This is a very roomy snd comfortable beach house in a super convenient location right on the Rehoboth boardwalk. Kitchen and bathrooms are very nice, especially the master bath. The host is great to work with. We’re already planning for next time

This is a great house for a family vacation at the beach. It's truly beachfront, with only a sand dune separating you and the beach. With balconies on two levels, there is plenty our outdoor space to relax, and inside, there is ample room to hang out, play games/do puzzles, etc.
The boardwalk is right in front of the house and it is an easy (and fun) 1/2 mile walk to downtown Rehoboth and all of the shops, restaurants, cafes, and energy--but at the house, it's very quite and tranquil.
The house is pet friendly. A big bonus is that just a few minutes walk away, there is a dog-friendly beach (in Dewey, not Rehoboth) where dogs are welcome before 9 am and after 5:30.
The house provides beach chairs (there are quite a few) and a beach umbrella, and has an outdoor shower for washing the sand off.
The primary bedroom is enormous and has a deck that looks out over the ocean, plus on on the side. The en suite bath is very modern, with a very large shower with multiple shower modes. The is a skylight, so if you are sensitive to light, bring an eye mask if you want to sleep late.
The other bedrooms and baths also are large. Check out the photos to see the 70s-themed design in the other bathrooms to make sure you'll enjoy them.
Small wishes: the kitchen could be better equipped and the knives are not super sharp. If there are meals you know you will make and you'll need specific tools, consider bringing them. The wine glasses are all mixed styles.

Overall, the property is as advertised. Great location, clean and plenty of room. I would just like to add that the beds are very uncomfortable as is the living room furniture. Several of the bathrooms need updating. Bathroom in master suite is great. The funky 70's decor is outdated. If you are elder and have any physical issues the steps can be difficult. I wanted to be as honest as possible here. We did have a great time.

We had our first trip to Rehoboth and loved it! Our kids are older and this was a perfect location. The walk to the fun on the boardwalk was great for their age. Being where we enjoyed the sounds of the ocean was perfect for us. Poodle beach out the door and to the right... was wonderful for our pups first trip to the beach! The house was wonderful. Not too big that we didn't enjoy being together as a family. Yet enough bedrooms and bathrooms for extended family and friends visiting! The 70's themed bathrooms made for great mirror selfies!

Our family had a wonderful time at this terrific property. It is the second time we have stayed. The location can't be beat and waking up to a view of the ocean each morning was magical. We all love the many decks. There were seven of us and two dogs and we feel there is more than enough space for all. Love the outdoor shower (hot and cold water!) and indoor garage. Communication with the host is extremely easy and we received prompt responses to any inquiry before, during and after the stay. The nieghborhood is quiet and beautiful. Can't wait to return.

Fun beach property!
Fun beach property with lots of space and retro design. Great location - close enough but not too close - to everything Rehobeth Beach. Many thanks to the property manager for her prompt response to our one property issue. We had a great week!

Perfect House
We love this house and its location. You’re handy to everything (restaurants, Funland, shopping) without being right in it. You are steps to one of the least crowded sections of the beach. Great house!!

First time at Rehoboth
We had a great time, the location makes beach, boardwalk and shopping very easy. The house is very roomy, provides great views feeling of privacy despite being right on the boardwalk.

Slice of Heaven at the end of the Boardwalk
We fell in love with this big open quirky house situated on the boardwalk with ocean views. The VRBO ad doesn't share many pictures, so the house is a bit of a mystery. Vaulted ceilings, sky lights, walls of sliding glass doors and great spaces define this retro-inspired great house.
5 of us shared a house that can occupy many more and we can't wait to do it again. Nothing bad to say - we loved the entire house - even the kitschy bathrooms! If you're on the fence, get off it and click the button. You'll love it like we did.
The property manager was also responsive and checked in with us to see if everything was ok as she passed by on her way to the beach! What amazing customer service - we couldn't be happier.

Beautiful House and location
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location for the week. The views off the deck are beautiful and the house is open and airy. It’s on the very end of the boardwalk—quiet but accessible to town. The owners couldn’t have been more receptive! Unfortunately I broke my foot the day before vacation, so the spiral staircase was a bit challenging. But we’ll definitely come back when I am not on crutches!

Both staircases are spiral staircases. The one from the laundry room to the second floor is steepest. To prevent the young kids from accessing this one, we blocked it off using an ironing board
The somewhat less steep main staircase could also be a hazard for young children. We used beach chairs to block this as we didn’t bring any baby gates since our tots are fine with standard stairs.
If you need a baby gate, bring a wide one.

Incredible Location. Great House.
First and foremost, the location was simply incredible. Steps away from the beach on the boardwalk. Just far enough from the hustle & bustle of downtown Rehoboth to be quiet, but a short walking distance (less than 10 minutes) to the restaurants and shops.
The house was large and comfortable. Kitchen was a bit small, but we really didn't use it anyway. Large outdoor deck facing the ocean on the second level was great. Main floor deck was spacious with a nice dining table on one side and smaller table on the other. Stairs leading upstairs to bedrooms are spiral and a bit steep which might be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. Bathroom decor is either really fun/funky or really outdated depending on your preference. Rest of the house is tastefully done in a traditional beach house style.
Had a very minor issue with trash pickup but that's only because it was off-season. Karen, the property manager was very responsive.
Would highly recommend the property and would stay there again.

We loved this place!
This is a great property, right on the beach and an easy walk up the boardwalk to restaurants and shops. The house was super clean and the beds were very comfortable, including the pillows. Kitchen was well outfitted for our meals. Great views from all the decks - we loved it!

Fun House
The house and location are great. We loved those bathrooms. The windows and sliding doors need a good cleaning to see the ocean. The top deck needs all the nails in the deck boards hammered in. We would stay again.

Great beach house
Great house for an family. Location is amazing and the house is set up for a group to enjoy the beach. We had 2 rainy days and were comfortable staying home. Plenty of room for all.

Perfect Beach Vacation and Location
The house was perfect for our family. We were 6 people, 4 young adults, my husband and I and our dog. The house had wonderful outdoor space with decks and balconies. It is on the boardwalk in the residential part of Rehoboth and was quiet. Easy to get to attractions on foot. The beach in front of the house was perfect for early morning romps with our dog. We had everything we needed. Karen, was so easy to communicate with and she went above and beyond when I told her my concerns about corona due to my husband's vulnerability to it from surgery. She took all the blankets and had them cleaned right before our arrival. Can't say enough good things.
