Nestled in Marion Bay, this lovely house for £94 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Our beautiful holiday home will delight any traveller that is looking for a relaxing peaceful escape surrounded by nature and magnificent beaches. With approx 65 square meters of north facing deck we have landscaped the rear of the property with native flora and natural materials. Mazza Bay Retreat is a tastefully decorated home, has three bedrooms and features open plan living with large double sliding doors opening up onto the back deck and rear garden. It is equipped with split system air-conditioning/heating being extremely efficient in both summer and winter. There is a LCD TV and DVD player. It has a large kitchen that is fitted out with pots, pans and all the things you would need to cook up a storm :-), it is fitted with stainless steel appliances, large fridge/freezer and a large walk in pantry. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms to allow you to have a comfortable sleep. As mentioned there are three (3) bedrooms, Bed 1- is a spacious room with a king bed, Bed 2- is smaller and has a queen bed, Bed 3- is a large room with a Tri Bunk (double bed underneath with single on top) and two single beds. All beds have comfortable mattresses. As mentioned there are large double sliding doors that open out from the kitchen/ lounge/dining area to a large deck which overlooks a beautiful natural scrub garden, the deck is inviting at all times of the year especially on those warmer nights. There is a large plastic table and chairs that can be used on the deck. Outside there is a 4 burner BBQ. There is a fire pit which can be used but we ask that our clients be mindful and aware of the fire regulations/restrictions during certain times of the year. The property has plenty of areas to park vehicles. We have a fish cleaning double sink behind the shed area for your use. Mazza Bay Retreat is a very short walk away from the local beach of Marion Bay, Penguin Point and Willyama Beach. It is a short drive to the entrance of Innes National Park where you will find some of the best beaches in Australia. The wildlife is amazing and in Spring the natural scrub in the area comes alive with colour. Some of the popular leisure activities available in Marion Bay and Innes National Park include, Fishing (beach, boat and Jetty), Surfing, Boogie Boarding, Swimming, Scuba Diving, Kayaking, Bush Walking and Sight Seeing, the beaches are absolutely breathtaking. LOCALITY Mazza Bay Retreat is located on a corner block, facing a large reserve which is across the road. A short walk from the home will take you to Penguin Point and Willyama Beach. The entrance to Innes National Park is just a few minutes away by car, where you can spend the day exploring all the magnificent beaches and the National Park. PROPERTY PLEASE NOTE: Pillows and quilts supplied with mattress and pillow protectors. However WE DO NOT SUPPLY LINEN. We request that guests please bring their own towels, sheets and t-towels. We have provided a king sized bed in the master bedroom, if you are unable to supply king sized sheets for your stay, for your convenience we are able to supply them at a cost of $20.00. Please advise me prior to your stay so arrangements can be made.

Super clean and spacious.. Great location.. Close to Innes National Park.. Marion Bay Tavern close by for dinner and breakfast at 10am.. Petrol station and general store also close (have 95 fuel)

Stayed with some friends for a weekend and had a blast, fantastic house in every way - Sue was a great host. Beds were very comfy, facilities were great (bathroom, kitchen, accessories etc.). Would stay again, definitely recommend if looking for a holiday house.

Our grandsons aged 9 and 12 loved staying at Mazda Bay retreat. They played board games provided, chilled in the hammocks, helped scale fish at the outside troughs and enjoyed toasting marshmallows at the fire pit. The house was perfect for kids, parents and grandparents.

My partner and I were in great need of a holiday and we were so very pleased to find such a fantastic place at Marion Bay. The house is very spacious, the king size bed has the most comfortable mattress, the kitchen is fully equipped for foodies like us, a great outdoor area with trees and bushes right next to it (so many birds were flying in and out of the trees). We truly had everything we wished for and more! Sue is the perfect host and so helpful and full of information, she deserves a 10 out of 10 for her service and her gorgeous home she kindly offers to guests. While we were there we booked a boat trip along the coast with Sue’s son Ryan and we highly recommended that trip. We saw so much wildlife and of course the picturesque coastline. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and we will definitely be back. Thanks so much again. Jacky & Dave 😀

After settling into the house and surrounds we were able to relax and really unwind. As luck would have it - there was no Vodafone coverage down there, so we had a phone and internet blackout! This was unintended, but rewarding for the whole family. The hammocks were a huge hit with everyone and there was plenty of space for the 6 of us. Communication from Sue was great before arrival - super friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here. Marion Bay and Innes National Park - amazing.

Highly recommend. Host, Sue was very helpful and easy to deal with. Very well appointed. Great facilities. Nice to have a clean BBQ. Mattress in main bedroom convinced us to buy a new one at home. Lovely outlook from the deck to the natural garden. Will stay again.

We had a great time at Mazza Bay Retreat. The house was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. We had everything that we needed for our 5 night stay. We made use of the outside fire pit and bbq. The jetty and beach were a short walk away and we loved the close proximity to the stunning Innes National Park. The whole booking process was easy. A fantastic and memorable holiday.

We spent a week exploring the lower Yorke Peninsula from here and had a lovely time. Note to all. Best to Bring plenty of food and water. And Ugg boots. :) Plenty of space to spread out and read books, decent supply of board games to try (maybe bring some yourself ) and the kitchen is well stocked. We did sample the local tavern a couple of times and the food there was great too. Lovely walks and adventures in the national park and the beaches and jetty. Had a great week.

Great little house. Fully equipped kitchen is handy. Comfy beds. Remember to take drinking water with you. House is only on rainwater and is not suitable for drinking.
