My Vacation Getaway
This property was, as far as I'm concerned, even better than listed. When I viewed the posted listing and pictures, they were great. When I arrived, I realized it was definitely the right choice for my stay! I certainly will be contacting Chris shortly for my next stay!

Great Location
Awesome views, huge balcony, walk right to beach, next door to a great restaurant. What more do you need? Can't wait to go back.

Wonderful venue
Our stay was great. The arrival and exit instruction were perfect. The condo was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed and was well organized. Access to the beach was easy and the view of the ocean was fabulous. We would definitely stay here again.

Tower at Ponce Inlet
Just completed another great stay in Daytona Beach Shores at the Towers in Ponce Inlet. This has got to be one of the best units for just relaxing and enjoying all that the area offers. You look right out at the ocean. Open the patio door and you can walk right to the beach or the pool(heated). Great restaurants to choose from. The condo itself is beautiful. Nicely decorated, plenty of room and a great kitchen. The owner is friendly and easy to get in touch with. We will be back next year.

Due to renting in February the pool very close to this unit was not heated yet. The thermostat in the condo was regulated not to heat above 70* which was colder than we like. The weather did warm up and raised the unit temperature to a more comfortable feel. We would rent again but not in February.

lovely place
we were very disappointed that we were not informed about the building work that was going to start within the parking area and the condo above us, with the drilling and jack hammers between 8 am and 4 pm every day but not Sundays. I'm sure the owners would have been informed beforehand, and I'm sure some kind compensation would be a nice gesture and it did spoil most of our holiday/vacation. Oh, and just a small amount of maintenance TLC would not go amiss.

This is a great condo it has everything you need for a great vacation.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo is beautifully decorated, has secure parking and is located on a quiet area of the beach with easy access for walking. It has all the amenities you need for a visit to the Daytona Beach area.

Really great.
Stunning beach and beach front view. Beautiful location. Good solid well equipped well maintained apartment on ground floor with direct immediate access to beach. Friendly co-operative land lord. Only flaw was: don’t go to Ponce/New Smyrna beach in Feb expecting warm weather; admittedly people did say that climate change was making this the coldest weather in 20 years, but even a ‘normal” winter in central FL is going to be cool. Wonderfully QUIET.
