With 5 bedrooms and a separate retreat, this property comfortably sleeps 14 in 9 separate beds. With over 35 squares of living there is room for everyone. Bedroom 1 - King Size Bed - en suite bathroom, large WIR, LCD TV Bedroom 2 - King Size Bed - en suite bathroom - with dual access to main hallway + 55 inch LCD Smart TV Bedroom 3 - Queen Size Bed Bedroom 4 - Queen Size Bed Bedroom 5 - Queen Size Bed Retreat / Open Bedroom - 2 x Single Bunk Beds (sleeps 4) Features - 35 Squares with HOME CINEMA & Huge 12 Seat Dining Table There are 2 zones, perfect families or couples. The king size bedrooms are towards the front of the house and the remaining 3 bedrooms and retreat are at the back, serviced by a large bathroom with bath and separate toilet. There are 3 living rooms boasting an impressive home theatre room with a 2 meter screen and a quality 5 point surround sound system with Netflix, STAN, Amazon Prime and Disney + to keep everyone entertained for hours! Opening to the backyard there is a large family room with plasma TV and beautiful 12 seater leather sofa. There is also a double, remote control lock up garage plus a full size table tennis table! The hostess kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a 900mm cooktop and stove, Caesar stone benchtops, dishwaser and a large island bench with 4 bar stools perfect for entertaining. The dining area with a beautiful 12 seat dining setting adjoins timber bi-fold doors that open to the covered alfresco area. There is a huge 120 square meter decking that sweeps around the property to the landscaped back yard. All living areas have a northerly aspect and are flooded with natural light throughout the day. The laundry has a brand new washer and dryer. Whether you are looking for a family get away, an entertaining weekend or a staff/work retreat this house is perfect for all occasions.

Fantastic well located house 2 streets from the beach. House wonderfully set up with generous provisions left in pantry. Great beds Had a problem with hot water on day 2 but quickly attended by owners and fixed next day. Will definately book again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you need and in a great location. Everything works well and the projector screen is fantastic and gives a great cinema feel. Such a spacious house and great for big groups. Communication with owners was easy and they were very helpful and kept to their world. I would definitely recommend this property.

This house was amazing, so roomy and accommodating and came packed with all the things we needed - location was a 10 min walk from the closest beach and there were shops and café’s close by too - house was huge!! And so clean. Laura was great, whenever I needed to message she’d respond within the hour! Would hugely recommend this place and will most likely book again!

The Luxe beach house was spacious, clean and well equipped. The staples in the pantry were appreciated. 5 double bedrooms, bunk room and 3 bathrooms was ideal for our group of 11 adults. 2 separate entertainment areas are ideal for families. Central to both Blairgowrie and Sorrento. Outside areas great weather permitting.

Great house, ample room for the entire family -(8 adults and 5 children under 6 years of age) Well equipped, had everything we needed. Lots of spaces so we didn't feel like we were in each others way at all. Large kitchen table for all to sit together and 2 rooms with large screen TV or theatre room for Netflix, etc. and lots of comfortable couches. 2 outdoor spaces with table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors and lots of running around space in the garden for the kids to play. Close to beach and Koonya General Store.

The house is very spacious and well equipped, even better than the photos! Communication with Laura was great and there is additional info at the house regarding local sights and eats. So close to everything but in a quiet little hamlet. We had a party of 7 including kids and everyone had their space - the theatre room was a big hit! Thanks Laura & Mark.

We had a large group combined with 4 families and never once did we feel in top of each other. Huge house with 4 difference living spaces inside and out. Cinema room was an absolute hit!! Location great with a short walk to front beach and koonya general store. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts made our stay very welcoming!!

The house was in a great location, lots of walks to the beach. Lots of room to spread out with the two living areas. Loved the huge dining table. We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the property when we arrived as we found remains of previous tenants toiletries in the bathrooms and bedrooms . The property needs a bit of an update cosmetically and some new pots and pans wouldn’t go astray. Just a couple of things you’d expect for the amount you pay to stay there.
