Our stay here was great! It was a perfect layout for 2 couples and had all the major amenities along with being clean. It was within walking distance of most everywhere we wanted to see or do but it was weird being in an alley and parking was tight and difficult with 2 vehicles (was told by rental company that there was parking for 2 vehicles since we were meeting our party at the VRBO). If we ever go back to St. Augustine, we will rent again if available.

This house is beautiful! Very clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you need. Location was perfect. It is close to the many shops and restaurants in town. We walked to everything which was great. Highly recommend.

Once you get past how to find it you will see it's the perfect location. Walking distance to shops & Historic Downtown. Spacious rooms with old time St.Augustine flare. Love the old furniture pieces. Parking for large SUV w/open motorcycle trailer and F150.

We met friends who drove down from Georgia and we were all wowed when we walked in! A perfect setting for 2 couples to spend a few days together. En suite bedrooms were spacious, well appointed and were on opposite sides of the house. The beds were comfy, and the rooms were quiet since we were off the beaten path. The kitchen had all the cooking items we needed for preparing meals ourselves. We did enjoy eating out but it was nice to relax and visit without leaving the comforts of this lovely home. We liked the fact that we could walk to the shopping/historic area of SA or drive just minutes to restaurants and Publix! We would definitely recommend this little gem to friends/family or rent it ourselves again for a weekend getaway.

This was a wonderful rental. It was perfect for two couples with two nice sized masters and bathrooms on opposite sides of the house. My husband and I met my sister and her husband there for a long weekend to see a concert. The house was perfect and location was very convenient. It was clean and the furnishings were well kept. The beds were very large and comfortable. This rental was perfect for our mini vacation.

Very clean, newly refurbished, all required equipment apart from a kettle. Very fast internet. On a quiet unmade road, away from traffic noise, but only a short (4 blocks) walk to the tourist area. Interesting shops, museums, great restaurants, bars with live music, St. Augustine is a cool place to visit.

It was a perfect size for our girl's trip. It was January 20th and the city still had Nights of Lights which is Christmas themed and the city was full of lights on businesses and lodging. The house is located in a convenient place. All of the amenities were good. No Keurig but coffee maker had plenty of filters. We would definitely stay here again!

My friend and I went for a girl's getaway. The place was very nice two bedrooms and two bath, we both had our own space. Very clean and backyard was quaint. Did not have to drive anywhere, as we were in walking distance of downtown. The only complaint I have is the TV in the master bedroom didn't work. I called the management company on a Friday morning and was told they could not come out and fix it until Tuesday. That would be after we left. I would recommend staying here.

I cannot say enough about this cute house. It is the perfect location. It is close enough to town to walk but far enough away from all of the hub bub! The house was VERY clean and comfy. The kitchen had everything you needed! We will definitely be back again soon!!!

The house was great. Remodeled in a trendy fashion, great location, clean, and well furnished. Very moderately priced vs the local hotels. Your cleaning staff should vacuum both bath fans and all the baseboards, doors & door frames.
