Nestled in Edgewater, this charming house for £459 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Large two-story home, elegantly designed, very spacious and completely renovated by ourselves, with a washer and dryer. a big patio and fire pit. If you wish to stay for a longer period of time you can do an inquiry for the weekend and notify us which dates you wish to extend and we can modify said inquiry. It is a wonderful one bedroom Cottage with a pull-out sleeper that can accommodate four. https://www.vrbo.com/1036082?unitId=1584030 Nice quiet neighborhood very close to beautiful Sloans Lake, and only 5 or 6 minutes from Downtown Denver (if the three lights are green:), perfect for convention and festival goers. No pets allowed. Seven bedrooms. There is a large living room with a Smart TV and WiFi. Also with a pull-out sofa bed. Out back there is a patio with table and chairs, and a backyard as well. There is a sweet, historic mansion in a nice park across the street, where there are sometimes weddings held. Wonderful Sloan's Lake is just down the street. There are great restaurants all around, at the lake, and in the trendy West Highlands area (W. 32nd St. and Lowell Blvd.), which is nearby, with all the cool shops, eateries and bars. Off street parking. Bus stop a half a block away on Sheridan Blvd. and W 29th Ave. Seven bedrooms. There is a large living room with a Smart TV and WiFi. A king bed, 2 murphy beds, 2 pull-out sofa beds and 7 bunk beds (3 of which have futons and all 7 bunk beds have a full-size mattress on the bottom). 2 fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Out back there is a patio with table, chairs, fire pit and a back yard as well. I am immediately responsive, or my assistant or the co-host for anything you may need. No Shoes inside! Please remove shoes while inside No pets allowed. Please no parties allowed and keep in mind that the same rules as a hotel would apply. Very loud music after hours, very loud voices, singing, shouting etc. that would not be tolerated at a hotel will not be tolerated here. If you are desiring to throw a party, accommodations can be made for an extra cost, depending on the size of the party, approximately $100. If a party is thrown without prior approval, $150 fee will be charged to the account. Thank you for your understanding as this has been an ongoing concern here when hosting large groups of people. This property is a psychiatric services office converted into a VRBO, which was not listed on the description. Great place to stay if all you need is a place to sleep and store your things, but if you plan to gather for a meal you might be eating in the office/waiting room or go down to the basement to the living room couches. Overall location, communication, cleanliness, and comfort was great, but if the doctors-office feel makes you uncomfortable then probably best to look elsewhere.
