About this house rental
Nestled in Pensacola Beach, this charming house for £708 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. ***Please note, during the months of June and July the owner has a seven night minimum with a Saturday check in/out. *** This large three story detached home sits on 1/3 acre only 200 feet from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with unobstructed views. The Great Room with large modern kitchen, living and dining areas has 20 foot high Cypress ceilings and a large window wall providing a panoramic Gulf view. Overlooking the Great Room is a sleeping loft with king bed and half bath topped by a cupola that provides abundant light. The spacious main level Master Bedroom Suite with king bed has maple flooring, 9' high step ceiling and French Doors opening to the rear deck overlooking the Gulf and our private 20' x 40' Gunite pool. There is a hot tub off this bedroom. The Master Bath is enhanced by a two person whirlpool tub, double vessel sinks, private commode room, and a 5'x8' shower with 3 shower heads, 4 body sprays and a bench - fantastic! Another master bedroom has a queen bed and private tiled bath with glass door shower. The third bedroom on the main level has a queen size bed and next to it a full bath with shower over tub. The 850 sq ft lower level includes another huge master bedroom with king size bed, walk-in closet, French doors leading to the patio and pool. There is a full bath with large tiled shower with bench. There is also a second kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, French Door refrigerator and wine frig, (no stove/oven). The cozy living area has a 57' HD TV, Wii, seating and a queen sleeper sofa. This level is perfect for Grandparents or those unable to climb stairs easily. There is a custom geothermal central HVAC system for your comfort. The pool is surrounded by a brick patio. Under the deck the patio is shaded and perfect for relaxation. The rest of the yard is your own private sandbox. The kids love it! Please take care not to throw sand or shells in the pool, however! There is an outdoor shower on the patio. Just added a sand volleyball/badminton court! ***** Unfortunately the pool cannot be heated. Please note when you book this house through VRBO the cleaning fee ($400) is not included. It is to be paid separately by you directly to the cleaning company at time of check-out. Several fairly major issues with property - Furnishings, carpet, paint, etc is dated and in need of updating and repair. Kitchen- old dishes and cookware, none of the food storage containers and lids match. Listing accuracy- the loft bathroom door had a note “Out of Order” and based on the paper it’s been like that a long time. I dont think there is an HVAC system, the house never cooled when thermostat was adjusted, there are several window units we used but I could never located any HVAC mechanicals. The listing references a geothermal system but again I could not locate any mechanicals. The ceiling in the lower level unit living area had a leak from the ceiling, ceiling fan was flinging water around. Exterior is in poor condition, the deck boards are in bad shape, doesnt really look/feel safe. The volleyball court is overgrown with grass and not usable. Safety- as mentioned in the check-in instructions the garage doors are in manual mode, you can just pull up the door and enter garage and house if the door isn’t locked from garage. Close to beach, nice view and dog friendly however!

Our experience was amazing. The property was clean, spacious, and the perfect location! Everything we needed utensil wise for the evenings we wanted to cook was there, the pool and the hot tub were 100% clean, and it was just perfect. Our friend group had our semi annual reunion here and it couldn’t have been a more perfect place.

The house was in a good location, close walk to the beach. There were many things in disrepair in the home, a long list, not sure if I should list here? We did not call for repairs because we did not want our vacation interrupted, but I would not stay at this property again.

This was the perfect house for our family of 14, ages 5 months to 70. It was spacious and well-stocked. The pool was a really big hit as it was so hot the week we were there. The central air conditioning went out, and Tim brought in 4 window air conditioners within 24 hours, so we were comfortable. We so appreciated his quickness in responding to this need. Our family hopes to return someday.

If you are looking for a place to stay with friends and family, this is a great place. It’s walking distance to the beach, has a nice pool, and all the stuff you would need for everyone in the family. It’s a beautiful home and the owner was quick to respond when an issue came up. The location of the house to the beach was excellent. Layout of the house and the pool were good. House was infested with "swarmers" (flying termites) and saw a few huge cockroaches during our week. Hot tub was leaking as wood beneath is very wet. Nails on decking are sticking up. Most of the bikes had flat tires. Advertised volleyball/badmitton but equipment not there.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay! It had most of the confronts of home. It had great bathrooms and showers and the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a definite bonus. It was a perfect short walk to the beach for all that stayed. We were outside most of the time with great weather. We just wished there were better cushions or padding for the outdoor furniture. Lastly, the cleaning fee should be included in the rental payment. Shouldn’t have to worry about leaving cash or a check at the end of our stay. However, overall we would definitely rent again!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this home; from the spaciousness of the home, the rooms, cleanliness and proximity to the beach were phenomenal. A few not-so-greats were: the pool was cold so we could not use it for the duration of our stay; the cleaning fees should be included in the overall cost to rent the property so when you pay for the rental, everything should be taken care of; the outdoors were not cleaned, there were several kids and adults who were pricked by a weed (unsure of its name) constantly. The yard needed weeding as there were long shrubs that were not included in the initial photo to advertise the property. And lastly, I felt it was a bit inconveniencing and somewhat intrusive that we got a visit late in the night from the owner when the place was dark that inhibited his visibility to repair a few loose floor boards on the deck. Granted, safety is everything and I respect his wishes to ensure the floors were secured. But at night? I offered for him to return in the day but he insisted. Additionally, while there, he asked to use the upper floor bathroom for his sweet grandbaby who, by the way wore diapers, because she “only uses” that particular bathroom. My guests thought that was odd and rather intrusive at the time of our get-together. Granted, I understand, the home does belong to the owner, but time and place and respect of your guests' privacy in the hospitality business are key! We felt as though we were being "checked on." Hopefully, he was pleased that we were taking care of his property and not in violation of anything.

We enjoyed the living area. Most of our time was spent out fishing on a boat with friends so we didn't use the pool or hot tub. Also, we had stormy weather so when we weren't out we were in the house because of weather. Everything worked wonderfully.

Tim is very easy to work with. He called to check on arrival on check in. The house is plenty big enough for 10 people. It is very easy to find and is close to all the busy sections of Pensacola Beach. The pool is good size and we enjoyed using it. The walk to to beach is across one street and has easy access. We would stay here again.

We had 10 adults and 3 kids with us. We stayed for one week. Most of us loved the house. The hot tub and pool was so nice! Each room had a bathroom which was a huge bonus. The house also had lots of extras. They had toys, pool toys, and beach supplies. There was a kitchenette downstairs. They had lots of kitchen supplies to use. There were two washers and driers. The house took longer to clean, but the cleaning crew was so nice. A few things were damaged but in my opinion, nothing out of the ordinary for a rental home (door handles popping off and table lamps not working.) The house was right by the beach and nearby the boardwalk.

Several issues beginning with cleaning crew did not finish until 6pm, then maintenance issues caused owner to be there until 11pm. Overall nice home needs upkeep maintenance, shouldnt have this many issues for this price

The pullout bed in the sleeper sofa on the ground floor had a mattress that was way too lumpy to sleep on. Fortunately, we had a spare air mattress for our 81 year old grandpa and that worked out. The pool and hot tub were also great. And, of course, only a very short walk to the beach. We'd like to rent this beach house again.

The good stuff…location is amazing, house was clean, the room space is great, beds are comfortable, house amenities are good, hot tub is good size and clean. The not so good stuff…the exterior is trashed. The deck is falling apart with soft spots and nail heads sticking up. The outdoor furniture is totally worn and uncomfortable, the backyard has so many weeds and sticker bush like things you can’t step in the sand that is back there without shoes. The volleyball court has weeds all over it so have to wear shoes. The AC went out and thankfully the weather was cooler. Owner did get out quickly to fix. The washer and dryer are on brink of not working. All in all this property needs attention and isn’t a place we would visit again. For $650 a night, we had higher expectations

Deck has safety issues. Area around pool is not kept up like photo shows a lot of weeds and pickers. Fence is falling apart. There where bugs and roaches in the lower floor bed room and around grill on the deck. Steps in the house have safety issues. Garbage disposal on main floor not working.. Contacted propert manager and he acted like he wanted to meet and address the issues and than blows you off. After reading more of the reviews none of this is really new they just don't care to address these problems until someone gets hurt. I understand it's a rental but for what we paid am very disappointed in what we got and how they blew us off about issues. Hope the owners read reviews.

Wow! What a fantastic home this was! The home was beautiful, immaculately clean and well appointed with everything we needed and more. The property owner/manager was super communicative and wonderfully friendly. We had the best time enjoying the home. Comfortable furnishings, a great pool and hot tub, plenty of room for our family to spread out.. Access to the beach was easy-peasy, just across the street (and the beach is gorgeous). Home is situated perfectly, right in the heart of all the area has to offer. Would 100% stay in this home again and recommend it highly to anyone looking for a Gorgeous vacation home for a beach trip.

This beach house has an interesting history and we met the owner who used to live there. Good location, great pool. Quiet neighborhood. A couple of upgrades would greatly enhance the house and its functionality however considering booking it again so nothing big enough to discourage rebooking.

This home was beautiful! The layout of the home is just perfectg for a large party. The downstairs bedroom is actually a separate quarters with its own kitchen! This was a nice surprise! The view of the ocean was beautiful! Every room has its own bathroom which is super amazing! Nice to have washer/dryer. Great balcony and pool! 3 minute walk to beach. We just may have to go back! :)
