We enjoyed the location of this condo. The process of accessing the condo went without a hitch. The reserved, covered parking was ideal. The furniture and furnishings were in good condition. The condo was well stocked with essentials. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the lanai. All in all, a great vacation spot. We would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Very spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. Comfortable furniture and beds. Lots of towels, linens and blankets. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location, quiet end of the complex. Covered parking, never had to get into a hot car:) Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Quick response from the property manager when we needed it. We’d be very happy here again and would highly recommend it. Thanks!

My family of 4 (with 2 kids under 10) were on the Big Island for a wedding and to visit family. While we usually stay with family when we go home, we had to find other accommodations for this trip. I am so fortunate to have found Ruma's condo. It was the perfect place for our family to land and it had everything we could have possibly needed. I definitely over-packed! The location near the King Shops, Queen Shops, and A Bay meant that we were close to food, shopping, and beach. It was so easy to take quick trips to the beach in the morning and early evening with the kids to let them get some energy out. Ruma and her property manager Danielle were super communicative before and during the trip, which made checking in and out smooth and painless. Thank you, Ruma, for letting us use your home!

This condo was perfect for our little family of 3 for 6 nights. Great location, clean, and comfortable. We had great communication with the property owner, unfortunately there was a lack of communication from the property manager that resulted in us getting locked out of the place, but they resolved it quickly and got us taken care of. I'd recommend the place to friends.

The condo was spacious, clean, and perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the pool and liked being a short drive to several of the best beaches. It was wonderful to have the beach chairs and the kitchen was probably the best equipped of any rental we’ve ever stayed in. When we reached out with questions about check in, the host and property manager were super helpful and quick to respond. Thanks for the lovely visit!

The property and condo was absolutely PERFECT! The photos don’t do it justice! The location to the pool, 2 shopping centers, beach, and the famous Lava Lava Club were an easy walk. The owners were nothing less than awesome to work with! We WILL be back! Mahalo!

The condo was immaculate and filled with everything you could need for a great stay in Waikoloa. Centrally located with great shopping and restaurants nearby. The pool and BBQ area was beautiful and large enough that it never felt overcrowded. The owner was amazing, and any communication was always quickly responded to. On site management was helpful once reached and ensured that we had everything we needed for our stay. The unit was in the last building which made it so wonderfully quiet. All in all, an amazing stay on a fabulous island.

Multiple visits to the Kona area and always stayed at resort hotel but this we we did an extended visit and rented this 2 bedroom condo and thrilled we did. Great location to explore the island from. Quick drive to Kona for some great restaurants or a drive up to Mauna Kea then on to Hilo. Owners very easy to work with and very comfortable accommodations. Complex has a great, well maintained pool, has a modest gym we used almost daily. One of the best outfitted kitchens of rentals we have used and well appointed for a short or longer stay. Everything needed for the beach was there including some coolers to pack a lunch in, beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Going to miss Hawaii and we would stay here again for another visit. Thank You.

Excellent experience all around. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed; check-in was smooth and contactless; the pool and grounds are lovely. Not a party spot, it was quiet. Shops, restaurants, and beach are within walking distance. Only downside of the neighborhood is that the restaurants nearby mostly closed at 8 and you have to make reservations way in advance for weekends. But overall, much aloha! Would stay there again.

We had a great stay for the two weeks we were at the property. Ruma and the property manager were extremely responsive and made the stay very enjoyable. Only confusion was on the check-in time as there were three different times listed on the listing, the confirmation details and the final notes. I had reached out about which was correct and didn’t hear anything. I ended up picking a time between the later two times. Will definitely be back!

Ruma is a FANTASTIC VRBO host. Her home is very clean and very well stocked. She is super responsive to any questions you might have. The grounds are beautiful and the infinity pool is amazing! Only two negatives, the sofa was uncomfortable (sorry Ruma) and the property manager was far from top notch with poor communication skills and poor follow up. Ruma, however, took very good care of us and i would highly recommend her home.

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. It was better than the pictures and exactly as described. The kitchen was so well stocked for everything we needed. Very spacious and comfortable.. Short walk to the stores and beach. We had a wonderful trip there and would definitely book again.

We loved this beautiful condo with high ceilings and a lovely lanai. it felt very private once in the unit, as it is a ground floor corner unit. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you could need to cook- coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, everything! There was a slight hiccup checking in, the gate code given was incorrect, but once we got inside everything was exactly as expected. It's such a great area on the big island too. Would love to stay again!
