Super location to everything. Pelican Pointe resort is across the street from the powdery white sands of the Gulf of Mexico located in the heart of popular Clearwater beach. Just a few blocks from Pier 60 and walking distance to all local attractions, eateries and beach shops. Relax in this fully furnished studio located on the top 4th floor just 8 steps from the ELEVATOR. 1 queen bed and 1 full size futon sleeper with kitchenette, full size bathroom with linens providedand tropical city view from your window. 2 beach chairs included. Sleeps 2 people comfortably. 2 night minimum required. There is a laundry room on the first floor for your convenience. Swim at the beach or soak up the sun from the large outdoor heated pool deck. During your stay be sure to visit some of the many attractions Pinellas county has to offer such as Dunedins Honeymoon Island & Knology Park/Raymond James stadium for spring baseball training, Tampa Busch gardens adventure and water park (25 minute drive east), Tarpon Springs sponge docks (excellent Greek food 25 minutes north), Salvador Dali art museum in St. Petersburg and of course Disney World (90 minutes east). Local activities include free movies, entertainment & crafts at Pier 60, fishing charters, snorkeling & scuba trips, jet skiing, parasailing and don't forget to visit "Winter the dolphin" at Clearwater beach aquarium (loved by the kids) and plenty of restaurants and shopping. No car needed here for local activities. Just a 30 minute drive from Tampa International airport . Includes 1 free parking space. So come visit floridas beautiful Sunshine State. Once you visit you'll never want to go back! Clearwater Marina is a 10 min walk away and offers a Pirate Cruise, Calypso Queen or Star Lite Dinner Cruise, Little Toot Dolphin Adventure, Deep Sea Fishing, Sea Life Safari, and Boat Rentals. This is our second time staying at Pelican Pointe. The location is perfect for walking to the public beach and to area restaurants and stores. We loved this unit. It is spacious and clean, with a comfortable futon. We will definitely be staying again.

The location is great because you can park and leave your car in the free parking lot and walk to the beach. The place was very clean and provided all of the amenities we needed. There was also a small bonus which excited us and it was the beach chairs and umbrella by the door. Overall, a great property in a great location with a great host. Would highly recommend!

The bed was very comfortable. Cute little place decorated with beach decor. Perfect location for access to the beach walk and lots of little shops a and restaurants. It was a perfect romantic getaway for our 1st wedding anniversary. Check the light switch in the bathroom - it appears to be broken. Loved this little place and we definitely will rent here again.

We were in Clearwater Beach for a wedding. The location could not have been better. The venue, the beach, bars and restaurants were all within easy walking distance. There was live music nightly next door, but there never was an issue with sound at night. The condo had everything we needed, with the exception of beach towels. The pool was wonderful. This was a great place to stay. We would highly recommend it.

This was a nice condo, located a short walk from the beach, restaurants and shopping. Nice heated pool. Washers were located on the main floor and were very clean.

I attended a meeting at a conference center a mile away and this little studio was just what I needed. It was an easy walk up the beach to my meeting. It's just across the street from beach access. It was quiet at night. I was very happy with this stay.

Stayed in this condo with my best friend for a 3 day getaway and it was a perfect little condo. The beach is about a 3 minute walk and there are plenty of restaurants near by that we didn’t need a car. Condo was clean and property manager was easy to contact.

Old school Florida
This location is at the south end of Clearwater Beach. There is lots to do in walking distance. There is a market in walking distance. The traffic and get thick in the afternoon if you’re trying to drive around. But there is plenty to do where you don’t need a car. The pool is heated

Had not been to Clearwater Beach area of Florida in over 27 years. This was my first ever VRBO stay! Perfect location! Beach right across the street. We did not drive our car for two days walked everywhere. Studio room was perfect, clean and budget friendly! Room is on 4th floor, there is an elevator, never heard any neighbors, on site parking, pool area very nice. We sat out at pool at night and listened to the music from restaurant steps away! Owner was extremely responsive and professional. My husband and I have referred several folks to this location since our stay! Pictures 100% accurate. We live on other side of state so this getaway was great!
