Loud maintenance area below the balconies, early morning trucks, dumpsters, etc. balconies so small and scary I would not sit on them. Also, did not like the unit entry protocol, twice people knocked on our door to conduct maintenance to the unit, one time letting themselves in while my wife was alone in the unit. Little to no warning before three men entered the unit. Needless to say, my wife felt violated. Overall a very restless and uncomfortable stay. I also would not pay the premium I paid to stay there again.

We went for a friend’s 60th birthday. Everything was perfect except check in. The 3pm check in very firm regardless of weather the room is ready or not. We were with another couple who also rented a condo through VRBO and they got a text from their owner when their room was ready and available so we left our things in their room and went downstairs to lunch. Not a deal breaker but it goes the extra mile to accommodate after a long travel day. Everything else was perfect.

The Sandpearl is a top notch resort, where everyone is so nice and helpful. Bonnie’s condo is beautiful and well stocked. It is exactly as described with views of the ocean and bay. The resort even has a shuttle (passenger van) that took us to Publix to get some beverages and snacks. I think this is one of the best … if not the best … resort in Clearwater Beach. Tip - take an aqua hammock float. So many people asked us where we got them, which is Amazon. They are small enough to be allowed in the pool and great to pack in a suitcase!! Cheers

We had a great stay and we love the Sandpearl! I was mostly happy with the unit with a few exceptions. The King bed in the master had a dip in it. The sliding glass door in the master was very difficult to open. The jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was not functioning. There were two tvs in the unit and only one remote. We had an issue with the inroom safe and luckily we’re able to utilize a tik tok video to get it open as the owner didn’t know the master code. The housekeeper messaged us the day before we checked out with a list of things to do and asking what time we were leaving because they had other guests checking in. This made us feel rushed. I forgot to take the garbage out before we left and received a rude text from the house keeper the day that we checked out “ Question. You did receive my txt asking for ALL trash to be picked up and taken out of the unit?”, I thought it was rude of her to text as it was obviously overlooked. We will stay at the Sandpearl again, many times, but will not be renting this unit again, sadly.

The sandpearl resort was beautiful. The environment makes you feel like you are on a vacation. The unit we stayed in was perfect for us . We were able to enjoy the beach and all of the amenities that the resort had to offer. The host was wonderful and helpful with any questions we had before and during our trip. Definitely will stay here again when time permits.

This is our second stay within the year, the first being booked through Sandpearl.
Pros- Bonnie’s suite is spacious , has 2 balconies, located on the eighth floor with beautiful views of the gulf and bay, and unit was clean and more quiet than our previous visit with construction work being done on the same floor, resort fees and parking were paid for.
Cons - I have no doubt my name was submitted upon booking one month prior to our visit, but the hotel staff and Vrbo were not very linking properly. And a seamless check in process at a 5 star resort did not happen. They could not find our name upon check-in , manager had to get involved. Again, at the pool we backed up the Line for 10 mins and were made to feel as if we were sneaking into the resort with a family of two kids because our name was nowhere to be found. I would have the owner double check with this resort BEFORE check-in even if it’s a two night stay, we still should be as valued as extended-stay families. That was a hassle in itself . Unlike our first stay through the resort, all of our trash had to be taken out. Other minor housekeeping instructions were given AFTER booking (rules and regulations should be made available before booking) . Otherwise , it is non refundable if not canceled 45 days prior . Red tide is highly active in Clearwater Beach currently and we were not able to take our infant swimming. If we had booked through the resort, I could have canceled the reservation and rebook for another day .
We were able to communicate with Bonnie and bypass having to wash sheets and towels. (Given on the rules letter after booking ) I believe being charged a house cleaning fee should include items listed. Otherwise they can find a better Housecleaner. We are on vacation and don’t wish to do laundry or throw out trash. Other minor issues were communicated with the owner and she replied promptly. However, we would only book here again if the resort were full otherwise it is honestly cheaper to go through the resort without the service and housekeeping fees.
All in all , Bonnie is super helpful and caring with any issues we had . The suite and views are magnificent. I would just like to bypass any potential issues and go directly through the resort next time for in person assistance.

We stay at sand pearl resort 3-4 times a year. Finding this gem of a privately owned suite was perfect for us as now we will visit more often. The location has everything you could ask for. The suite is roomy and clean with a view of the ocean. Definitely will book again!

We’ve stayed at the Sandpearl many times, but this was our first time renting a unit through VRBO. The owner was great to work with and the unit was just as advertised. We had another great year at the Sandpearl and can’t wait to get back.

This is the second time we have rented this unit and it is perfect. The space is clean and has all of the amenities you'd want in a personal condo (all kitchen tools, basic cooking supplies, etc.), plus you get the benefit of staying at a nice resort. Having the resort fees and parking covered are a huge plus. We love the Sandpearl, and this unit. We will be back!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sandpearl. Both the suite itself and the entire property were very nice and exactly as described online. The beach and pool were beautiful and the resort staff was friendly and helpful. Surrounding amenities and restaurants provided everything that was needed to have a great, short beach vacation.

Our experience renting this property was excellent. Bonnie was the best she was personable professional and very concerned about our stay. We had a little difficulty checking in and she was very attentive and supportive to get us in as soon as possible we thank Bonnie for all her help and we hope to run again from her soon.

however we do have an outstanding issue with the sand pearl resort and their assistant General manager who was to have reimbursed us for our initial stay at another hotel because of the difficulty checking in as of today March 19 we have not received any compensation and we are very disappointed in the Sandpearls assistant general manager.

Best location for a quiet restful vacation!
Every amenity is available and it is quiet too! The location is perfect. So much is available within walking distance. Note that the windows face North, so the sunset is not visible from the suite in winter.

Clean, convenient and great resort
We have stayed at the Sandpearl several times. This was our first time renting through VRBO. It was easy, far less expensive and gave us everything we’ve enjoyed in years past with better room amenities (cooking tools, sand buckets, etc.). Only difference is no room charge, but for the cost savings, it was worth having to put everything on a credit card throughout the stay. Would definitely do it again.

My husband and I stayed in this gorgeous suite with our 3 children; ages 10, 8, and 6 for five nights. It was the perfect setup for a family! We had groceries delivered to the resort so we didn't have to eat out for every meal. There are 2 separate balconies in the suite that you are able to see the ocean from the side. They do overlook the roof of the hotel and a garbage area but the view of the ocean to the left was great. There was a garbage truck that came early mornings that we sometimes heard but this did not ruin the experience for us. The suite has beautiful tall ceilings that really make the suite feel bigger. The bathroom is large with 2 separate sinks and a stackable washer/dryer. This was handy for drying the kids' wet clothes from the beach/pool. The activities desk had beach and pool toys for the kids so no need to pack them with you. Our kids loved their first experience to The Gulf and would gladly go back to the white sad beaches again. If you are a beach person, please know the Sand Pearl does have a private beach but it is set back from the water as it is a public beach all along Clearwater Beach. We just brought our towels right up to the water. Bonnie was quick to respond to our questions as well. We would gladly stay here again!
