About this villa rental
Located in Puako, this attractive villa for £197 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Luxurious ground floor "no stair steps" villa with private lanai, large lawn area and wide open views of the golf course. Granite slab counters in the large, well-equipped kitchen. Living and dining areas have hardwood floors. Kitchen, entry and baths have tile floors. New entertainment center with a 55" 4K TV and many different board games. New sectional sofa and new mattresses in both bedrooms. We stock supplies for your whole stay, not just tiny amounts for the first few days. The lanai has dining for 6 plus a Viking grill and sink in the outdoor kitchen. The garage holds sand chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels, boogie boards, coolers, wagon, two Trek bicycles and two sets of golf clubs. Discounted green fees of $85 for 18 holes before 11 am at the Beach 9, Lakes 9 and Kings 9 Courses just a short drive from the unit. Club rentals are $25 at the Pro Shop. It is a 15 minute walk to the pro shop, Mauna Grill & Bar restaurant and driving range. Only a 5 minute walk to all kinds of amenities including Starbucks, groceries, shopping, restaurants, farmer's market, movie theater and live entertainment. Luaus at the Hilton and Marriott with traditional foods, music and dances. From the hotels and A-Bay beach, it is a short walk back to your Hawaii Home with lush grounds that are extremely quiet and peaceful. Located at the end of the complex, but only a one minute walk to the delightful tropical lagoon pool and hot tub for a relaxing swim or catching up on that book you have been wanting to read and the fully equipped workout room. Or drive 10 minutes to the best white sand beaches on the island, Hapuna and Mauna Kea. Paradise found! PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE A KING OR TWO TWINS IN THE GUEST BEDROOM. The space was very comfortable and nice for my family. The unit had a well stalked kitchen with everything you would need as well as a one car garage with plenty of snorkel gear, towels and even two bikes to ride around. The nearby A-beach was amazing and we enjoyed a nice dinner on the beach at the Lava, Lava Club. This place has it all and is centrally located to many great beaches and wonderful shopping!

This property was just what we were looking for when we stayed here last year. When we decided to return to Waikoloa, this property was our first call. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. The owner provided a golf discount which saved us a considerable amount of money. When we had questions, the property manager responded very quickly.

Awesome place. Safe, clean, great amenities and tons of gear for activities. Right near queens market and kings shops, restaurants, bars and the condo was right on the golf course. Both the property manager and owners were super responsive and helped with anything questions we had. Also near some great beaches! 100% would recommend.

We totally enjoyed out stay. The Villas is a quiet, beautiful property with beautiful landscaping and views of the golf course. Just a short walk to the pool/hot tub.
We had everything we needed for the beach.
We didn't use the oven or the stove, but used the grill on the lanai.
We couldn't figure out the ice maker so used small plastic containers to put in the freezer to make ice for our coolers on beach days.
I would definitely stay here again.

This property was in a fantastic location and had a lot of beach gear available to use. The only issue is that while the unit does have AC, it was locked at 75 and we could not make it any lower, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing anywhere.

We loved this property. Due to my husbands cardiac condition i cook most of our meals. This kitchen had everything. It was stocked with many seasonings,evoo, balsamic vinegar and so on. I think people leave what they have leftover for the next guest. Host were very easy to work with. Pool was great. I used the gym several times and if worked out well for what i needed. We enjoyed watching the golfers tee off. Would absolutely stay again.

Chris and Stuart’s property was very beautiful and comfortable. The decor was to our liking. Their place was very clean and had every amenity needed. We very much appreciated their garage full of beach equipment that we used. We would definitely come back and would love to stay at their home.

Without hesitation, we would absolutely stay at Chris and Stuart's amazing condo again! Everything we could have wanted or dreamed up for a VRBO property was there - stunning location, beautiful and comfortable furnishings and furniture, every kitchen tool/item we wanted or needed, spotless, comfortable - you name it, their condo has it in abundance.

We were lucky to snag a few days here over the holidays. We were already familiar with this area and we were very pleased with this condo. The condo is roomy and comfortable with lots of local style. The owners clearly love this place and love sharing their recommendations (in no less than three binders on the bookshelf). Beds were comfy, bathrooms well-appointed, with everything you’d need, including clips to hang up wet swimsuits. We also appreciated the very well equipped kitchen and outdoor gas grill area. On top of all that, the one-car garage has coolers, bags, snorkeling equipment, two bicycles and more. The condo is in a very quiet and well maintained setting, on a golf course and about a six minute walk from shops, a grocery store and more. The beach is a bit further, but you pretty much need a car on the Big Island anyway, so you can choose which beach to go to. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

We were 3 women attending a 3-day wedding extravaganza in the Mauna Lani resort and this condo suited our needs very well. condo is sheltered and cool so we didn't need the AC. patio looks out in golf course. very well equipped although we didn't need to cook. the pool area and grounds are beautiful. also a good little fitness area. super cool to walk to dinner and shopping at Queens and Kings centers.

We had a nice stay in this unit. It was clean and had everything you could ever need. We especially loved all the beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, umbrellas etc. Great location. Only downfall, which is my fault for not checking, is there has clearly been an animal/animals in the unit which triggered my daughters asthma.

We feel like we were so lucky to find this condo when booking our semi last minute trip to the Big Island! The condo was spacious, incredibly well appointed with everything you could need, and was in a great location close to shops and the beach. The pool in the condo complex was great too!! We’ve stayed at three different 2B/2B units at this complex, and found this one to be the most well stocked, organized, and comfortable unit! The owners put in a lot of time making sure their guests have a great stay. Loved the golf privileges, too!

This place has the nicest relaxing vibe to it, I hope to book it again in the future. Queen's Market about 500 feet away has everything one may need to live here. Beaches are very close. Thanks!
