This beautiful waterfront lake house is located on Big Bass Lake and is the perfect place for family vacations and getaways. Whether you relax on the private beach, launch a boat or fish from the dock, or enjoy the spacious interior, you are sure to have a relaxing and fun experience. Guests have access to kayaks, a canoe and rowboat, and are just steps away from the community beach and playground. The large deck has a grill and plenty of seating, and a fire pit provides the perfect place for roasting marshmallows. Inside the house, the fully equipped kitchen and spacious and open layout are ideal for large gatherings and meals. The house was very clean and well stocked. The location was perfect. Its located right next to the beach which has a playground and volleyball net for the kids. It also has a nice shallow swim area.The lake was beautiful and well stocked with fish. The kids can fish right off the dock. The rowboat, canoe, kayaks, and paddleboards were great. Supermarket was only 15 mins away. We loved our vacation and most definitely will be back next summer.

Awesome location, right on the lake as well as right next to the beach. Still very quiet in spite of being right next to the beach area. We all wanted to stay longer and hope to return!

This is our favorite place to stay in the Poconos and the reason we keep returning to this property. It is the perfect location in the Big Bass Lake complex with an easy walk to the beach. The home is well-maintained, fully-equipped and ready for fun, relaxation and some serious fishing. Once again we caught bass, pickerel, perch, crappie bass and a variety of pan fish. This lake produces some of the best fishing experiences for beginners and avid bass masters. We could not be happier with the condition of the property or the responsiveness of the property manager when we had questions. We will be back again and again! As long-time VRBO property users, this property has our highest rating!

Absolutely loved this house and location! Our family spent our vacation fishing, boating, volleyball, reading and bonfires. Highly recommend this property for a beautiful relaxing vacation.

First off, the pictures do not do this property justice. The house is AMAZING and huge. The open floor plan is fantastic. Everyone can hang out from the kitchen to the dining room to the living room. The A-frame with floor-to-ceiling glass makes the home feel massive. I appreciate the architecture. The downstairs pool table area looks small in pics, but it is a nice size room. The deck is unbelievable. Everywhere you look, you have million-dollar views of the water. The outdoor area with the fire pit and dock is perfect. Everything in the house is organized and clean. The bedrooms were comfy, and everyone slept well. The TV in the living room is a nice size, and the extra backroom off the kitchen is a nice added perk. The outdoor area alone is enough to want to rent this house again. The dock and boats are fantastic, but my favorite part of the outside is the fire pit beach area stocked with firewood. This home will make you want to put your phone down and enjoy nature and everything around you. I will most definitely be back. 5 Star, 10 out of 10 experience.

Everything about our stay was amazing! So much space to spread out and enjoy being together. We especially liked having the opportunity to play pool and darts. Bonnie was quick to respond to messages and provided additional information as needed. We look forward to arranging another visit.

My family, 2 adults and 2 children (ages 10 and 6) along with my Mother and Father spent 3 November nights at this lovely home.
The house is everything that you could ask for in a lake house… SO clean with beautiful views of the lake. The boys loved fishing off of the dock. The girls, played games, did crafts, had a mock spa day. We all enjoyed relaxing and sharing meals together in the open kitchen/dining room. One night we went to Olde Brook in for dinner (which I highly recommend, great atmosphere and delicious food).
We really enjoyed our stay (the kids did not want to leave), would highly recommend and we hope to return one day!

Didn’t know I would love lake houses so much! It was a pleasure to stay at the house! My Best friend and I each have a family of four so in total they were eight of us and we had plenty of space. I definitely want to come back in the summer. However the fall weather and a fire pit was a perfect combination to relax with family and friends. We are already planning our next trip.

This is a lovely property with all that you could ask for in amenities. The open space of kitchen, dining room, living room made it very pleasant to spend time visiting and playing games. There are also enough places to sit if you didn't want to be with the group. We were all (5 siblings, 3 in-laws) very happy with the accommodations and so thankful that you want to share your home with others. We will look forward to coming again in the future.

Everything was excellent except the actual “beach”! It was very rocky and weedy! Swimming was difficult. Love love love the paddle boards for the teenagers!! Everyone enjoyed the kayaks!! The house was well equipped and had everything we needed plus some!!

We had 11 family members who enjoyed our stay. everyone enjoyed using the boats and swimming at the pool. Microwave broke on our second day and the owner had it replaced by the afternoon of that day. Grilled on the Weber grill pretty much everyday. Overall had a GREAT TIME.

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at the Lake House. This property has plenty of room and accommodations for a family group. We loved the access to the lake, boats/paddleboards, the wooded lot at the house, and the firepit for s'mores. We also purchased access to the sand beach, pool and tennis courts. Would definitely recommend!

Nice place for families to enjoy lake life.
Our family enjoyed the location on the lake. The canoe, rowboat and kayaks were great. We used them every day. The open layout of the house was wonderful and the deck and fire pit made for a great vacation.

Life is better at the lake……
This is a beautiful home with amazing lake views and was the perfect place for our Ladies Weekend. The house has everything you need and it was clean, comfortable and we would definitely return. We have never seen a better stocked kitchen! We never wanted to leave but if you venture out we recommend the Old Brooke Inn which was fabulous. Thank you Bonnie for sharing your lovely home with us.

Best Birthday Weekend!
Enjoyed a great weekend with 8 friends and had a blast from the time we pulled in, to checkout. We plan on making this stay a yearly tradition, and hope to stay even longer next time. From the Kayaks/Canoes, the huge amount of board games, hours by the fire pit, it was certainly a weekend to remember!
