Situated in Galveston Island, this attractive house for £256 per night is a great choice for your next break. Affordable 3Bd/2Ba beach house that is perfect for a romantic getaway or family fun vacation!! This non-smoking (smoking allowed outside only), pet friendly home offers free WiFi, cable, outside entertainment area with flat screen television, fireplace, propane fire pit, outdoor grilling, internet and a fully stocked kitchen with many other amenities. Bedroom 1 has a King-size bed, private bathroom, dresser and television. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, dresser and television. Bedroom 3 is an upstairs loft that has two Queen beds plus one Twin bed making it a perfect kids room away from the main living area and capable of being completely closed off via doors and window shutters leaving the grown ups to enjoy their late night festivities. The living room has a large wrap around sectional sofa with four built in recliners overlooking a 55 inch television. The house can sleep up to 9 persons. There is a washer and dryer in the home along with a second bathroom and outdoor full shower. The kitchen and house has everything you need for a perfect stay. We provide all linens and bath towels (you will need to bring your beach towels), toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and a fully stocked kitchen including coffee supplies, spices and condiments. A prominent feature of the house is a very nice downstairs entertainment area and large built in 55" television with an outdoor shower. The sitting area has a porch swing, sofa and chair in which to relax while watching TV or enjoying the gas fire pit while you barbeque on the propane grill. The yard itself is fully fenced for your four legged family members and has the best grass they will ever have the pleasure of running around on. The house is walking distance (three blocks or a quarter mile) to all community amenities such as a marina, two restaurants, kids' playground, tennis courts, store, bait shop, boat ramp, fishing and crabbing pier and of course, the BEACH and bay. The Sea Isle pool is open from Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day weekend and during spring break, dependent upon the weather. If you choose to have access to the pool, a $100 pass may be purchased at the pool area. The pass covers up to 10 guests for one week. Covid-19 restrictions may apply restricting use of the community pool.. You and your family and friends will feel right at home. All you need is your bathing suit, beach towels and sunscreen. YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO RESERVE.

The house was perfect for our girls weekend. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed to relax and have fun. The beach was close and there was a marina about two blocks away. It was an awesome weekend. Definitely would recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay there very much. There were many sweet and personal touches that made the house special. The beds were great and the house was very clean. We will definitely go back and stay there or may even try another of their properties.

Home is close to community restaurants and convenience store. It was perfect for our older pups. The yard was secure and we felt comfortable with them outside alone for short periods of time. Quick drive to the beach. The home was in need of some “up high” cleaning but that was my only concern. Since it was a pup friendly place I couldn’t complain at all. Would go back for sure!

Great location but we only had 6 towels for 8 people which led us to having to purchase additional towels to avoid doing laundry every day on vacation. Ceiling fans were super dusty as well as beams and other places up high (it was the same way last year). A few dishes were dirty that we pulled from the cabinets. Property was great for our dogs to stay at. Great fenced in yard. We enjoyed our stay but wish it was cleaned better.

Great property with lots of amenities when your away from home! Kitchen was very well stocked, bathroom supplies, toys, ride ons, and chalk for kids, and nice fenced yard for our dog. Communication was great as we needed some support working tvs. I rated a 4 for cleanliness only due to under bed it was very dusty and found someone’s leftover shorts! Had to get my dogs bone that flew under there so I would recommend making sure your cleaning crew clean under the beds. Also add a trash can for outside inside the gates area in addition to the large ones that are placed outside the garage.

My family flew in from out of state, 5 adults and 2 children. We stayed Monday 4 pm to Saturday 11am. We picked a beach house that was 🐶 friendly. We washed the towels daily, but only had 2 wash clothes. The place needs to have a linen update, otherwise perfect for their guests. We rented a golf cart and the beach was just a throw away. My family was bitten by fire ants, upon arrival. So the yard should be treated for that. Neighborhood was lovely and highly recommend.

Booking was easy, it was close to the beach but far enough away from the night life. We were there for rest and to spend a week away. It only took 20 or so minutes to get to downtown. Thank you for helping make this trip unforgettable for my family.

This was the first vacation house we’ve rented and we were pleasantly surprised! We enjoyed the entire space, plenty of room for everyone (7 of us) and their fur babies (3). Great outdoor hangout space (including gas grill, porch swing and Bluetooth speakers), with the exception of the pesky mosquitoes (problem solved with some outdoor mosquito spray for the yard). Walking distance to the bay with great sunsets! Not to far from the public beach access. All and all an outstanding time was had by all! We will most definitely book this house again!

My family from England came for a short visit, the house was very comfortable and clean. We did find that the loft bedroom got very hot at night with four people sleeping up there and not convenient for the bathrooms , we managed, but would not recommend for a longer stay. Very well stocked with things you needed. We enjoyed our stay.

The house is in a well-kept neighborhood and close to the public beach. We liked the location and the quietness of being away from the main tourist area. It was comfortable for 8 people and well supplied, however, we could have used a few more towels.

Lee was an outstanding host! Great house with plenty of space to stretch out! The upstairs loft was perfect for the teens to have a space! The outdoor space is awesome with the fire pit, grills, and outdoor tv! Dining room table was large enough for an amazing family game night! Great space!

I was worried about hauling all of our gear to the beach a couple blocks away, but we were able to drive and park right in the beach! Super convenient! House was wonderful, clean, quiet neighborhood. Loved being able to hang out outside and watch TV! Loved our stay!

The house was perfect for our group and our pups. The kitchen was well-stocked with plates, silverware, spices, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. The bathrooms were also well-stocked with toilet paper, soap, etc. The beds were comfy and all of us could shower and still get hot water. It was also nice to have the ability to do laundry since we stayed two weeks. The cute little signs throughout the home were a special touch. The backyard was large enough for our dogs and the outdoor shower/hose was a wonderful convenience after returning from the beach (which is very close). The outdoor area was very nice and the swing was a favorite seat for many of us. We were able to enjoy the firepit on two occasions, but the mosquitos were relentless most nights (not the owner's fault). I highly recommend a few cans of yard guard and some mosquito spray. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!!

Host Lee is very particular about his guests’ satisfaction and it shows. We have stayed here a couple of times and, while he allows dogs, the house and yard are very clean. Our dog is very comfortable at this property on her trips to the beach. The house is well stocked and Lee responds within minutes. We highly recommend Sal Vida!

Ad states ocean view but you can barely see the ocean from 1 window upstairs. Construction noise early in the morning. Not enough towels. The house was very clean and very close to the beach. Very quiet other than early construction noise. Overall we had a wonderful time.

We loved our stay. The house was cute and clean. The 2 downstairs bedrooms were perfect for the adults in our group and the upstairs bedroom was perfect for the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed. We especially loved the fenced yard for our dogs, the downstairs porch swing, and the outdoor shower!

We had a nice time at the beach house. We had an issue on check-in that was corrected and fairly compensated by the owner. He made sure we were taken care of quickly which we appreciated. We enjoyed the gated yard for the dogs and the fire pit on the patio. Mosquitos can be pesky so bring bug spray. The pool was a little costly but we did enjoy it to cool off. It’s about a 10 min walk or short drive. We are at the marina and the view and service was good. The beach is a few minute drive and we enjoyed it as it wasn’t too crowded in the area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The property is very nice although it is older inside. It is a great neighborhood with very friendly people. I will say If you want to be in the heart of Galveston this isn’t the property for you as it is a 30 minute drive each way. It wasn’t a big deal for us as we were looking to get away from the noise but something to consider. Other than that it is a really great place to stay and I will definitely be going back

Our favorite beach house

We’ve stayed at Lee’s property 2 other times in the past and now coming a 3rd time it feels almost like a home away from home for us. The house is clean, full of everything you need for your vacation and it’s located in a beautiful family friendly neighborhood. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for relaxing on the deck or bottom patio. There is a playground and restaurant easily accessible by golf cart if you rent one nearby for your stay. The beach access is close and Lee provides many sand toys and boogie boards for you to borrow. I especially love that we are able to bring our 2 dogs to this house. The yard is completely fenced, there were bowls outside for them to drink water and a tennis ball. All around great house hopefully we’ll be able to vacation here again soon.

This beach house was well stocked, clean and had plenty of room. The host was responsive and accommodating. Good sized yard (fenced if you bring your pet). Loved the porch downstairs with the large TV, porch swing and fire pit. Loved that it had a loft for our daughter. We had to cut our vacation short due to unforseen circumstances but hopefully we can return soon.

I had three generations with me. My mom (and her friend) are in their 80's, my daughter (and her boyfriend) from college break are 19 and I am in the middle (and my friend). Our dog Stella is a black lab and the gated yard was perfect for her. We all had a great time in the house. The downstairs was me and my friends favorite place with the outdoor couch, swing and TV. My mom loved the couches inside that reclined (and the kitchen) and my daughter loved the upstairs loft area. Her boyfriend is 6"5 and the ceilings were tall enough for him. We had fun and I would like to eventually come back. This house had everything we needed. Owner is very nice also.
