We were lucky enough to have an emu come right up to the decking with her 13 babies, we saw kangaroos, birds and snakes all from the deck - amazing!

We had a lovely stay! Such a beautiful outlook. There was plenty of extras in the house and it was very close the beach and right on the edge of the Park so plenty of wildlife to enjoy. Communication was easy and very helpful host. Will definitely recommend!

My wife & I have stayed here on multiple trips; this property is spotless, peaceful and there are lots of opportunities to see kangaroos & emus from the house. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a chance to relax, go fishing, walking and generally take it easy for a few days.

We had wonderful three days. Sitting on the deck at sunset watching the emu’s and kangaroos grazed in front of us was fantastic. A short stroll to the beach and National park, you couldn’t get a nicer place to stay. We will definitely be back.

Cosy cottage a short stroll from the wonderful Dhilba Guurranda -Innes National Park. The cottage is in a quiet bushland setting close to beach and township of Marion Bay. it was a fab place to base ourselves as we explored the Park and the numerous walking trails and pristine beaches.

The house was immaculately clean. The warmth of the sun streaming into the main living space kept the house cosy on a winter's day. The local wildlife was abundant. A gentle walk to your own stretch of beach. Just perfect!

Very peaceful place - great views of coastal bush land and sky with amazing clouds.
Very well equipped kitchen and big comfortable rooms for sleeping and relaxing. Room to entertain if you needed! We played table tennis.
This was our first visit to the Yorke peninsula and we spent 2 days in the national park. So many beautiful beaches and coastal view, plus the wonderful colors of the plants and birds. Breath taking.
Ate lots of seafood.

We loved:
the location - easy access to Innes national park by foot and car
the house garden- sympathetic indigenous plantings which seemed to flow into the national park next door
the surround verandas and large deck - always a comfy place to sit. Great for stargazing at night
the passing wildlife - emus, kangaroos and plentiful birds
the comforts of the house - all we needed was there. The information provided by the host was very accurate.
Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to return with like minded friends in the future. Innes has captured our hearts.
Lorraine and Julie.

The Edge of Innes was a great place to spend some time re-connecting with nature - lots of wonderful wildlife (mother kangaroos with joeys and emus and their flocks of chicks right in the backyard). Close to a great beach and a couple of easy walks from the property and the Innes national park on your doorstep. You really felt as if you have no neighbours most of the time. The property is as advertised - so don't forget to bring every little thing you might need in the way of supplies - even salt, pepper, kitchen paper towel and extra toilet paper (one roll for two people for a week seems a big stingy!). But if you want a quiet time away from it all this is definitely the place the be!

Beautiful location - quiet and a stones throw from the national park. Plenty of wildlife to see, with a kangaroo metres from the deck on one night.

Loved the location on the edge of the national park. 4 mins from the NP office and easy access to all areas of the park. This is what we came for. House comfortable for two with wonderful outlook over the bush. Great facilities. Only disappointment was the lack of a clothes washing machine. After 10 days on the road we needed one! Happily return.
