Our room wasn’t freshened up, no one in the office to tell them, when we went to dinner there i told the hostess and she contacted the manager and she freshened up the room

I didn't get to stay the whole night so I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast. I had to leave bc the smell of natural gas was so strong I couldn't stay the whole night...and I'm actually still waiting for my refund and this was on Nov.3. it's been a month and still don't have my money back.
The smell of gas.

Location, history, decor, bar and restaurant on site, comfy beds
No parking, room above bar so very loud but we had an idea of that and they have a sound machine in room but still loud. Breakfast was instant

Right on the town square (Visitor Center, real nice people). Near the shopping district (3rd Avenue). Very interesting history.
A little dated. Our room was probably last updated in the 60’s.

The breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, bacon and biscuits and gravy
Not a negative, but it seemed that it was all new staff that did not know everything so it took a bit longer to get things done.

The location was awesome. Overall, we got to experience some history while staying there. It was like a step back in time.😁
We were not happy that we were put in a separate building than our daughter & her husband. Our breakfast was served cold.

Location
Very very noisy traffic from sunrise till late night. Not just cars ….. construction vehicles, 18 wheelers, dump trucks, etc. the breakfast was included in price - cold food and slow service.

The rooms were very nice! The history of the place was interesting and we enjoyed learning about it! The restaurant and bar were great and all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. Everything was easy to find, and we were in walking distance of several other things to do. We did a bourbon tour close by and then walked around the town before checking in. There is even an old graveyard close by that has a lot of history. Late at night people were even there “ghost hunting”
The only thing that I could say anything negative about was that parking was hard to find.

Great location
Closed the bar early! But, so does everyone in the middle of the week

Historical property in the center of town. Very walkable to other sites. The dining was very good and reasonably priced.
Our room was kind of warm during the night. And I was a little spooked by the ghost tales. But all was good.

Room was clean and updated, hotel staff was nice and helpful.
There was only one bartender in the tavern on a busy Friday night and she was overwhelmed and wasn't knowledgeable on how to make the drinks on the menu

The staff was very friendly, and the bourbon selection in the hotel bar was outstanding. The upstairs patio was a very relaxing place to sip bourbon, relax, and chat. The location was perfect for walking access to good food, good drink, and a area in the adjacent neighborhood to run.
The wifi was not available, but neither did I bring it to the attention of the staff as I have a hotspot.

The location was excellent! We were on the bourbon trail and this was in the heart of it. The bar in the tavern was wonderful and so was dinner and breakfast. The staff spent time with us and had great stories!
The beds were a little soft but we still slept fine.

The breakfast was great!! The server presented us with real scrambled eggs, bacon and biscuits - all was made to order and served warm! Plenty of coffee and tea; large selection of cereals with milk; also oatmeal packets were available; breakfast room was warm and inviting!
We loved everything! The Inn is quite unique and has an amazing history. It is like staying in a museum - a museum that is comfortable and enjoyable. We learned so much staying at this Inn - and the restaurant and bourbon bar are the best!

A very special and historical place. Love the room and everything about it. Staffs were friendly and very courteous. Breakfast was simple but delicious.
WiFi connection was poor.

Location.
I actually checked out a couple of hours after checking in, the staff were undertrained, (from the person managing my reservation to the manager who didn't know how to address poor internet, to the 4 people it took to process refund)..., the internet didn't work which I could not afford, I could tell that the stay was going to end poorly. The room faces the street, noise, the dining hall is under the rooms, for a Inn that was rebuilt after a fairly recent fire, it does not have the charm it could so wonderfully deliver capitalizing on its past. What a shame. All the pieces are there; but, no.

The history.. and the place ... great
The service at the bar in the tavern...sucked.. did not want to wait on you... unless you were a big crowed that had tabs.. I guess.. my wife was quit mad..
