Stayed over Labor Day weekend. Picked up key in Dillion management office near City Market. Unit is close to most everything at Copper Mt. Parking was easy and there were plenty of spaces in the Garage. Unit has two queen beds, but not much of a kitchen, just a microwave oven, mini fridge and coffee maker. Table and chairs are on the deck so plan to eat out unless you like microwave cooking. The unit has about as much space as a hotel room, but the deck is pretty big. The unit was clean, there are some dishes, cups and utensils, but the sink is sort of small so clean up is not easy. There was paper towels, some coffee and filters, but not much else in the condiments department. Unit could use another lamp (also one of the light bulbs needs replacement). Bus stop was around the corner from the building and there are trails nearby. We rode our bikes everywhere. Pizza at the sawmill Pizza is great and Mulligans Irish Pub has a nice atmosphere and microbrews on tap.

As an EX homeowner and Foxpine HOA Board member I am sad to say this “Hotel room” is so far below any reasonable standard that I must comment. In the recent past Foxpine homeowners spent ~ 1.8 million dollars to modernize and upgrade the building and its amenities. Most of the homeowners in addition upgraded their units ..sadly 319 was not. There are no amenities in this unit and it remains overwhelmingly 1979. Neither the homeowner or the property management company has any interest in the unit beyond your rent. It’s sad because it would take so little to make this unit nice. A place to plug in the 4 cup coffee maker— other than the floor. Minimum plates and silverware...A TV that is reliable ( 2 TVs..one is not even hooked up to the house internet / cable and on is nearly worthless. Sadly all this could be overlooked if a RMM representative would oversee A DEEP CLEAN. This unit gives the building a bad name. Advertised at $159.00/ night the bill for 4 nights was $1019. That’s nearly $100 / in “fees and costs”. SORRY BUT THIS IS NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO STAY.

Just a few steps away from the Super Bee lift. The room had 2 queen beds. Just a simple place to stay, but the location is excellent and we were able to park in the garage.

It was perfect for what we needed.

Could use some updating. The microwave and coffee maker are on the floor next to the bathroom. Beds not super comfortable. Expected nicer at copper. It was fine, but not great. It explains why the price was lower than the others.

Had to travel quite a distance out of the way, from the property to pick up the key at the office. Packet was not there. Had to contact agent and wait for someone to come to office to find the packet. Young man who finally arrived was rude and unapologetic. Will not rent from this agent again.

Next to stair well so you can hear the foot traffic up and down. The room is an appartment to another space and there is no noise barrier around the door so you can clearly hear the occupants. TV is an old tube with fuzzy cable. Free wifi so plan on streaming to your laptop. Great room if you just need a cheap place to stay. There is a small balcony you can hang out on. Nice heated underground parking, that was my favorite feature. It was perfect for my needs.

Location is about all Fox Pine Lodge has going for it
The positive: Being on resort. Convenient parking.
The negative: Had to pick up my room key around 10 miles from the actual room. Was emailed so many times with procedures, had to download an app.
When I went to "check-in" I was told housekeeping may not have been at the room yet. Not a big deal - assuming they'd show up before too long. Housekeeping never came. There was no toilet paper in the room. All the towels were used and on the floor. Lamp bulb wasn't working so the room was dark. At least one of the two beds wasn't used.
I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere if you're looking to stay in the Summit County area.

Great Night Stay
Clean, awesome place when you want to stay the weekend. If you want to make food within the room, there's a really old microwave, a new microwave, and a mini fridge so know that before you bring your own food! If you plan to eat out, this is a great place to stay!

There is little to no sound and odor proofing between lock out hotel units and main condo units. The doors and walls are paper thin. Despite placing a towel by the door, we could hear the people, tv, smoke alarm, etc. in the next unit. Not to mention the odors of marijuana, burnt toast and fried foods. The TV is very old and the mattresses cheap and uncomfortable. Was hoping for a relaxing, quiet weekend. Next time....

The one star rating is for the proximity to the lift only. Reasons for the rating: Fixtures in the bathtub need replacing - the handles were stripped out and it was extremely difficult to turn on, and impossible to turn off, thus there was a continual small stream of water out of the faucet. The management company was informed of this on the day of our arrival and repairs were not done during the 10 days of our stay. The room was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival - food crumbs were on the dresser; dirt around the bathroom sink; coffee pot not cleaned and still had used grounds in it; the light switches were visibly dirty. The vertical blinds had been replaced with curtains and the old blinds were stored behind the television cabinet instead of thrown away and the holes left in the drywall from the removal of the old blinds had not been repaired or the walls painted. The replacement blinds were hung wrong and did not allow for curtains to be closed properly. The wood floor protection at the sliding glass door to the balcony was a ratty irregularly cut piece of old carpet. The box springs on the beds were exposed and not covered with a bed skirt contributing to the unpleasant atmosphere of this unit. Television in unit worked but was an old tube television with poor resolution. We have been coming to Copper Mountain for over 20 years and this is the poorest quality rental that we have stayed in. Overall this unit would not reach the quality of an off brand budget motel room, or could be properly described as a dump. We could go on with other things but I think you get the idea. We do have to say that the management company representatives were friendly and responsive except for the plumbing repair not being performed. Also to be fair, it has the potential of being a nice unit if it were properly updated.
