Located in Durham, this lovely house for £133 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Summary: Spacious, modern and radiant with natural light- surrounded by greenery but situated just minutes from downtown Durham and Duke's East campus; Close to everything great that Durham has to offer! The 2018 home offers a streamlined, elegant style with striking granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a hardwood farmhouse dining table that beckons you to gather. In the evening spill onto the front porch with vaulted ceilings and up-lighting. Fenced in backyard for yard games! The Space: Spacious and stylized open floorplan living room provides a central gathering space for friends and family. En Suite King Bedroom has French doors to Granite Double Vanity and Spa-Like River Rock Shower. Child-friendly Master2 has Full Tub, Changing Table and Gorgeous Granite Slab Vanity. Hall bath for two additional queen bedrooms features riverstone flooring in shower, glass enclosure, granite counter. We use Free & Clear Unscented laundry detergent on bedding and towels so our guests with sensitivities to perfumed products can breath easy. Guest Access: The front door has a keypad so you can arrive when convenient and come and go as you please. The Neighborhood: Situated on the edge of Old North Durham, our home offers proximity to downtown in an urban, income diverse residential area. The house is 7/10ths of a mile from the DIY District including The Pit, Motorco, Geer St Garden, Fullsteam Brewery and Cocoa Cinnamon. It's also an easy trip to Duke, RTP, the downtown Farmer's Market, & many local (and delicious) restaurants/cafes & local bars/breweries. Our home next door on Geer also serves as a Vacation Rental with a gate connecting the two yards, "*Bull Durham* Spacious & Walkable w/Front Sitting Porch and Backyard" Getting Around: The house is very easy to access and is a short drive to downtown, NC147, I85 and Durham's main thoroughfares. If you're taking a bus, there are many bus lines that should easily drop you off very close to our house. Lyfts and Ubers are abundant in the area as well. Other Things to Note: We have a Smart TV with access to Netflix, your Amazon or Hulu account, and many other apps. We Cut the Cord on Cable, but offer YouTubeTV which functions similar to Cable and offers tons of Live or On Demand Options! Interaction with Guests: We want you to be able to settle into this home as if it was your own. We'll stay out of your way, but we're just a quick message away if you have questions about restaurants, events or the house, or if an unexpected issue arises. We are happy to answer questions that you may have! Whether it's a hankering for a local cider, a sudden urge for a new haircut or a desperate need for a donut, we are happy to help you find the closest and best place to make that happen.

Our stay was amazing, hands down! This property was centrally located, which made traversing the city and other areas a breeze. We were close to downtown Durham, where we spent a lot of time. The property was very clean, well provisioned, and set up for our family's vacation. Everyone had their own space, which we all appreciated! We definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to experience Durham.

This was the most comfortable vacation rental we have ever stayed in. I was sold as soon as I saw that they use Free & Clear unscented laundry detergent, but the hosts went above and beyond to accommodate my request for fragrance free cleaning and not using air fresheners before our arrival. The air quality in the home was fantastic! The kitchen was well stocked with bakeware, utensils and dishes. We shared the space with our two grown sons and their partners. It was a perfect place to sit around the table, talking over meals and long into the night. We visited with a lot of relatives while in Durham, and appreciated the central location.

We were in town to meet our new Grandbaby. The house was very comfortable for 5 adults. It was equipped with everything we needed, including little things like coffee, coffee filters, dishwasher detergent, etc. It was a rainy weekend, but we enjoyed some outside time on the covered front porch.

We had a great stay in Durham at this property. We were in town for 3 nights for an event at DPAC and this location was great! both driving and Bering was easy from this spot, it's relatively private and was supplied with everything we needed for our stay.

This is a nice home, close to Durham. It is not really walking distance. It worked well for a weekend wedding reception - the bedrooms allowed separation of families. Note that the front bedroom's bathroom is shared with the third bedroom, past the kitchen. Two of the bedrooms have on suites which is nice, particularly for our older parents. The house would be better with more functional furniture in the living room. There was a sectional that was quite low and difficult for our elders (and us!) to get out of, and then only two extra seats. We brought lawn chairs to use, and glad we did. If you had a full house (all bedrooms full), there is not enough seating.

I often have a hard time staying anywhere but my own bed but this place made it a delight! My friends & I had a wonderful time here as we stayed for a wedding in the area. Dylan was also wonderful to deal with as he covered all the bases with multiple emails as we neared our trip! Thanks for a wonderful stay & if I am ever back in North Carolina, I will be sure to book this place again!

The property itself was delightful and very clean. Had all of the appliances for cooking and coffee. Very cozy. The location was fantastic! Right by the the city, Duke and all the good restaurants. I felt very safe in this location.

The house interior, Beautiful nice and cozy house. However, it's only one small television. The house has no sense of security. My family did not feel safe to leaving the house with their valuables things. We felt so unsafe, we had to shorten our visit. One thing I can say, the property manager was very understanding and refunded is for the nights we did not say. The house itself is very nice. However, the location is HORRIBLE. If the property had a security gate where only the guest have access to the property, would put the guest more at easy. The house is off a busy street, where car lights shine into the house. You can hear all the traffic noise and sirens. As stated before, Beautiful house just HORRIBLE location.

We stayed at this property for a guys trip. There were 5 of us and this was perfect. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Can’t beat it. Close to downtown (about a $6 Uber) we also went to the UNC game in Chapel Hill (20 mins) so the location was great. Would definitely stay again!!!

We came to a wedding at Duke Gardens. This house was new, clean and amazingly spacious. Great to be close to downtown and campus. The neighborhood looked a bit "transitional" but we felt perfectly safe. House is set back from road so we could enjoy coffee on the front porch. Would stay there again.
