It was fine

Too few blankets on the beds they only had a sheets. The elevator and the hallways were not clean. Very outdated facilities.

Weekend stay

Room was spacious. Pool area was very large with plenty of seating. Check in staff was very approachable and happy.

Rooms were very outdated. Paint peeling off the back of the bathroom door. Room was not worth $300/night. Not even complimentary coffee in the room.

Relaxing time.

Location was on the beach

The hotel restaurant was closed and restaurant staff was rude when asked if they were closed.

Extravagant!

We love the fact that we had the view with a comfortable feel to the ocean. Furthermore, the staff treated us great and was very respectful. This trip was better than I could have ever hoped for thank you for the lovely experience.

We didn't have any complaints. We were really treated good. We had read the reviews before coming and our expectations were different. Our minds were blown. We literally had a lovely first vacation. Food was also amazing thank you.

Pleasant

The location was great! The dining room was short staff but WONDERFUL family workers. The arcade was nice! Loved how you can see the ocean from the pool. Nice size room.

The thermostat in our room didn’t work so we froze the first night. The second night we stayed I didn’t turn on so we weren’t comfortable. We didn’t use the second bed because we found little hairs on the sheets. Very low toilet

Good

Clean the staff the location. The staff made sure the room was cleaned and it was and they changed the sheets every day!

The mattress was bad had a hard time sleeping. Their toilets are kick flush which is stupid . And we complained several times that the screen door was broken and the door was hard to open. The valve on the shower was broke and for a day there was no hot water.

Overall great but the parking is a big pain

Location is great, facility is clean and pool area is fantastic.

Rooms and especially bathrooms could use an upgrade the showerhead was really old. The parking is quite difficult as they have people with huge pickup trucks taking up 2 spaces so we were forced to park at a meter after coming back from the boardwalk at 11pm. The parking garage is very tight with little space to maneuver. Wish the pool was open later.

Hotel was adequate but is in need of updates/renovations.

Location was good and staff was nice.

Wifi connection was terrible and they need to update room amenities like adding coffee makers and microwaves. And sorry that is standard in 95% of hotels so ALL rooms should have those basic amenities. As mentioned in other reviews, poor water pressure. Also should have a paid Wifi for business travelers. I needed to use my phone hotspot to log into work.

Pleasant

Location; access to the beach; restaurant on-site.

Hotel looks run down and outdated; hotel adjacent to the front lobby had kids in the pool for hours literally screaming; it was impossible to read or rest for several hours at a time; you cannot get a glass of wine at a restaurant in Wildwood Crest - this is ridiculous.

Great location and the rooms were clean and the lobby staff was friendly. Bargain

Great location to the beach. The pool was nice but was still showing signs of construction around the pool. You had to bring everything you needed for the kitchen aside from plates and glasses, such as salt pepper paper towels etc.

The restaurant attached was totally unprepared for guests. Went to have breakfast there and they seemed to be walking around like they had no clue what to do. People were seated coming to the hostess station to retrieve their own menu's and we were not even approached to be seated. We left and went to a local café.

I would stay again, but skip the pool and restaurant

The bed was comfy and the location was great

The rooms weren't quite clean, there were little black biting bugs at the pool, the attached restaurant was ridiculous( meals came out one at a time, 10 minutes apart. Staff didnt know their menu, one meal never came, )

beautiful location, clean rooms, stunning pools.

The check in process was terrible, we check in way past suggested check in time. The room was fine & the pools were great. Elevators were tiny and always packed.

Wouldn't stay again

Location

old and needs updating. I wouldnt walk barefoot on floor. Needs new rugs. Slider screen for Balcony off tracks loud music unil 2 am. Slow and small elevators laundry detergent smelled cheap and rest stop like. Dated room water damage not repaired.

garage ...parking spaces inside the garage were too close....very difficult to maneuver to get the car parking or take the car out
