About this house rental
Situated in Garden City, this charming house for £263 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Four Palms - Relax, Refresh, Recharge at the beach. Classy comfort with all the amenities! Life at it's Best. Spacious 5 bedroom raised beach house with 2700 square feet for your entire family to enjoy. Large granite kitchen with serving bar. Spacious open concept kitchen, dining and family area for entertaining or just relaxing with 50" TV. Microwave, dishwasher, central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Three master suites. The master on the main level has a sun deck and opens to pool side. All 5 bedrooms have 42" flat screen smart TV's so 'time out' can be fun. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. Sleeping accommodations include King beds (3) , Queens (2) Full (2). Cool off after a long day at the beach in your own private 12' x 24' pool (no sharing of pool) with a fenced yard. New pool in 2024. Pool depth 3 ft to 6 ft. Cookout in the yard with park type grill. There are also two covered porches and a deck to relax on. Electronic door locks with secure private pass code. Guests have access to the locked storage under the house to store your bikes, golf clubs or beach gear. Centrally located in Garden City Beach, just 8 miles south of Myrtle Beach, easily accessible, but away from the crowds. For the golf enthusiasts several challenging golf courses are here for the choosing. If you are looking for great seafood, Murrells Inlet Restaurant Row/Marsh Walk is located within five miles of the house. Brookgreen Gardens, one of the worlds largest outdoor sculpture garden is also a few minutes drive. Pool is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No diving. Any floatation devices used on the property are used at your own risk. This property is No smoking. Check-out cleaning service included. Bed sheets are included, bath and beach towels are not provided. Golf cart included with in season rental. Additional fee for golf cart in off season. Saturday to Saturday rental. Check in after 4pm - Check out before 10am Maximum occupancy: 14. Minimum age of primary renter is 25. Primary renter must reside on premises throughout the stay. No college or high school groups permitted. Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises. Once your reservation is accepted a Vacation Rental Agreement, Golf Cart Agreement (if golf cart is included with your rental) will need to be completed. This must be signed and returned before being given access to the property.

Third year returning to the same property. The owner is always a pleasure to deal with. I did have a question regarding a few issues with of the pool. I texted the property mgr, as instructed a couple hours after permission to enter property was granted. However, I did not receive a call nor text response at all. That is until the night before check-out, advising; we needed to be out promptly at 10am. Otherwise, it was another great vacation for me and my family!

When we arrived Beth was there to great us. It was very nice talking with her. She was very welcoming. The house and everything is as listed. It is actually larger than I had anticipated. We would stay there again.

Wonderful week at the beach!
My family and I had a great stay at the beach. This property was everything and more than what our family expected. The children had plenty of space to run around and play, there was plenty of seating to accommodate everyone, and enough beds for all. We enjoyed using the golf cart to get to and from the beach, and the pool was a good size. We would love to stay here again!

Beyond Expectations
Our family was in need of a much needed vacation and chance to reconnect . The Four Palms home did not disappoint and was well beyond our expectations. Beth, the Owner, and the Property Manager, Mr. Runnells, communicated instantly before, during and after our stay and were so helpful. The pictures for the home just don’t do it justice. The layout is much larger than we thought. We were pleasantly surprised at all the extra amenities and the extreme cleanliness of the home. The bookcases full of books, current magazines and DVDs, and the storeroom below with coolers on wheels, beach chairs, sand toys, and pool toys were just some of the extras that made our stay feel like we were spoiled. We have stayed in the Surfside area for over 16 years, bringing our children for many memories. This was our reunion as our children are grown- and we had never stayed in this area. It was so beautiful and so peaceful; even more so being away from the beach. The walk to the beach was doable, even with my older aunt and uncle, and driving the few blocks to the beach access at the end of the road was mere seconds. We hope to return again for another family get together. Time is very precious and this home helped us to capture wonderful memories we won’t soon forget!

Nice and roomy
The house was very nice and offered a lot of room. There were 9 of us and we never felt like we were on top of one another. Beth was attentive and answered/helped with every issue or concern we had. I would definitely stay here again if it is available.

So spacious and beautiful
Myself and 7 girls stayed for the week and absolutely loved this house! It's bigger and more beautiful in person than the pics can convey. Very comfortable, private, good location with easy access to the beach. Was fantastic to have a golf cart to use also! We will definitely stay again!
