It was fine for one night. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom but the carpet had food crumbs.

No breakfast provided. It was chilly during our stay, the heating was confusing but once we figured out that the built in system didn't work , we turned on the space heater and it warmed up the room well.

The main light switch is behind the curtains, not visible to someone who just arrives and sees many other switches that don't turn on lights...

Great location - never mind about the facilities

Friendly staff and guests.

The quality of the building and its design is poor - especially considering the price paid. In urgent need of a renovation if the price is to be justified.

Perfect place to stay in Queenstown

Nos encantó todo del hostel, nuestra habitación estaba limpia, no había ningún ruido, el baño todos los días limpio, la sala de estar como si fuera tu casa. Nos sentimos súper a gusto.

A decent hostel, close to town but not very quiet

The receptionist was lovely and made me feel welcome straight away. The WiFi worked really well, the kitchens were well equipped with everything I needed, the location is fantastic and it was great having an ensuite bathroom!

I know this isn't uncommon at hostels, but there were several people drinking and making a lot of noise after the curfew time. Some of which may have been passing by, as there are other hostels either side of this one and it's really close to the road. As a result, I didn't sleep particularly well on any night.

Amazing

Wow! This property was fantastic. It had so many little amenities I didn’t even know about! A hot tub & breakfast all included in the price! What else could you want. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back here

Very very bad place to stay for a holiday. Will not come back again

Very bad property. Smelly and noisy. Not at all suitable for families. There no parking facilities for our car. The worst stay we ever had in our life. I will not recommend this for anyone

cleanliness not maintenance, staff is not responsive. Heating not working, fan was faulty and it’s plugging was broken. A rundown place

Definitely recommend if you are looking for a decently priced, respectable place in QT

Location was must better than expected. The twin room was neat, tidy and larger than expected. Being in the back house was fantastic as we only had to share facilities with a small number of people.

The limited hours of reception made it difficult to check in and out as we wanted to hit the slopes each day.

Good location

Room smelled, kitchen was dirty, beds were rickety and poorly made. One of the power sockets in the room didn't work. Shower was either scalding or cold.

Staff is nice and accommodating, shared toilet and bathroom are great, shared rooms are alright

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. I needed to park, there was a spot and they helped me make sure I could get that one. Also, when the vending machine ate my money, they helped to get me my drink anyway.

I liked the shared bathroom but I didn't understand how to turn on the warm water - luckily I'm used to cold showers. Also, dunno if it's me but I had trouble (un)locking the sliding door from the inside? I guess it's out of their jurisdiction, but the roadwork just out on the street was annoying.

The location is close to the town and the room price is very cheap.

The bed is not that comfy and due to it the share room/space so the surrounding noise might disturb while you sleeping.

Basic backpackers with the usual facilities. Nice view of the gondola and parachutes.

Close to town. For a backpackers, it was nice to have the bathroom as an ensuite to our 6-bed room.

A truly budget private rooom in central QT

Very close to the city centre and the cheapest queen private ensuite room with parking in Queenstown for us by 33%! Large and good shower.

The price obviously comes with downsides as expected; The rooms are very small, the common areas are in need of a refurbishment, rooms are clean but could be cleaner, the wifi dropped at times but at other times streamed video well, no air conditioning, rooms on ground level so any open windows lack privacy.

Did not stay for breakfast as had an early flight Was a bit tricky to find late at night due to road works outside... convenient parking though. Very clean and simple lodgings and really appreciated the clean towels ... thank you. Thank you.

Was cheapest when we book and near by the city. Room was spacious and neat.

Advertise to have kitchenette which is not working, you also share the common kitchen with the staff. Dryer is also not working.
