You've found Spring Hill, a cute studio cabin with a front porch swing, a hot tub and internet access - what more could you want?! Spring Hill cabin is the perfect couple's getaway whether you want to unwind and relax on the porch swing, ATV in the Ouachita National Forest or enjoy the water activities. Bring your boat! There is plenty of room to park. Here, you will have the best of both worlds! Because of its prime location, not only wiill you avoid extra town taxes and fees upon booking, but you will also beat hours of Hochatown traffic and still have quick access to restaurants, shopping and casinos as well as Broken Bow Lake, the State Park and hiking trails. Spring Hill is perfectly situated between all the Hochatown attractions (6 miles away) and the town of Broken Bow (4 miles away). It’s a short drive to Broken Bow Lake & Marina where you can rent jet skis or a boat to enjoy the activities on the lake. How about a day on the river? You can also enjoy kayaking or tubing! After your day of adventure you can come back, turn on the Roku Smart TV, rest and hide away while you prepare to do it all over again the next day! You will have one neighbor (sister property), but divided by a fence. There is plenty of distance! There is a private drive off of the highway and no other cabins within view. ○ Bedroom 1: Queen bed located in bedroom area in this studio cabin ○ Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with bath tub / shower combination ✨ WiFi ✨ Spring Hill has high speed internet access. Bear Creek Vacations is not responsible for reliability of internet or outages from service provider. WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use or personal preference regarding services. ✨ GRILL & FIRE ✨ The grill is not directly wired into the house and we will provide propane. There is a fire pit. Please bring matches. Our cleaning service no longer provides firewood. ✨ MAX OCCUPANCY ✨ Spring Hill sleeps 2. Due to fire marshal regulations and insurance purposes, the number of guests per cabin is strictly enforced. ✨ PUP-FRIENDLY ✨ Maximum of 1 dog allowed. No cats. Pet Fee: $75 per stay. It was a great place to stay for our anniversary weekend. Everything was great, but the porch light was out which made it difficult to see at night when trying to open the front door.

Loved the hot tub. Nice cabin closed to many activities. Cabin stayed warm when the temperature weeny to 15 degrees.

The room is well-equipped, the bathroom is clean, and the external hot tub is excellent. The location is close to the highway, though it might be a bit noisy at night, which is not a significant issue. However, the reason for my three-star rating is that the bedding wasn't very clean. The comforter appears a bit dirty on the surface. Before sleeping, I found two live bugs, possibly bedbugs, near the pillow. The next day after returning home, I noticed numerous itchy red bumps on my back, arms, thighs, and ankles. I hope you can enhance the cleanliness of the bedding and address the issue of bedbugs(this is sooooooo annoying).

We enjoyed our stay very much. First trip with just the two of us in a long time and the cabin was perfect. Some highway noise but nothing terrible. Loved that neighbors were not too close and it was private. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and the peace and quiet. Thank you for a great place to stay.

Nice little cabin. It rained all weekend we stayed so we spent alot of time indoors. Internet quit after 2nd night. Hot tub was good. We used grill to make dinner. It would have been helpful to add a little instruction on turning on propane but we figured it out.

I scheduled this cabin in conjunction with a work trip in Oklahoma. My wife and I loved the cabin. It was close to everything and a comfortable place to stay between trail walking and exploring.

A good cabin to just spend your nights at. Small and simple for a couple. Right off the highway so you hear EVERYTHING. Bring your own coffee & shampoos - they did not have any stocked. There’s also no washer or dryer on this site, regardless of what the listing said.

This was my partner & I’s first trip together. We had an amazing time! The host was very communicative & the area was beautiful. Will definitely be coming back someday!

This property was well maintained & quaint, perfect for two people! The hot tub was an awesome amenity to have available, as was the fire pit! The location of the cabin is also optimal to see tourist-y areas / gift shops / local resturants etc, it was roughly a 10 minute drive to beavers bend state park, and we were able to find a beach area + a free concert going on in the park! Honestly would book here anytime for a quick getaway, though staying a day or two longer would have been nice! Thanks for having us!

We could not say enough about how great this property is! We loved the seclusion and ability to just relax away from everything. The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the grill and the fire pit. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Broken Bow!

Everything was amazing in this stay, but what i loved more was the communication the owners had with me, since it was my fist time renting a cabin i was full of questions and they were always with the right answers and at a fast response, i will definitely keep using them for future trips and i highly recomend them if you want to have a stress free vacation.

We loved our time at Springhill cabin and loved exploring Hochatown for the first time. The hot tub was an incredible amenity and the cabin had everything we needed. It was our first trip to Broken Bow/Hochatown, but we will be back.

Perfect size for a couple as the other reviews say you can sometimes hear trucks passing by as it’s close to a highway but with my fan it was hardly noticeable would book again!

Needed a quick getaway before starting a new job and overall just a break a way from normal life. The cabin was relaxing, easy to find. Could improve water pressure and would love to see some type of blind option for the front door in case you want to sleep in on vacation. Overall just what I was expecting and close to everything we wanted to do.

Me and my wife came here for our honeymoon. We originally were going to stay at a different cabin but had to choose a cabin quickly as we were leaving in the next 2 days. The cabin was small but it had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. I will say the housekeeper didn't do the best job getting the place ready for us as our lock combination was not set when we arrived however the property manager gave us another possible code and it worked for us. The Tv was a little small and there wasn't much to watch but we honestly didn't use it much. We loved the hot tub but it did seem to be a little over chlorinated. The location wasn't very bad, there is a road nearby but you feel very secluded. We had deer visit us every day and night while we were there which we enjoyed. If you are looking for a cheap, small cabin that isn't too fancy then this one is for you. If you want something that is spacious and fancy and you are willing to spend a little more money then keep looking for a different cabin.

Overall, as noted, pretty good forr the price and accommodation.
One draw back is the physical location is right off US259, not very noisy at night, thank goodness, but during day it is.
Manager does a great job, and cleanliness is excellent.

Loved this property, you can here the road but the sound machine included blocked it out. Still was extremely secluded. The wifi was spotty but besides that it was fantastic. Would definitely go back.
