Great! Our dog travels everywhere with us and we're so glad to hear you're bringing your dog too! The pet “relief” area is located just steps from the unit so you don't have to go far in your jammies for that morning potty break. Two dogs are permitted. Sorry, no cats or dangerous dog breeds. Paradise Beach Club is centrally located – 20 minutes from Melbourne Airport (MLB) and 1 hour from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Publix (grocery store) and several quick service dining options are located just across the street. You can also stock up at the local Costco which is just 10 miles away. Other areas of interest include: Port Canaveral Cruise Terminal (28 min / 16 miles) Kennedy Space Center (40 min / 29 miles) Brevard Zoo – Voted BEST zoo in North America (18 min / 11 miles) Cocoa Beach (15 min / 10 miles) USSSA Space Coast Complex (21 min / 15 miles) Orlando Attractions (1 hr 15 min / 75 miles) Planning a day trip to visit the Orlando attractions and need someone to check in on your dog while you're out? Two things we wish were different . It’s an older building noise from upstairs was an issue . Also people saving pool chairs for days at a time not enough for everyone to enjoy the pool .

Let me say the condo was nice. The appliances were new or near new and worked fine. The beds were uncomfortable. There was no grab bars in the walk in shower. The manager Jerry was very helpful and did a great job. He should get a raise in pay.

Roomy and clean. Perfect ground level condo for kids and pet. We have stayed at this location 2 times and had good experiences on both occasions. The condo has been upgraded with very nice amenities.

We stumbled across Paradise Beach Club in 2018 and have never looked anywhere else! The location is perfect for us. We love having easy beach access, a pool, and the bill grill right outside our door to grill on. There is plenty of space inside and the washer/dryer are a game changer. We always recommend Paradise Beach Club!!

Dual master bedrooms with bathrooms were perfect for our family vacation.
Fantastic communications including updates regarding rocket launch so we wouldn’t miss the excitement.

We enjoyed staying on the Beach with our Beagle for her first vacation. The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. I was pleasantly surprised because I expected with a dog it would not be as nice as we are used to, but it was perfect. It is a shame that a new condo is going up so close but that is progress.

This property is well located with all necessary surroundings such as restaurants, supermarkets, etc for easy holidays. The apartment is newly refurbished and pleasant. The swimming pool is awesome. The beach is perfect for enjoying bath and tanning as well as fishing. Last but not least, the management is welcoming, helping the guests as much as possible. I want to thank particularly here Ajay and Jerry for the excellent assistance they provided to us. Michel H.

Loved the location on ground floor since we had 2 dogs. Unit was lovely; updated and clean. Kitchen is a little sparse with supplies but we made it work. Quiet area and lovely pool and beach access.

Pretty condo
Paradise Beach club 101 is a very pretty condo which has a lovely, modern kitchen and nice bathrooms. Everything is new and it has really nice furnishings as well. It is just steps to the beach and pool but is around the corner which has a private feel which we prefer to the busy pool area. There is also a dog park area right outside & a lot of green grass which would be ideal if you had a dog with you. The only drawback was a lot of fencing materials stacked outside our condo which we weren’t told about ahead of time but they’re putting up a new fence which will be really nice. It looked like it was being picked up the day we left so I’m guessing it will be gone & really pretty there once complete. Overall a great condo & very convenient to a Publix right across the street too! Thank you!

Great feature and benefits of this condominium. Extremely spacious. Beach location was wonderful. However, there was construction going on regarding the sea wall, so there were constant workers walking by our patio. I’m sure it will be beautiful when it’s complete!

We wish items (couches & quilt) were cleaner-both smelled bad. Master bed mattress needs replacing. Otherwise was a well kept condo.

Cleanliness needs to be better!
We loved the location and the convenience of the ground floor unit. My only complaint is about the cleanliness. When we sat down on the couch we could smell dog urine, which was coming from under the table. The king bedding was covered in long dark human hairs but we were immediately given a new set of linens. At night, there were huge water bugs in the kitchen coming from under the sink because the concrete is falling apart around the pipes! Communication with the manager was great tho and we will definitely be back!

The Ocean was beautiful
Overall we really enjoyed ourselves. The condo was clean and comfortable. The building is nice and sound proof except for the ceiling/floor. We could hear chairs being moved on the floor above us , one Saturday until as late as 11:00. They need to either place rugs down or padding on the chair legs. Only other complaint is the lack of kitchen utensils, only 4 forks! You need some larger bowls also, and an electric can opener. Nice to have a supermarket right across the street. This unit is located on the end of the building, so it nice and private . You do have the shuffleboard , a community grill, and a fenced in area for dogs at the end of the building as well. People were very respectful and quiet.

Great spot for a getaway
Second stay at PBC and place looked like it was being well maintained. Had everything we needed. Quiet and convenient . Do wish they had some real grass in dog areas but overall a great visit.

This property was great. The beach access was wonderful and everything was clean and as shown in the pictures. My daughter, mother and myself all had a great time and would love to stay here again if given the chance.
