The condo enjoys hurricane doors & windows which help reduce outside sound. *During the warmer spring & summer months the Mexican Caribbean may receive sargassum, (a form of algae). We cannot predict when it will come or if it will disrupt swimming or the beaches. The city has placed barriers in the ocean to help reduce its impact on the area & they clean the beaches on a regular basis.Our complex hires extra help when needed. (Overall 2023 sargassum season was relatively low.) *We are not responsible for city wide power or water outages on the rare occassion that service may be out. *Please purchase travel (trip interruption) & medical insurance to protect your vacation.
