My Place at Cinnamon Beach is a beautifully decorated, direct oceanfront condominium that overlooks the Atlantic. Nearly two miles of private beach, and nearby access to the intercostal waterway in a secluded, resort-type setting. More space to spread out and enjoy the beach. Cinnamon Beach is a hidden gem. Located on the third floor, this single-level, end unit is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides 2300 square feet of beautifully detailed and furnished living space. As you enter the foyer you are greeted by ten foot ceilings, tiled floors, and a breathtaking view of the ocean through the large windows and sliding glass door to the balcony. The large, gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities to make delicious meals or refreshing beverages. The breakfast nook effectively doubles the size of the already spacious kitchen and offers a view of the eighth tee box. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular ocean views. The dining room is ready for candle light dinners, family gatherings, or anything in between. The living room has generous amounts of seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean views as well as a fully-equipped entertainment center including a 55 inch net ready TV with Sound Bar. The three bedrooms and three baths are a split plan for more privacy. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV. The master suite off the living room has a king-size bed with a removable feather topper from which you can watch TV or enjoy panoramic ocean views. The oversized master bath has separate his-and-her vanities, a large Jacuzzi garden tub, and a separate shower stall. Back down the hallway are two beautifully decorated and comfortable guest bedrooms, each with its own oversized private bath and generous closet space. Second guest room has a king-size bed with a removable feather topper. The 3rd bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a queen murphy bed. The unit also has a separate laundry room with a full-size front load washer and dryer. The huge oceanfront balcony is equipped with comfortable chairs, a bar table, and dining table that can easily accommodate ten. This may be the only place you dine during your vacation as you enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air, the sight of moonlight shimmering on the ocean, and possibly some putting or chipping on the eighth green. This condominium building is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular lap pool, a viewing tower overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes the Cinnamon Grille, an excellent fitness facility, a family pool with a sprayground, kiddie pool, a teen center with foosball and air hockey, and an entertainment room with a billiards table, all with views of the freshwater lake. The recently added Beach Walkover just behind our building makes getting to and from the beach easy and convenient. There is a shower at the end of the decked walkover so you can rinse away the sand before walking back on the sidewalk to the condo. With six area golf courses and the close proximity to the World Golf Village in St Augustine and the TPC at Ponte Vedra, this is truly a golfer's paradise. Add the beautiful cinnamon-colored beach and stunning pools and you have the perfect family vacation location. Loved this condo, location, and overall experience. But we were disappointed that we couldn’t just cross over to the beach and swim/ board in the ocean right there. We were not made aware of the gigantic rocks that were exposed following the recent hurricane and that they are so hazardous you can’t swim anywhere near here. We had to drive to another beach 20 minutes away to get ocean time. Of course the direct beach access WAS the biggest reason we chose this condo. We were completely thrilled with the condo, but felt like the beach problem should have been disclosed upfront.

The property was exactly as advertised. The condo decor was top notch. Judy, the owner was fabulous to deal with. The family really enjoyed the pools. The grill at the lake pool had awesome food and drinks. The only draw back was the beach was closed for 3 days while the city repaired the hurricane damage. Judy let us know in advance of the closing,so we used those days as sightseeing or pool days. Great value for the money, will definitely try and comeback next year.

What a lovely condo. Judy provided everything for our comfort. The beds, furniture, appliances, all top grade.
The condo has amazing resort-like amentities. Two pools, one for adults and one for families. The on site grill has excellent food.
We throughly enjoyed our stay.

We so enjoyed our time at My Place! Great location, condo was amazing and perfect! Judy is so attentive and responsive and even knew how to help me fix the TV when we must have clicked one wrong button. I would stay here again in a heartbeat for sure!

Beach rocks can be an issue so always good to check on so you can make plans for activities.

This condo was the perfect get-away for our family, including 6 adults and two children, ages 1 and 4. Judy stayed in constant communication when needed and had everything needed for a nice beach/swim vacation. We felt safe in the gated community. Most of all, the two pools and child's water playground were exceptional. The restaurant at the pool was very good. The beach access was "right there." The balcony overlooked the beach and had beautiful sun rises. The condo itself was very spacious. Each family had their own space and large common areas. Can't say enough good comments about "My Place." Nice job Judy!

When we opened the front door of the lovely condo, we were greeted with a beautiful ocean view! The condo is a large unit and there was ample room for our family of six. The kitchen was very well equipped. I was somewhat concerned when I read about the rocks on the beach, but they were not a problem. The beach was lovely and when we had enough salt and sand, we headed to the pools. My three year old grandson especially loved the splash pad. We greatly enjoyed our week at Cinnamon Beach!!

We loved our vacation! The condo was just amazing. It is beautiful and spacious! The balcony is huge and offers beautiful views of the coast! We saw a dolphin one day from the balcony. Judy was wonderful to work with and made everything from booking to check out so easy. We loved the pool and the beach! Everything is so clean and well kept. We will definitely be back!!! Thanks for an amazing week! This momma vacationed with 4 boys (11,7,6, and 4years old) and I feel rested and even made it through a book!

We enjoyed our stay with family, the property accommodated family 8 and provided everything we needed such as full kitchen, 2 masters and children’s room. The view of the ocean and fantastic, however, the beach wasn’t what we expected from a family friendly surf and sand perspective.

This beautiful, spacious, immaculately clean condo exceeded high expectations. The photos are accurate. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay was provided, as well as thoughtful touches that showed the owner's care for the comfort of her guests. The kitchen was a dream--fully equipped for any meal. Judy could not have been more helpful or more available for questions. My husband and I plan to return next year for a spring getaway.

The pictures really don’t do the place justice! The small touches were amazing, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, and the beach chairs were a nice surprise. The view is stunning, spent every evening and morning on the deck. There was quite a few guests in the surrounding condos, but we never heard any neighbors. Would definitely stay again!

This property is in a beautiful gated community. The unit is spotless and has very easy access to the beach. The kitchen has all the appliances and cooking gear needed for fixing a quick lunch or a full meal. Beds are comfortable and a bathroom for each bedroom is so convenient. The view from the lanai is great for watching the sunrise or a thunderstorm over the ocean.
Judy is very responsive if there are any questions. I will be renting again.

Very easy to book, excellent communication with owner and check in process was so smooth. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were all comfy. Complex and surrounding area have everything you need. Kids loved the beach and kids splash pad! Beautiful beach and lovely neighbors! We booked our next stay already!

We stayed in unit #531. The access to the beach is steps away, however, there are rocks in the water, In this part of the beach, would not advise taking a swim here. For boogie boards, jumping in the waves, we found the beach area by the pool the best for this. The quiet pool is not so quiet, despite signs posted for no diving/jumping, pool games, etc. We have no problem with having fun, but flips into the pool by adults and teens where people are trying to relax, sometimes crowded is uncalled for. The unit itself is just as described, very clean, pool towels and bath towels are provided. In the kitchen, there is everything you need to cook. Overall, we would stay here again. St. Augustine and Daytona are very easy to get too, use A1A to get to these locations, scenic and easy drive. If you are looking for something to do everyday within walking distance, than Cinnamon Beach May not be for you. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxed environment after enjoying spending the day elsewhere, than this will be the place for you.

Beautiful unit, great sun rises and sun sets. Unit stocked very well with everything we needed. Good communication with Judy the manager.
My only suggestion: Such a big complex, they are going to need another adult pool in the near future.
We had a great time. It was nice to have a grill by the pool where you can get food and drinks.

Lovely condo with great owner to work with. However the condo had some issues with cleanliness. Poor dusting in master bedroom, dust was excessive in places and master bath had a film on vanity which felt like buildup of products. Second master bath had large hair ball in shower. Electric grill on balcony nasty with nasty utensils left inside of it that we had to scrub so they could be used! There were some dirty measuring cups in cabinet...appeared they were put away without being washed. Sofa arms in living room also had dust build up near the back of the arms. Dusting appeared to be a hit and miss in some areas. I don't think the owner is aware of these issues!

Judy was great to work with and condo was well appointed. The only draw back were the rocks prohibiting safe entry into the ocean. We walked down the beach and found a safe place to enter. Overall really nice place but be careful of the natural rocks in the surf.

This was our first vacation with 4 kids, post the crazy Covid year. The condo was perfect for our family. Judy was wonderful to work with. As mentioned in other reviews, the condo has everything you could need, including baby items which was important for us. The green bedroom having 3 beds was such a wonderful advantage for our 3 girls. We love cinnamon beach, the pools, splash pad, and staying in a well stocked, well decorated condo makes it even better. Thanks Judy!

My Place was a wonderful place to stay with an amazing view with both a sunrise and sunset view! It was also one of the cleanest rentals we have ever experienced which was so important to us and our family! Very convenient access to the beach walk and beach, and the pool was great as well for our kids. Convenient access to Publix as well. We were planning a trip back before we left the parking lot!
