Situated in Wailea, this attractive condo for £149 per night is a great option for your next break. Personal Touch: We stock everything you need: dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels, napkins, Kleenex, TP, garbage bags, coffee filters etc... All you need to bring is you! We provide the definition of a care free vacation, if this interests you, read on... This is our home away from home—-we are here twice a year—-so you can be assured the conditions, amenities and supplies are far above the average rental. Why take your chances with a rental pool condominium where you have no idea of the quality or location of your unit until the day you arrive? Our unit is available to rent directly from the owner and we will work with you to assure your vacation in this little slice of paradise is the best that it can be. Nestled in the Southern most part of Kihei, bordering Wailea and close to the best beaches on Maui, is our 1061-square-foot, one-bedroom, two-bath, garden view condominium--unit K103. We also have K109 (133946) which is close to K103 and is perfect if you are traveling with friends. The condominium is situated in the 23-acre low rise, low density Maui Kamaole complex. The complex is carpeted in lush tropical gardens with flowers and palms that give it a feel more like Wailea but at a Kihei value. With two pools, two Jacuzzis, Barbecues throughout and two tennis courts, you will not be disappointed. And please take advantage of the proximity to beautiful Wailea with its five-star resorts, great restaurants, golf courses and the Shops at Wailea shopping center. Our condominium is one of the newest units in the complex with construction completed in 2001. The complex has two swimming pools with two Jacuzzis. We are just steps away from the upper tropical pool-—complete with waterfall and sand bottom Jacuzzi. The back lanai has a very private feeling with no traffic to disturb your peaceful evenings. Our front courtyard and real lanai offer lush tropical plantings for a little extra privacy and tropical feel. The facility also boasts two tennis courts, again just steps away from our unit, and two barbecues at each pool with an additional Webber barbecue at each pod for your convenience. Our condominium offers all the comforts of home with a fully appointed kitchen including full range/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and all the accoutrements the creative cook desires. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and is beautifully done in an Hawaiian motif. The large master bath has two sinks and a full tub and shower. The living room also features a queen-sized sofa bed with a bathroom with shower in the adjacent hall. For entertainment there are TV/VCRs with cable in both the master bedroom and living room. You will also find a DVD player, a CD player and high-speed wireless internet is included at no extra charge. Even though this is a cool downstairs unit with great cross ventilation due to the afternoon trades, it is equipped with ceiling fans in every room; both bathrooms, living room, kitchen and master bed. But it also has two air conditioners should you choose. You will also find a few other niceties like a digital safe in the master bed to house your laptop, a full-sized refrigerator with ice maker, full sized stacked washer/dryer, dishwasher and even an ironing board. It was perfect for what I needed, close location RJ the rest of my group; washer/dryer, beech towels, chairs, easy walk to the Bach or to the general store, nice running path along the street.

Great experience...all the necessities and then some.
Examples :Beach chairs , boogie boards, Tommy Bahama umbrella, roll up beach pad.
Kitchen Accesories were plentiful, i.e . Toaster, coffee pot WITH extra filters, pots & pans, plenty of paper towels, paper napkins ,pots & pans, plentiful glasses, plates, bowls, glasses, plastic cups (for the pool). Unit also had EXTRA rolls of toilet paper, and cleaning equipment.
Two swimming pools, nice Lanai/ patio chairs. Close to beach (like 250 yards away. Lots of barbeques dispersed throught the grounds
Also, downtown Kihei is nearby with many amenities.

Great condo with all the amenities in a nice complex across from the beach. Easy access from the unit to the pool and parking, well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. Host is great with communication and information sharing. Super easy to find and check in to unit. Host was very quick to respond to all inquiries and easy to arrange details with. Overall a great stay in a great unit.

Maui Kamaole is a beautifully landscaped, manicured and maintained property on the hill in South Kihei. This unit is conveniently located close to the upper pool. The unit is clean, well kept and well supplied with consumables. The directions were clear and easy to follow. Having two bathrooms in a one room unit is a very nice amenity. The owner was very engaged to ensure all our needs were met.
The entire unit is dated, with the living room wicker sofa worn out, dirty and uncomfortable. The wi-fi functioned well as did the basic cable service. The kitchen was well equipped and a pleasure to work in. The refrigerator has an ice-maker. The washer and dryer worked well, but the washer is making noises indicating its end is near.
The unit was quiet and peaceful with the exception of some pounding from upstairs on several occasions (which we have experienced at every lower-level Maui Kamaole unit in which we stayed over the years).
The bed was a pretty stiff queen and the pillow options were less than ideal which resulted in some unexpected neck and back pain each morning, but that may be due to our age and personal preferences. It has two small wall A/C units which functioned well but, due to their locations at ground level, they blew directly on you if sitting on the sofa or when in the bed and they made their usual noise (constantly turning on and off), and they are very close by. There were lots of towels, two Bogie boards and a cooler, but it could use an additional beach chair or two and a newer umbrella.
In spite of the suggestions for improvement noted, we would gladly stay again for this unit easily met all our needs and desires, ensuring our stay was fun and restful.

This condo was very clean and neat and was great for my husband and I to stay in. It has all the amenities we needed and Susan was a great host. She was proactive with timely communication and was even able to accommodate an early check in which was very helpful.
The facility is nice and the upper pool was nice spot for reading or gatherings. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk and it is a nice healthy 15-40 min walk to a number of restaurants

The property was great! Clean and just steps away from the pool and hot tub. The communication with managment was wonderful and timely. The grounds crew and everyone we ran into were pleasant and polite. The location to Wailea and Kihei was excellent. You can't go wrong staying here - it was an excellent location for us. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach and "downtown" areas but we drove everywhere we went without problem. Thank you for a property as promised.

We love Kihei, and that part of Maui. The condo was just perfect for 4 all of us, spacious, sparkly clean. It is on the first floor, which I liked very much, 5 steps from the pool. We had a great relaxing 9 day vacation.

We had an absolutely great stay at Susan’s place. The house was fully stocked. It was like you wish for something and you magically find that in the house. The property was right off the beach and very close to the pool. Our 1.5 yr old enjoyed all the pool time she could. If staying in Kihei.., Maui Kamaole is where it’s at!
We had a fantastic time during our recent visit. This unit was absolutely perfect for me and my husband.
We have been to Maui often, staying in diffident locations each time. We have decided Kihei is our favorite. We find this complex to suit us to a tee.
We have done the “touristy” things during previous visits. This stay, we just wanted to relax and unwind.
The unit is extremely clean and well stocked. We sure appreciated the beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and snorkel gear available for use. We weren’t aware that this unit is right next door to the upper pool. We found ourselves stepping out for a quick dip in the pool or reading in the longe chairs during the day then returning against at night to sit in the gravel bottom hot tub.
We love the location most of all. It is on the south end of Kihei. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance- 1-2 miles I’m guessing.
Kamaole lll beach is right across the street from this complex. Mornings are best for calm waters and small surf, afternoons can get pretty windy. The best sea turtle watching is between Kamaole lll and the public boat ramp. Turtles can also be seen swimming along the coast line throughout the day.
And lastly sunsets! Kamaole lll beach has a very large grassy park area where visitors from many of the surrounding condos in the area come 1/2 hr to 5mins before sunset to drink wine, blow a conch or just “be” while watching the sun sink into the ocean.
Can you tell we love it?
In my opinion, you can’t go wrong staying in this unit.

Great Stay at Maui Kamaole
We had a wonderful, comfortable stay at Susan’s - the condo was well-maintained, impeccably clean and well stocked, everything was in great working order, and we couldn’t have been happier. The location of the unit was perfect for us as well, a stone’s throw away from the beautiful “natural” pool, but still tranquil and surrounded by lush greenery and flora. The next time we visit Maui we won’t hesitate to see if this unit is available! Mahalo, Susan!

Loved our stay
We enjoyed staying at Maui Kamaole. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is great too. The condo was exactly as listed, perfect for my husband, baby daughter, and me. Very clean and had everything we needed (even beach chairs!). It was maybe a bit longer than a six minute walk to the beach, but we had a stroller, so probably took us longer. Susan is a great communicator and checked in on us a few days into our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. Recommend!

Pure Heaven
The overall property is amazing, the grounds are beautiful and you feel that your the only one there. The room itself was fantastic, clean, comfortable and very well designed for comfort. This is the place where you want to live and not leave because everything is right there. A short walk to the K3 beach to snorkel, see the turtles, body board, swime, or to shops, or to a restaurant, or to a bar, or to get your favorite shaved ice flavor. What a wonderful time and place.
