About this house rental

Situated in Melbourne Road, this lovely house for £398 per night is a great choice for your next break. Minimum 2 nights, minimum 3 nights long weekends, minimum 4 nights Easter. Minimum set nights peak Summer season December / January. BEDROOMS: 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10. BATHROOMS: 4 bathrooms PARKING: up to 4 vehicles LOCATION! 5 minutes walk to the main street of Sorrento, beaches, shops, cafes, Sorrento & Intercontinental Hotels. Large light filled open plan kitchen, living & dining area to accommodate 10, digital television, reverse cycle split system air-conditioning and gas ducted heating. Expansive floor to ceiling glass windows. Sliding doors leading out to the fabulous gas heated swim spa, outdoor entertaining area and large garden. 2nd lounge room located at the rear of the home with lounge & digital television. Bedroom 1 with a queen bed, digital television and air-conditioning, adjoining ensuite with double vanity, separate toilet and walk in shower. Bedroom 2 with a queen bed, adjoining ensuite with vanity, corner bath and overhead shower. Bedroom 3 with a queen bed. 3rd bathroom with vanity, walk in shower, claw foot bath and toilet. Bedroom 4 with a queen bed and 2 king single beds. 4th small bathroom with vanity, walk in shower and toilet. Laundry with washing machine & dryer. Study desk, monitor and desk chair. Wi-Fi. Pets welcome upon application. Please inquire prior to booking as we do not wish to disappoint. Pet Fee applies. Perimeter is not fully fenced or secure. LINEN A full linen and bathroom package is included with bookings of 4 nights or more. BYO Pool, Beach Towels. 3 nights or less, this property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows. You are to bring sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels and bathroom linen, pool towels, beach towels. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January. Strictly no schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have had several family Easter gatherings at the Kerferd Ave house. We love the position of the house, the lay out of the rooms meaning the two living areas are both large and suitable for family. The swim spa is fabulous and provides multiple hours of fun for everyone.Our grandchildren look forward to returning again and again.Thank you.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of House was 5 minute walk to Main Street of Sorrento.Although house looked far better on website, we had a comfortable stay.Spa pool and outdoor area in need of care and maintenance, hence we never used the spa. I don’t think I would use this property again and go for something more modern and updated . Beach house Rentals were great .

Beach House Rentals provided an incredible experience from booking to departing. Nothing was a bother and everything met our expectations. Will do it all again for sure.

A group of 9 friends and I stayed for a long weekend and had the best time! The house is a 2 minute walk from the main shopping/restaurant area, however is still secluded for privacy. Checking in and out was a smooth process and communication was great. The spa was a great add to the stay !
