Nestled in Edgewater, this lovely condo for £99 per night is a great option for your next break. Enjoy a stylish, fully renovated home in the heart of Edgewater, 10 minutes from downtown Denver! Take Uber straight into downtown, LoDo, LoHi, RiNo, Highlands, Tennyson or Five Points for great night life, restaurants, bars and museums. Check our our Edgewater Public Market just few blocks away! Our lovely home is located 20 minutes from Red Rocks and Golden, 30 minutes from Boulder and 40 minutes from the breathtaking Rocky mountains offering great skiing, snowboarding and sunny hiking trails! A convenient distance to everything! The house is all yours! You'll have private access to the entire 2-br apartment in a side-by-side duplex. A full kitchen offers all appliances including: stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, utensils, hand towels, mugs, wine glasses, water glasses, and dishes. Both bedrooms have new, comfortable king and queen beds. There is a queen, memory foam, sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room is cozy and decorated to make you feel as if you are in your own living room. High speed internet and 50 inch HDTV smart TV features some of the best picture quality, making the living room theater quality for movie watching. Two trash cans and recycling bin are in the back of the house. Always feel welcome to call or text if a question arises! I take pride in hosting and your comfort is my priority. Cannabis dispensaries, open until midnight, are just a few blocks away. House Expectations: - Check in is anytime after 3PM - Check out by 10AM - No smoking of any kind inside apartment please. 420 is allowed. - I am happy to consider a pet, please contact me with DETAILED description of your furry friend. Pet fee, per pet applies upon pet approval - No parties or events please - Self check-in with a lockbox - 420 Friendly - House quiet time starts at 10 pm - No shoes inside please, please bring your slippers if that's what you prefer Please contact me if you wish to CHECK IN EARY/ CHECK OUT LATE. I will give my best to accommodate your request if possible for a $50 fee.

Cute place that’s been updated well. Perfect for our family of three. The beds are very comfortable and that’s a huge plus in a rental. We had everything we needed to feel like we were home. We were near stores and eateries, everything one could need. Easy drive downtown as well.
Sanja was very prompt with communication and a great host. We’d rent again from her.

My girlfriend and I adored this very simple but cozy apartment. The neighborhood is a gem, too. We went to a Broncos game, a peaceful and short walk to Sloan Lake, and rode Uber bikes to the stadium. Edgewater Market, just down the street, has a wide selection of great food and vibes. I do not often write reviews, but we loved this place and the neighborhood.

Everything we needed for a 1-week stay in Denver. Conveniently located in Edgewater near eateries and shopping. Rental had all the amenities. Host was responsive and friendly. We will try to stay here again next time we visit the Denver area.

Very nice place for our mini family vacation! Pictures are accurate. Communication was fast when I had a small issue with the washer and dryer. Easy access to Downtown Denver which is where we spent most of our time. Definitely a great stay for a great price.

It was a comfortable, clean VRBO. It was nicely decorated and offered nice amenities. Off-street parking was a nice plus. Beds were very comfortable. Owner communication was great, she responded quickly and was very helpful. Highly recommend it.

This property is very conveniently located although bordered by a busy street. Pets are allowed for an extra per night charge but know there is no fence. The home is comfortable and there was much appreciated off-street parking. A good value for the money.

This house/duplex worked great for us. Has a king bed which is a big plus for us. Easy to find and fairly quiet neighborhood (just street traffic noise). Sanja was great to work with when we had questions. Would definitely rent this again if in the area.

Clean and well-furnished
Unit was very clean upon arrival, and plenty of towels and bedding were provided. The living area is a bit small but just fine for the two of us. The kitchen is spacious and included quality glassware and dinnerware. The location is in a quite neighborhood, and although on a busier street it was not bothersome at all. Easy access to downtown and points west. We would stay again.

I loved how close this location was to the stadium. There is a cool little shopping center down the road too! Sanja was very helpful and fast to reply to any questions!

We did not timely receive a code for the house in spite of multiple calls and texts to owner - code finally received 11:37pm after we already found another place to stay. I sought assistance from VRBO and spent 3 hours and 39 minutes in total (mostly on hold) trying to figure out what to do. I had another traveler in my group book a hotel around 8pm while I kept getting the VRBO runaround. After being hung up on twice by VRBO reps, finally at 9:30pm one helpful person did refund my stay and offered that we select another place to stay but by that time a hotel was booked for a higher price than the house. I did receive a full refund and the owner did pay the rental difference, but this ruined our first day and we had to stay in a hotel with no place to relax outdoors in the morning or evening. Truly a disappointing experience, even moreso from VRBO.
