Hotel location is difficult to reach and they are charging extra amount for GST Rooms are very tidy un ventilated un hygienic bed and blanket not at all worth the amount Photos on the website are fake

This hotel is the worst hotel in delhi sadar bazarr. Yaha sirf gande kaam hote hai bahii kabhi mtt jana wha or kbbi mtt rukna waha. Police rade v prr jata hai...

Delhi ka sabse bekar hotel hai ye kbbi mtt jana bahii app log.. Iska service 1 dam bekar hai isee accha station pe rukk jana mgar iss hotel me kabhi mtt rukna app log mai 3 din raha bu 1 din me room service krne wala nhi aaya hai..

if anyone wants to book this property they are going to waste thier money .

nothing i liked about this property worst experience ever in my booking history.

staff was bot helpful, staff were not friendly, eating tobacco’s etc.rooms were so dirty that you wont even sleep thr. i payed money and had no other option so had to stay . no hot water given . they gave us bucket heater to warm the water. sheaaa worst experience ever in my life .

What ever is shown on the picture and the name of the hotel is different . Try searching hotel somewhere else . Rooms are too small and bedsheets are dirty . We tried calling hotel manager 16 times they didn’t recived the call . Original name of hotel is roma delux other wise you won’t get the location

i have booked my room from booking.com with so so amount for my uncle anty when they reach to the hotel the hotel stuffs

i have booked my room from booking.com with so so amount for my uncle anty when they reach to the hotel the hotel stuffs were like the room quality is bad not good for family and blah blah and they were forcing my uncle for upgrading the room with more money as the time was already late they didn’t wanted to make scenes they gave more money and took a room over all this thing’s are not acceptable I myself will never book room from here and I’ll never recommend it in future to anyone

Waste of money totally

If u want to book this hotel donot book it because if u wanna waste your money then u can book it . This is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen in india . I travel National and international but this is the poor service hotel . Totally waste of money .

the stuff were so rude, I paid for an Ac room but I only got a fan room, the place was so dirty even after telling them to clean multiple times . they were cockroaches . it’s not a good place

Full of scammers

There is nothing to like about that hotel. Just very very bad service.

The staff is full of scammers. Pepole who booked by oyo or booking.com , staff forces them to cancel booking and asks to offline booking with some extra charge so that they get all the profit. And the staff behavior is very very bad, rooms are dirty, they just want only your money. Very very bad service and scams. Never recommend by me.

Only staff is comfortable.

There is no cleaning and room has big cockroaches. Also AC is not working properly. Also construction is going on so very noises coming.
