Located in Estero Island, this attractive house for £489 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Reef of Paradise is a beautiful four-bedroom three bath home with a study. It was built in 2017 and accommodates up to 10 people. It is perfect for a small family gathering or for two families to share. This very inviting and comfortable Florida home features a game room and a heated saltwater pool. The outdoor pool area has a tiki hut, lounge chairs, outdoor table, and grill. Everything you need to make the poolside more enjoyable. The interior of the home features two master suites with king beds and private baths. The master suite upstairs has a private balcony to enjoy sunsets and the stunning Gulf view as well as a large soaking tub in the master bath and spacious walk-in shower. There is a small sitting room off the master which is perfect for your enjoyment or additional sleeping quarters. The downstairs has a guest bedroom with a queen bed and one with twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs. There is also a large laundry room. The kitchen has a large island area to share cooking and conversations with family and guests as well as a round dining room table that will sit up to eight. This is an open concept with a view of the living room, dining room, and outside lanai from the kitchen. There is plenty of seating on the first-floor balcony to enjoy happy hour, the view, and the soothing ocean breezes! This home is professionally decorated throughout the inside and all furnishings and kitchenware are first class. This upscale rental home will leave you impressed with quality and attention to detail. The location is only a two-minute walk to the direct beach access. Located behind the property are a recreational center with a gym, water park for the kids, and other outdoor facilities. A ten-minute walk takes you to the popular downtown Times Square area or you can hop on the trolley and enjoy the ride. Topps grocery store is across the street and Publix is three miles further south. Keep in mind that the property management team are Fort Myers Beach residents and are readily available should you need anything. Our focus is on customer service and satisfaction. Pros- location was perfect. 185 steps from beach. House was very nice and beds were comfortable.
Cons-on busy street and not allowed to use garage for cars as owner has personal items stored there. Dryer needs to be replaced. Towels were not dry when we arrived and had to be turned on again.
Overall-would rent house again as you can not beat the location and comfort level of home.

Modern, Clean & Well Kept, Wonderful Location
This is our 2nd year renting the house. Excellent host! Awesome beach access. Love the swimming pool in the backyard when not at the beach. Walking distance to Fort Myers Beach downtown and close access to Publix (grocery store). We will definitely rent again!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Reef for spring break. We traveled with my parents and our three kids plus friend. The beach is a short walk to a very open and not busy area. The pool was perfectly heated and maintained. There were plenty of towels and other amenities provided. 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful home in great location
Reef of Paradise is a beautiful home located directly across the street from a wide and gorgeous beach. It was well appointed with everything that we needed for our stay. It was beautifully furnished and had an upscale "beachy" vibe. The location was ideal for the beach and also close to dining and shopping. The management company was attentive to our needs and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely rent there again and highly recommend Reef of Paradise for your Fort Meyers Beach vacation.

Our family of 9 had an absolutely, wonderful time at this property! The house is so beautiful and spacious and has so many special touches like the open patios, the giant kitchen island, the fun pool area, the tiki hut table, the beach/pool toys and everything we needed for the beach days! We didn’t even need a car to get around, we rented beach cruisers and were able to get to anything and everything we needed. The check-in process was seamless and the property management team was extremely helpful. We had a group of 7 (3 grandparents, my husband and I and our two children ages 11 and 2). The pool was perfect to unwind after a day on the beach. I would absolutely recommend staying here. We loved it!

This was a beautiful vacation home and immaculate. Has everything you need for a great vacation and more. Pool with tiki bar was a huge hit. Pool toys, beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella completed to to make vacationing here smooth and fun.

Great location on FMB
This home was very clean. It has an open kitchen area, with a huge slider that opens up to a large deck overlooking Estero Blvd. Access to the ocean is right across the street. The heated pool didn’t feel as warm as it should so we notified the manager. They sent someone out the next day to repair it. We used the outdoor grill and enjoyed drinks by the pool as our kids splashed around. Overall, this experience was great and we would definitely book here again.

Beautiful home, nicely decorated and very clean.
We were disappointed that the pool was in the shade and the water was too cool to swim. No restroom on the pool level so we had to go up the stairs and through the house.

Met all expectations
Prior to searching for a vacation home over week, we had 3 primary criteria. 1. Close proximity to the beach. 2. Updated, clean and spacious home. 3. Nice outdoor living area and heated pool. This house checked all of those boxes plus many more such as seamless check-in and check- out processes, ton of amenities, and extremely comfortable sleeping quarters.

Fantastic property
The house was very clean and spacious with a great little pool and very close to the beach. We had plenty of room to spread out as a family of 5. Maybe too much house for us but we don't like to be cramped. Balconies were very nice and the kids enjoyed the game room. The road noise could be a minor problem in busier times but we visited during the Covid crisis so the beach was almost deserted. Very clean and updated property.
