Back at your stay, established in 2023, the living quarters are spacious, bright, and utterly charming. Coming together in perfect unison, the living room, dining room, and kitchen create an idyllic space to relax, hang out, and visit with those you love. Find yourself lounging on the soft seating in the living room, tuned into a movie on the large TV, while the chef of your family utilizes the gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Each of the five bedrooms is well-decorated with a subtle nod towards a nautical theme and offers plenty of sprawling space. Rest assured that no matter the temperature outside, everyone inside will be kept cool by the home's central air-conditioning. For easy access to the different floors of the home, an elevator is available for your use. And don't forget to utilize the private washer/dryer when your swimsuits need a refresh. End your evenings outside, on one of the home's many scenic balconies before gathering together for a barbecued meal, courtesy of the gas grill. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). When booking from Memorial Day to Labor Day, there is a week minimum stay from Saturday to Saturday. All other times require a three-night minimum stay. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This home was absolutely beautiful with a great swimming pool. It is very spacious and super close to the beach. The elevator was great for getting luggage and groceries into the house and moving from floor to floor if you have small children. We will definitely be coming back next year.

This home had a great layout with an open concept. The rooms were also a great size, as well as the backyard having a pool and a small yard. The beach is a short ride away with some free public parking available.

This house is awesome. New home with an open concept and very spacious for multiple families. The beds are amazing and the pool is an added bonus that my family loved.

Our stay was due to our son's graduation, so we wanted to be close to the beach and a reasonable distance from the school. It was about a 15 minute walk to the beach, which was very clean, but there were some jellyfish at the time. Check in was simple with a few text messages and viola, we were in. It was very clean, understandably as it is a new build, but still very spotless. Each bathroom had its set of towels and amenities as well as additional comforters in each bedroom. They did come in handy as the A/C pumps, but you do have access to the temp control, which we figured out a night later. No one complained about the beds and I was comfortable in the King size bed. The balconies are nice touch. The views are not great but it felt good. The pool area came in handy with 2 little girls. There's the pool, a grill, a table, lounge chairs and a TV. Make sure you bring the cooler, so don't have to go upstairs to the kitchen all the time. Although, there is an elevator, which is located in the car port. They are a few inflatables for the pool and a corn hole set in the shed for some additional entertainment. The kitchen has the basic utensils, pots, pans and all the appliances are new. Wal-Mart is a 5 minute drive and you can pretty much find anything on 17. Overall, the home, the location and the celebration made it a wonderful stay. I would certainly recommend this home.
