About this condo rental
Nestled in Puako, this charming condo for £180 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Enjoy your stay at our Hawaiian style two-bedroom two-bath villa, situated on the 6th hole of the Lake course on Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. Once you enter the villa grounds, you will appreciate the soothing island breeze through swaying palm trees. You may like to sit on the private outdoor lanai overlooking the fairway, watching the golfers. In the morning, you will especially enjoy drinking Kona coffee on the lanai as you watch the sun rise over Kohala Mountain. Our Fairway Villa, located just 30 minutes north of Kona Airport at Waikoloa Beach Resort, is in a three-floor complex with nearby stairs and an elevator for your use. The unit is on the 2nd floor. Just steps outside your door there are an open-air workout room, BBQ grill area, infinity pool and lava rock spa; what more could you need to relax? Our villa has a modern, fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite counter tops and cherry cabinets. A beautifully set glass-topped dining table and barstools provide ample seating for meals. The living room features a comfortable sofa and chairs plus a 55 inch flat screen TV. The living room has a queen-sized sofa bed for additional overnight guests. Enjoy free secure high-speed internet access and cable TV throughout the unit. The large master bedroom suite has a California king-sized bed, a flat TV and large walk-in closet. The master bath has a water jet tub, walk-in glass showers and double sinks. The guest bedroom contains twin beds, TV and closet. The guest bathroom has a sink, deep tub with a shower. The suite is fully stocked with lots of towels and fresh linens. Within a short walk (about five minutes), there are two shopping areas, including cafes, restaurants, art galleries, and boutiques. A 10 minute walk takes you to sites for enjoying swimming and snorkeling or the amazing sunset at A-bay (Anaecho’omalu Bay). For your use, you will find beach towels. And , you can play 27 holes championship golf course. Everything is right outside your door if you want to do nothing more than relax right here at your home-away-from-home. Take the gang for a drive around the island. A designated carport parking space is located right next to the elevator. Free parking for additional vehicles is available in any space not marked ‘Reserved’. We are available by e-mail, but since we do not live on the Big Island, we will be unable to meet you personally. We, the Okomato family, own the villa but reside in Japan. We love the Big Island very much; who can resist the most beautiful display of blazing stellar skyscape in the whole world? We have island contact on the Big Island, though, available to assist you if something comes up during you stay. This villa is situated in a unique part of the island: it’s sunny and dry all year long, it’s the perfect place to enjoy time with family and friends, take in the sights, and to have as your home-base as you explore the island. The Condo is magnificent. Better than the photos. A wonderful area just minutes from all you need - shopping, beach, restaurants, golf and more. It is away from the "Big Town" and only 20 minutes from the airport. The condo and area is so quiet and peaceful with a really nice veranda overlooking the Golf Course. We came for our son's wedding and found out how nice the area is and now we want to come back again for more relaxation and Sun!! Mahalo!!

We had a great vacation in this unit. Centrally located couple minutes to walk to the Kings or Queens markets. Closet had all the beach toys in it we needed for our kids, would definitely like to come again.

This condo is in the perfect location in Waikoloa beach resort. Close to shops & restaurants, a few minutes drive to the beach. Price is very reasonable compared to other units in the area. Beautiful view from lanai. It had an everything you could need in the kitchen. It is however, showing its age and in need of a refresh in furniture, lamps and linens. Cleaning is not thorough but just adequate. Overall a good value.

We have been to the big island multiple times and have stayed in many different condos / homes, and this one by far was our favorite. The home was well laid out, clean, conveniently located, and easy to work with. We really hope that we get an opportunity to utilize the space again it really made our family vacation something special.

The property was in a great location. Wonderful walk to the queen shops and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable but all the pillows need replacing. The communication with the owner before arriving was great.

The home was in one of the best locations on the island. It was close to many great snorkeling beaches. The house was very clean and had an extremely well stocked kitchen. It also had everything we needed for the beach. Awesome views of golf course and sunsets. Great rental.

Great Location, good value for money
This is a great location, easy walking to shops & restaurants and a good location for exploring the island. A-Bay is very close & the lava lava beach club is great. This was our first time at the Big Island and we truly loved the island. The outdoor patio is great for lounging in the breeze on the golf course.
The condo was spacious and good value for money. Hisanori provided very specific detailed instructions for everything including how to check in and directions on how to use everything. The host was a great communicator. The linens could use a refresh, they were a bit worn down and the condo could use a deep clean.
Overall we had a great trip and really enjoyed the location.

Perfect Getaway
The condo was very nice and had everything you would need during your stay, conveniently located close to pool, fitness center and grills with a nice view of the golf course . Our host was very accommodating and responsive. The complex itself is very well maintained and had a resort like feel, the pool was one of the nicest I've seen. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

This unit is on the 2nd floor and unfortunately we had some people above us who were very loud, at all hours of the day it seemed. The unit itself is wonderful, and Hisanori is a very gracious and generous host and allowed a late checkout in order for us to smoothly transition to our next lodging (we had refrigerated items). The condo had lots of amenities, such as boogie boards, pool noodles, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, coolers and even a bidet in the master bathroom toilet! We never used it but I thought that was something neat to have. The beds were very comfortable. Based on the other comments, he has replaced the couch in the living area which serves as futon for additional sleeping space, but we didn't use that.
The kitchen has a rice cooker, which was a nice appliance to have. The refrigerator was clean and spacious. I would only suggest having an additional kitchen towel for when the other one is being washed. The same goes for the hand towels in the bathrooms. Having one additional one per bathroom would help a lot when the towels are being washed. We used the BBQ grills by the pool a few times during our stay, and they were very well maintained and they had a bucket of disinfectant wipes there to help keep things clean. I appreciated having enough garbage bags so we could take out the garbage each night, as well as access to some cleaning products to wipe down the counters, etc. There was plenty of toilet paper, kleenex, and paper towels, and it was apparent that previous guests have left various other items in the bathrooms which can come in handy if needed, such as alcohol or hydrogen peroxide for first aid.
It was also very convenient to have dedicated covered parking right by the stairs.
We would love to stay here again on our next trip to the Big Island.

First I want to thank Hisanori for his patience as we had to rebook 3 times due to Covid 19. It was all worthwhile as we thoroughly enjoyed our time on the Big Island and staying in Hisanori’s condo. It was well stocked with everything that is needed including toys and beach chairs for trips to the beach. Turkeys and Nene patrol the grounds and try to avoid the golfers on the 15th hole of the Beach Course. We were not disappointed and will try to book this property again if it is available.
