For the 2022 rental season, we have a brand new pool with decking on the Oceanfront side of our home. Many of you have asked for this amenity, and we started this process over 1 year ago. We will have heating capability for the early spring and later fall rentals. There will be a heating fee for those that request pool heat in advance. Heat must be requested at least 1 week prior to your arrival. This private oceanside pool will be open from Easter - October. If you choose to purchase pool heat, we will turn on the heater 24 hours prior to your arrival, with the understanding that outdoor weather conditions greatly affect pool water temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is under 50 degrees. CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS. SURVEILLANCE: There are surveillance cameras located on the exterior of the property. There are no cameras located inside the cottage. The surveillance cameras overlook the parking areas, exterior entry door and pool, and are installed primarily for deterrence and monitoring purposes when the property is not rented or is not occupied by the property owner. Tampering with the cameras in any way is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal of all guests from the property and forfeiture of all amounts paid.
