Enjoy a relaxing holiday in a private setting, in the newly refurbished "Villa Jacaranda" with 3 bedrooms on 130 sqm of living space and large garden / terrace (430 sqm). The house belongs to a well-kept, secluded cottage settlement at the "Costa Adeje" in southern Tenerife. The bright and open living space of "Villa Jacaranda" is divided in modern kitchen with latest electrical appliances, dining area and living room with comfortable sofa. Large patio doors bring light and create a connection to the nice outdoor area. The two double bedrooms also have patio doors to garden. The third bedroom is furnished with twin beds. Spacious cupboards are available. Besides the great big bathroom with round tub, walk-in shower and bidet / WC, there is an additional guest toilet. The externally secluded garden, with a nice pool surrounded by palm trees and flowering plants Canarian variety, is the absolute comfort zone and shaded furniture at a small outdoor kitchen and fixed barbecue is for dining outdoors. Also sunbeds and an outdoor shower are available. In the months from 01.10.-06.01. is pool heating included in the price. Outside of this season, pool heating can be booked at an additional cost. Maximum temperature in the winter months, 26 degrees With garage for your rental car. All amenities are in the immediate vicinity of the "Villa Jacaranda". You can walk to small supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants / bars and the shopping center "Gran Sur" with a variety of shops, restaurants / bars and a large supermarket. The famous beaches "Playa Fañabe" or "Playa del Duque" are only about 2 km away. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is also the Tennis Club "Miraverde"

We stayed at this great villa in January and the weather was fantastic. Great villa and the pictures don't do it justice. Pool was great and all the sun loungers were fantastic. Kitchen had every utensil we could ask for. Only slight negative was the size of the garage if using a car, particularly tight but this wasn't really an issue. Around a 20 minute walk down to the beach which was fine and very close to supermarkets. Would highly recommend staying here as a group of friends or family. Will hopefully book again next year.

Just had a lovely week at this beautiful villa. It feels more like a home than a holiday let with some lovely homely touches. The pool is a great size and quite deep so our adult kids really enjoyed it. There is building work close by but it wasn’t noisy so didn’t disturb us. The hosts are lovely and very responsive to communication. I would gladly return here.

Recently stayed at this property & had a fabulous holiday. The pictures & listing were very accurate- it’s a stunning property inside & outside. Really lovely villa with everything you need. Kitchen has Loads of crockery, glasses etc. Bathroom & all bedrooms are really spacious. Loads of storage space in bedrooms. One thing to note is 2 of the bedrooms are connected so to get to one you need to go through one but for our party this was not a problem. Outside area is stunning, loads of space to sit, eat & sunbathe. And the villa is in a quiet area. 2 Supermarkets within easy walking distance. Fanabe beach and the main part of the resort is about a 20-25 min walk from the villa where you have a great choice of restaurants and bars, this distance was absolutely fine for ourselves (not too hilly). We had an excellent stay here & loved every minute. Would definitely want to return. Communication was great before & during our stay- could not fault anything. Thank you x

Really nice villa with everything you need. Had pool heating and it was lovely temperature. Some nice restaurants nearby as well as supermarket within walking distance. One of bedrooms is off another but it still worked out fine for us. Would definitely recommend.

The location of this property was perfect for us as we know the island so well, in the del Duque area. We walked to the beach most days and the supermarket and shopping center is within a 5 minute walk. The villa itself was very well equipped with everything that we needed. The satellite tv was great (usually only English news channels are available) but a good range of sky channels from home were available which came in good use especially as we had a huge storm for a couple of days during our stay. We chose to have the pool heated, which was lovely and warm over Christmas and New Year. Our only issue was that the beds were quite hard but overall we had an amazing stay.

The location was very good. We were within easy walking distance from grocery shopping and attractions. The convenience of easy access to TF-1 made it easy to commute to other parts of Tenerife. The kitchen is very well equipped. The outdoor area with the pool made for some relaxing afternoons and evenings. While it was just the two of us, the layout of the house made it easy to accomadate more guests. And finally, I can’t say enough about the staff, especially Patrizia. The communication was excellent and proactive. Thank you for ensuring that we had everything we needed for a wonderful time.

Property was well maintained and clean, kitchen well equipped and plenty towels and beach towels. Ample leisure place for all and warm swimming pool. Had issues with sewage and hot water systems which were resolved reasonably promptly.

The villa was exactly as pictures very clean and well equipped too. The outside space is exceptional and very private. Restaurants and bars are an easy 20 min walk. Slight negative would be only 1 shower. Would recommend
