Friendly service for a reasonable, simple room

Five minute walk to the beach. Great, friendly service by Abdul the manager and his colleague the night manager. Allowed us to park early in the day. The pool and barbeque looked good, but we didn't try it.

Coffee in the reception room only. But that is what you expect for a two star motel. The shower water was usually hot.

Great staff awful room

Staff were very friendly and inviting. Location is close to the boardwalk and downtown area.

Over priced, I spent $350 for one night for a total dump. Room was filthy. Bed had a hole in it, the pillows were old and non functional, the bathroom was disgusting. Worst night of sleep me and my girlfriend had in a long time. Was not expecting much as this was last minute on our part but for how much we spent I was very disappointed. We questioned driving home late at night due to not wanting to sleep in the room. Staff were very nice and accommodating but everything else about this stay was awful. For the amount of money I spent I expected the room to atleast be clean and the bed functional. Would not recommend staying here if you value your health

The owner was amazing....super friendly....the room was sparkling clean albeit a bit dated....it was less than two blocks from the boardwalk

Besides the door situation, it was what I expected for the price.

For the price, it was what I expected to find.

The door from my side that connected to the room next to me didn't have a handle. Just the key part. When I woke up, it was ajar. I was by myself so freaked out. Sent an email to the company to ondorm them. The shower was difficult to maneuver in. No washcloth provided.

Great service with not great room and amenities, could be improved.

We liked that the hotel had parking and was close to the beach. Staff was pretty friendly and good, giving services what was included without hesitation, more towels, bed sheets etc.

The outside door being open all the time, and extremely loud when it was closing down. Thin walls, hearing room next door. Showe curtain was dirty

I plan on coming back again next summer and I would definitely stay here again!

They let me check in early! They were very friendly! The pool was very clean!

Parking could be a little tight. I had a room with two double beds, one bed was extremely comfortable but the other bed was very hard.

Place was gross . Mohamed said he had other property If we booked there he would refund the money so we did then he said he wouldn't refund the money The other manger ispo said he would but still no refund .. aire looked like a bomb hit the outside shades half off windows dirty . Parking lot was a mess broken concrete everywhere

Staff was friendly and helpful. Shower and water pressure was great. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Pool water was cleaned and taken care of.

Ceiling tile in the bathroom was falling. Carpet could be more clean in the hallway. Door knobs were loose in the room.

The room was covered in spackle and spackle dust,room had very strong chemical odor, there was some.lady baging on our room door 4 am, there were sketchy people hanging around hotel, didn't feel safe . Rooms had screens so torn they were flapping in the wind. There were chunks of spackle all over the floor, manager said room was just cleaned, if that was clean I hate to see it before.

OVER PRICE !!!!!

The room looks bad! The Room wasn’t clean, the bathroom doorknob was broken and the door got stuck. The bed’s mattress is really horrible, the TV didn’t work, there is no acoustic between the rooms and the floors….

Very good

very friendly and attentive and the perfect location near the beach and restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. I parked my car and did everything walking.
