We had a wonderful week at this house. Family of grandparents, grown children, and three baby grandkids. Perfect for the gang. The house was very clean with a good layout so each could have their space. The kitchen is well equipped. Weber grill came in handy.
The small pool in the back was wonderful and our go-to morning and afternoon. A great mix of shade and sun throughut the day. The water was clear and refreshing.
The house is a very pleasant and easy 15 minute walk to the quieter end of the boardwalk and beach. Less crowded but still with access to nearby restrooms a bit down the boardwalk.
Countless restaurants nearby. We had great lobster rolls at Masons off the beach.
Supermarkets and general shopping for all needs are close enough.
Great wine shop is on the corner, just up the street from the house.
Overall a great and relaxing stay. Would definitely return.

The house was perfect and would highly recommend. There was plenty of space for two families and the street was beautiful. We enjoyed the beach in the morning, pool in the afternoon, and boardwalk at night.

Great house, wonderful pool , great week

This was our first trip to Rehoboth Beach and the house was everything we expected and more! It was an easy walk to the beach, in a beautiful, quiet area, and the pool was a wonderful way to entertain our grandchildren. The house was the perfect size for our family and we were able to prepare delicious meals in the kitchen, which was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. We had an amazing time! We will have lasting memories, and hope to return next year!

Wonderful place to stay for families or friends to stay! Only about a block to silver lake, and not a terribly long walk to Funland or other boardwalk places. Easy access to DE-1 for any travel to Dewey, Lewes, or Ocean City. Overall everyone in my family was pleased where getting a consensus is difficult!

House was great space for 6 adults and 3 young children. One car drove to the beach with all our gear and the rest of the family enjoyed the walk to the beach. Afternoon naps for babies, while adults enjoyed the private pool. After nap playtime for children in the pool.

The property is in a great location right between Dewey and Rehoboth and near the beach. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, etc. in walking distance. Our host leaves very detailed instructions throughout the house that makes the stay incredibly easy! The pool was just opened, and unfortunately was extremely green so we steered clear of swimming out back. But, that was our only issue and who needs the pool when you have an ocean, highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful and super spacious vacation home. When we walked in the front door, we were immediately so happy. The kitchen, family room and bedrooms are huge. Lots of bathrooms which make things super easy when getting ready to go out for evening festivities. The backyard is amazing with a beautiful pool, grill and lots of outdoor furniture. The screened in patio is great for eating outside. And there is a driveway and area in front of the house for parking. The beach and boardwalk are about a 15-minute walk. The walk or bike ride is very pretty, with lots of beautiful trees, beach homes and lots of flowers to take in and enjoy. If you have little ones, I'd take a wagon to use in case they are tired and don't want to walk. I cannot think of one thing that was not great about our stay. And to top it off, the owner Val is absolutely the best.

Great location and the pool really made the stay so nice

The house was perfect for our family, especially adjoining bedroom in upstairs master bedroom. This was perfect for my grandchildren. Having the pool was especially nice since the walk to the beach was too far for small children. Overall we loved the house!!!
Thank you

I would definitely rent this property again for it was a close walk to everything and the house met all of our needs . The pool was a plus with our grand babies ..

I’ve never been in this position after renting a property, and am trying to handle this in the most professional way possible. My family and I stayed at this home 9 weeks ago. We had a fine stay. The property was clean enough, a little far from the beach, on a street under construction our entire stay, and next to a liquor store and behind a thrift store and mostly abandoned strip mall (not necessarily ideal with young children). But it was a nice vacation.
After 9 weeks I receive a note from the owner that I “trashed” the home. He either has me confused with another guest or is dillusional. When we arrived at the home the outdoor shower did not work. On day 1, one of our children (less than 100 lbs) went to get out of the pool using the ladder and the stair broke. In addition, there was a crooked picture upstairs. I went to straighten it and it fell from the wall (unbroken). That was the list of what could possibly be observed as “damage,” although I’d put all of that in the normal wear and tear category. I reported all of this to the local realtor whose contact info was left at the house. Never received a reply. Until now…9 weeks later.
The owner texted me tonight with aggressive language, including vulgarities, accusing me of being a terrible person and saying he’s “coming after me.” I’ll be reporting this to VRBO and looking to recover my reputation (which he is trying to slander on VRBO) and my security deposit.
In summary, the property is fine at best. The owner is a problem.

We had a great vacation with family! The pool was a wonderful addition to our beach time. There was plenty of room for us to eat together, spend time together and play together! Thank you for our week of happy memories!

We had a great time staying at this beach house! The location was great, it was easy to walk to the beach and even down the boardwalk into the main part of Rehoboth.

This property met and exceeded my family's expectations, from the spaciousness of the rooms to the overall cleanliness of the property, this house fit the bill. Allen, the property manager was timely and very attentive and on call throughout our stay and we even had an opportunity to meet with Peter, one of the owners. I highly recommend this property, but be sure to take care of it, because we plan to be back and we love it just the way it is.

We enjoyed our stay here again. The kids had a blast going from the pool to the beach and the beach to the pool. The bike ride is about 10 minutes to the beach and is really cool. The bedroom and bath on main level works well for my mom. The stocked oils, sugar and spices were really handy.
A few disappointments I had in the home this time around included the screen door to the sunroom is pretty rattled up so hard to enjoy sunroom with screen falling off and bugs entering. The carpet in main room had some weird fuzz, expired coffee in the cabinet should be thrown out. And large bath shower curtain upstairs has mold.

Though the beach is a bit far with small children, this is the second time we have stayed at this location. This year we had some minor issues; however, the owner was very easy to get a hold of and made sure everything was taken care of ASAP. The house is clean and had more than enough room for two families. The kids loved having the pool as well. We would stay here again!

Pictures just don’t explain how well kept this property is. Everything is labeled for their guests. I would definitely rent this property again in the future!! The location was also amazing the house is within a 10 minute drive to anything you would ever want to do in Rehoboth Beach.

Too often rental houses may look beautiful on the outside but when you get inside it's like all the furniture and kitchen stuff has been scrounged from a goodwill... Not this house! A picture inside tells the story of wanting to set-up a rental house that the owners would be happy to stay in and those owners must have high standards!
There is tons of room (we were 7 adults and 6 kids at peak!) and everything is of the highest standards. This makes a big difference if you want to use the kitchen a lot of plan to spend some of the evenings at the house. The screened in porch was another really nice addition.
It should be noted that the pool is pretty small but that was fine for us, just don't try to do laps! A short walk takes you to a beer/wine store and a basic shop for milk etc. but not much more. An adventurous 15min walk to the beach otherwise everything is a short drive away from shops to restaurants (Salt Air and Chesapeake and Maine were particularly good)
Lastly the rental agent Allen was super helpful, always on call and nothing was too much to ask including recommendations of local restaurants to try. Would definatley return!

This house is well appointed, spacious and has everything needed for a good stay for a big
family like ours. The pool was a big hit with the little ones. The fact that the owner/manager made a Rehoboth Beach parking pass available to us was a really helpful asset. The owner/manager was readily available for questions and always responsive on a timely basis. This is a place we are likely to look to again when we plan our next trip to Rehoboth.

Great house for a family vacation!!! Well equipped and if you don't mind a bit of a walk you can get around. Route 1 is crazy busy for the grocery store, but just go in the morning!!❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home for Memorial Day weekend 2017. The house is on a beautiful, quiet street within walking distance of the beach (approximately 5-6 blocks). This home is perfect for multiple families (we were 2 families of 4) and has everything you could want. Spacious, well designed and fully stocked for our stay. Everything was labeled and organized. Very clean, beautiful décor with modern amenities. It was too cold to use the pool but it is nice to have on site. The only down side was having to provide our own linens and towels. Since we were flying in, we had to ship them ahead of our stay. Not a deal breaker but something to consider. This was our first time in Rehoboth Beach and we really enjoyed our time despite the cold & rainy weather. This home is great! Hope to be back soon!

I (Ken Fordyce), rent this house from June 4 to June 11, 2016 – for a family vacation and quiet celebration. My granddaughter had her half birthday this week and I had a birthday. Besides the family, we had guests that drove down for the day from about 80 miles north. The pictures of the house on the WEB page give you some sense of its elegance and practicality – but do not do it justice. It is a fantastic house for quiet gatherings for family and friends – absorbing the group for the week and day visitors. The downstairs has a magnificent flow. As you first enter the stairs to the bedrooms has an elegance and practical nature (wide, great rails, and intermediary platforms), then one moves down the hallway to a very large “squarish” room that captures an outstanding kitchen, dining room, and living room – each having an identify, but no walls – giving great flow for conversation and activities (for us a jig saw puzzle was a family activity). The flow continues outside where there is a great open patio on the left and screened in porch on the right. The final touch is the pool, which everyone enjoyed. The high ceilings capstone the downstairs. The kitchen is great – with labels to tell you where everything is a great touch.
The bedrooms (one downstairs – master bedroom) and rest upstairs are large, plenty of bathroom space – important to handle the morning rush. The outdoor shower is great and little side yard provided place for games. The neighborhood was great. The ability to park an extra car around “back” in the parking lot was very helpful. Access to the beach was easy as well as the walk into Rehoboth. For me, I had quick access to a soccer field for sprints at the local school. For the younger folks, the short walk to the wine / beer store was a real plus. The place was spotless when we arrived (we worked to leave it clean). Services were fantastic – any question or need we had was handled promptly and friendly. On Monday one of the toilets died – part of the interior broke from normal wear and tear – stuff happens. When I called, it was repaired in less than 2 hours. Allen Jarmon’s responsiveness, attention to detail, knowledge of the area, and great personality was the finishing touch of a great experience.
One item to learn about ahead of time was a parking pass for the spots near the beach.

My girlfriends, sister, niece, daughter-in-law and granddaughter stayed at this delightful and well-appointed home for our annual "girls week at the beach." This is our 21st year for girls week, and this house was definitely the most organized, well-stocked house (especially the kitchen) that we have ever stayed in. The five bedrooms and three baths, plus powder room, were perfect for our needs. Our favorite feature was the screened in porch, where we had our coffee every morning, and the pool area, where we relaxed after a day at the beach. The pool and patio are very private. I would give five stars for the house itself. Only gave four overall because it was a little bit of a trek to the beach, and we have three retirees in our group who would have preferred to be closer. That being said, we all loved the house so much, we have already signed up for next year. The owners were very accommodating and welcoming. Would highly recommend this home.

The house is simply excellent, and is even better than the pictures show. Everything is well laid out, and nicely decorated. We loved that it has two large master suites. The whole house is very well stocked and extremely well labeled - the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was great! The fence makes it very private and the sun heated the water. We all enjoyed it. There's plenty of pool / beach toys available. The house was in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The beach was a short and very pretty walk. Having Bin 66, and the small natural grocery store so close was very convenient. We even visited the bouncy house on a rained out Memorial Day which is a very short walk. The owner was very professional and unobtrusive. The house was a fun place for us, and we had a great time!
