About this house rental
Located in Moultonborough, this attractive house for £322 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Our house is located in the waterfront community of Suissevale. Amenities include tennis courts, a beautiful beach, and a playground. There are 26 miles of maintained dirt roads for walking or biking. Great location in the heart of the Lakes Region. Bath towels, linens and paper products are provided. Finished on three levels. The main level has a kitchen, dining area, living room, full bath and one bedroom. A sliding door in the dining area leads to a beautiful screened porch with a ceiling fan and recessed lights. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bath. On the lower level is a finished room with couches, 50" television, air hockey and a refrigerator. WiFi internet access. The front yard has a fire pit. The community beach is about a half mile away. With access to the community beach, clubhouse, tennis court and playground, this is a great vacation home. I am available always and live 4 miles down the road. The community beach has a permanent volleyball court, barbecue grills, picnic tables, two swimming rafts, etc. Suissevale is about 4 miles from the center of Moultonborough and 17 miles north of Wolfeboro. Castle in the Clouds is about a five minute drive with its miles of hiking trails and excellent restaurant and Castle tours. The Suissevale community asks that renters not use the beach on Saturdays between Memorial Day and Labor day.

It was a decent house in a great location. Perfect for 2 couples. We enjoyed the outdoor screened in porch and air hockey table.

We squeezed in 1 last vacation of the summer at this great house. The location, community and beach were wonderful for a young family! The house was so well kept. The screened in porch was great for dinners and after dinner card games. The bedrooms were perfect for our crew and the kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed. We also enjoyed the fire pit for making s’mores in the evenings.

This was a great house for us in so many ways. We had a wonderful 2 week vacation and were so grateful to be able to bring our dog.

Clean, comfortable and spacious home with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped. Our teens loved the lower level and had their own hang out area. The property was very quiet and peaceful. The nearby beach was very nice. We highly recommend this place. Peter was quick to respond to our questions. Great host.

We have been going to Suisvalle for 5 years now. It is the best for kids and adults. So relaxing and plenty for kids to do. My grandchildren count done days to go back. The house was perfect. The screened in porch was a bonus and Peter couldn’t have been nicer. The private beach is awesome and clubhouse has tennis courts and basketball court something for all ages. We love it and are looking forward to going back next year

Nice home with pretty much everything you need
This home was clean and very comfortable. All the rooms had ac and it all worked great. The kitchen was clean and had all the normal appliances handy. There was a screened in porch that was great for realxing with morning coffee, and a nice place to have dinner and drinks at night. Peter (the owner) was very nice, accomodating and easy to reach if you have questions.

Very comfortable house for adults and kids. The grandchildren loved the game area with bunks. Everything needed for cooking was there. Supplies were plentiful. The area the house was felt secluded because of the trees. We had a fire the last night which gave a nice ending to a great weekend.

The house was just what we were looking for for our long weekend getaway! We enjoyed the beach area and and having a screened in porch was great to use at night. While out on a walk we saw two deer, which was incredible to see. We would definitely stay again!

Well taken care of home nestled by lots of trees. Centrally located for many adventures. Peter was very responsive. Has a great patio/porch area that was all enclosed and had lights and ceiling fan so you could enjoy time out there

The house was the perfect setting for our friends/family gathering for the July 4th celebration. It was immaculate and completely stocked with everything we needed - just bring your clothes, food and drinks and enjoy your getaway at the lake. Peter was a great host - he was so responsive before and during our stay. The only downside to our week was the weather (very cool and rainy) but the house was big enough to accommodate inside activities without feeling cramped. We will definitely return to this great place (and hope for better weather)

Very clean and inviting home. Plenty of room for 10 of us. Having to postpone the wedding from August to October, so if the wedding party found it difficult to find accommodations close to Castle in the Clouds. We had plenty of room and the weekend was wonderful! Thank you Peter for allowing us to leave a little later.

The house was very clean and we all loved that it had air conditioners through out. Screened in porch and finished basement were great places to play games and hang out. The beach was beautiful and was the highlight of our trip. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. We would definitely rent this house again!

Perfect family location
House was immaculate! This was big as my parents joined us for this vacation for my dads 70th. Great layout of home and we loved the sun room and beach! Owner was very responsive and polite. Excellent stay. Thank you for an enjoyable vacation rental!

The reviews are accurate. This house is immaculately clean, perfectly laid out and in a great location. We had a really fun three day weekend with our twin boys and dog! Will definitely return.

Great Location and Waterfront Access
We came with our almost 2-year old daughter and the beach and playgrounds were great spots for her to play. The house was nice too and the wooded setting and screened in porch were particularly enjoyable.

A perfect week on the lake!
Totally well equipped with barbecue, screened in porch, all kitchen utensils , linens and towels and all the things like paper products you usually have to run out and buy, including soap and shampoo.! Perfect for two families to share. Beach is lovely..long walk or short drive.

Enjoyed our family vacation at this home
The home accommodated our party of 8 plus two dogs. Parking was easy - we had four vehicles. The kitchen was small but all of the other rooms especially the basement were large. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch. Spent most of our time there. Very quiet and secluded wooded area. It would've been nice to be closer to the lake but it was great to have access to the private beach and boat launch. We enjoyed our summer family vacation at this home!

Great week at the lake
We had a great time at this location and were able to meet Peter upon check in which was a bonus. Having the owner local in case anything went wrong (which is didn't) was key. The booking and check in process was seamless and the location met our needs for the week. We enjoyed the large screened in porch and the kids had the basement to themselves. They loved the space and the fact they could sleep down there and the watch movies and play air hockey. The supply of linens and towels were a bonus. We've stayed in many rentals over the years and the furniture (especially beds) were very comfortable here. Highly recommend.

Everything was great. Might want to check the upstairs A/C. It shut off briefly but then we got it working again.

Peter is the best host - very responsive and helpful. The place had even more things than advertised, and was comfortable and clean. We especially enjoyed the screened porch, the tennis courts, the lake, and the surrounding area.

Perfect family vacation house!
Pete was very responsive and everything was exactly as described, if not better! Location was easy to get to and parking at the beach was no problem. The house had everything we need and plenty of room for all of us. Short drive to Wolfeboro, Castle in the Clouds, and Old Country Store. Also recommend coffee and scones from Cup and Crumb!

Exceeded expectations
Extremely clean with very responsive owner. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with dishes, silverware, etc. to make for a comfortable stay. We loved the screen porch! We saw, but did not use the beach or tennis and they looked nice as well.
