Located in Sugar Mountain, this attractive cabin for £135 per night is a great choice for your next break. Enjoy your visit to Sugar Mountain in this spectacular cabin at 4,650 ft elevation. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath log home is a beautiful place to stay any season of the year. It offers a gourmet kitchen that’s fully equipped, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer for you to use. Each bedroom is nicely decorated and has its own TV and ceiling fan. The living room has vaulted ceilings and a cozy fireplace to warm up during the winter. The cabin has grand decks and a covered porch area where guests can relax in the rockers and enjoy the surrounding nature. This cabin is just a short drive to skiing, golf, tennis, hiking, and more. Non-smoking. Absolutely NO Pets from December through March. Pet-friendly may be available seasonally. There are pet size/breed and number restrictions please confirm with us before booking. Please acknowledge that there is a $100 pet fee(per pet). No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests are required to sign their rental agreement within 7 days of booking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Could not have asked for a better situation. The property was exactly as described and pictured. It was clean, spacious, close to ski slopes, restaurants and grocery stores. We are a family of 5 (including 3 teenagers) and we all felt like we had plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I immensely enjoyed our stay. The property had everything you could desire and was wonderfully situated. The only aspect that needs improvement is the cleanliness of the property. It seems that only surface areas are cleaned as we dropped items under the couch and discovered a layer of dust and dirt that was certainly not from recent stays. We try to find cards to play with and ended up finding them buried in the Lincoln logs along with all sorts of half eaten oreos and goldfish. The boards games as well had not been moved in sometime and hand accumulated a layer of dust and dirt. The toaster oven was dirty and my wife had to remove the crate and wash before we could utilize. This was unpleasant but did not prevent us from having a good time. Overall I would stay here again but I hope cleaners are given guidance to improve.I would also recommend adding one more heater to the upstairs bedroom as there were only two heaters instead of one for each room.

Myself and my family of 6 (2 adults, 3 young adults, 1 child) all LOVED our time spent at this cabin!! The views are even better in person and the location couldn’t be more perfect. Enough space for us all to enjoy being together without feeling on top of each other. Once you book your stay here, but sure to read through the guest book (our family left a rather detailed entry) to find out about the local things to do and see that you might not find online so easily. 10/10 recommend this cabin!!! Thank you to the hosts for providing such a beautiful, welcoming cabin for my family to create more core memories.

We had movie nights and game nights. The best part is the beauty of the area and getting outside to hike and enjoy the waterfalls.

House was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Great location- close to Banner Elk and Grandfather Mountain. Only minor hassle is needing to go to the rental company’s physical location to pick up key/key code for entrance. Would be more convenient to receive a text with the code when the home is keyless entry.

Loved the cottage it was cozy and quaint for a family vaca! The check in process having to go to the main office prior to having a touch less was a little waste of time but that’s about the only hiccup

Wonderful location and a great property- clean and convenient to many things. Check in could be more convenient if they would just email you the code when the house is ready instead of having to go to the office (which isn’t far but just inconvenient to have to go). Would also be nice to have starter shampoo and conditioner but it’s really well stocked otherwise. Plenty of board games for kids to play.

Another great week

This was our second year staying at the house. It’s perfect for us. The master suite is very comfortable with a great king bed and a large bathroom/double sink/standup shower. In addition to a huge jacuzzi tub. Kitchen is very well stocked. The tall ceilings with multiple windows make you feel like you’re outside even though you’re all warm and cozy inside. From anywhere in the house or outside, you are barely aware of the surrounding houses. We will definitely be back.
