We booked this unit after reviewing a ton of options. Needed a place that would accommodate a ten day stay, provide all of the amenities and be toddler friendly.

Family of 4 had a wonderful week! The kids had a lot of fun at this resort! Host answered/responded every time we called. Sand toys were there for the kids, extra beach towels, beach chairs, and you could view the Ft. Walton/Okaloosa Fireworks perfectly from the front door/parking lot side on the 4th it was a great spot!

This was our 2nd year staying in this condo and our 5th year at Waterscape so we are very familiar with the amenities. The condo's location is ideal in the complex as it's close to the upper level pools, grills and it provides a green space for the kids to play while mom and dad have a coffee or cocktail on the porch. Some of the furniture could use an update- the couch is very uncomfortable/ broken down from wear and the decor is a little outdated. But the location and price can't be beat.

We had a great time. The condo was clean and was equipped with anything you could think of needing. Bed was comfortable which is a huge plus! Location was perfect. There is nothing I would change. Thanks for a great stay!

I have a 13, 10, and 5 year old boys. This was perfect for my different age kids. The bed was so comfy and my husband loved that there was an extra fan, he's obsessed with sleeping with a fan. The location is amazing! I loved that it was on the ground floor for the pools. And so close to parking deck. There were extra toys and other items.. And essentials we forgot like paper towels, etc.. we there for us already. The chairs at the beach were a lifesaver!!! I was thankful to find this place for a short stay since we had karate tournament close by.. Host was so responsive and communication was amazing.. thank u for letting us stay!!!

We had a great week, will return next year. The unit was conveniently located near the heated pool, no need to use elevators to get to the pool. Layout of condo was functional, with sofa sleeper and twin size sleeper chair for children. Updated kitchen with new appliances. Waterscape was great for kids of all ages, entertainment and amenities were awesome.

We loved our time here at Waterscape! What an awesome place for kids! Our condo was more than I expected to be. Very clean and had everything we needed! Walking distance to fish market and restaurants, had groceries delivered to condo and worked great. We loved the outdoor patio area and being on ground level. The beach toys was a bonus for our daughter! Highly recommend this place! Thank you Mark for letting us stay.

We would highly recommend this property. Our family of five loved the condo as it was so conveniently located. It was steps away from the heated pool and splash pool and a 3 minute walk from the white sand beach. We were walking distance from the fishing pier, aquarium, boardwalk, and several restaurants. The condo was clean with plenty of space for our family of 5. Our boys loved staying on the pullout couch bed and there was a pack n play and high chair in the unit for our one year old. Our host, Mark, was very helpful and sent check in and check out directions so we knew exactly what was expected. If we come back to the Destin area, we will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our time here! Location and property had everything we needed and more! Loved that my son could walk right outside and toss a football in the grassy area and you are so close to the pool entrance! Really enjoyed the beach chairs being included as well. We will be back!

Everything was awesome. If anything needed to be checked out someone was right there. We were satisfied with everything. No problems. This is why we stay there each fall when we take our vacation. The beaches are beautiful and the location is perfect. All people staying there are very respectful of one another and kind. We loved it. Thank you :

Best fully stocked kitchen we've ever had.
This was our 4th stay at Waterscape but our first in this unit and we were very happy. Waterscape is amazing for families and we highly recommend. This unit was great with easy access to the pools and yard for our kids to enjoy playing ball while we cooked dinner. The appliances were newer and high quality. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need. Mark was super easy to work with and the communication was prompt. We would recommend this unit and would stay here again!

Not spectacular but it had a place to sleep and kitchen with the basics. The cleaning service needs to step it up. Along with the linen cleaning. The unit above was being cleaned and they dumped their dust pant and vacuum collection over the terrace railing down onto us. The resort I'm certain was once top of the line. Many repairs are needed. I feel for owners of units. At first Mark was great with contact. He promised check in info the day before but I had to reach out and ask for it. He said later tonight but that didn't happen either. Finally it came the day of travel. Normal but it raised flags about the "owner". I began to realize that Mark just may be a salesman not an owner. You really should tour your condo and have a chat with the cleaning service. The mold behind the toilets and the air vents in the livingspace and bedroom is not healthy. The main bath tub us not operable as far as filling the tub. The faucet is altered for showers only. There is a pan under the kitchen faucet to collect a leak. We paid a cleaning fee but then we were given directions to clean before leaving????? Moving on to the lazy river... We were not told it was being dismantled or maybe being repaired who knows wth was going on. What a mess. Again I felt for any owners paying to for the property. trash everywhere. The heated pool was of course close but over crowded do to the river in shambles. The beach was a beach. Walk east to the sewage drain offs from the aquarium. Mmmmm so nice. I do feel miss lead by the "owner" and listing. I did contact him but he only made excuses. Blaming worker shortages for the river. He did himself comment how I seemed disappointed. I agreed that I was. Be careful not to walk in the center of the stairways in the waterpark areas. The lights in the stairs are falling out and create cut and trip hazards. This property has tons of potential!!!! I was very excited when we first arrived even texted Mark to share how I felt, until of course we walked to the lazy river. At no time did Mark communicate fully with us . We still would have gone knowing the river was full of plaster holes and literally worker trash. Just to be mentally prepared would have been huge. Multiple people mentioned the river a disappointment and the heated pool not being heated as well. It was heated when we got there but by day 5 it was def not. I did contact Mark about issues and he did nothing. Be honest Mark no more excuses please.

We loves Waterscape. Condo could have been cleaner, especially the area rug in tv room. Pool was wonderful. Disappointed other pools were not open. Also did not know it was off season so some things weren't available like the beach chairs and umbrella. Being semi- handicapped it would have really been beneficial. Beach beautiful. The king bed actually is way to high. It should not have the box spring mattress which makes it to high. We did not realize the high dining chairs and outside high chairs were not comfortable at all for this couple, but we should have known that by the photos. But certainly recommend that condo.

Great Stay
We loved this place. The check in process was so easy. Mr. Mark texted us the morning of with all the check in process information. It was so easy. Just show up, park and head to the room. The room is only about 20 steps to the pool gate. The room had all the supplies we needed. My 9 and 5 year old slept on the pullout. They loved it. There was a pack and play, high chair and bedside rail for little ones but we didnt need to use it. My kids had me running to the pools constantly so it was so great just to be steps away. There was also beach toys and boogie boards for us to use on the beach. Even though it's close to the pools, at night, the noise is not an issue. There is a souvenir shop on the other side of the building so just have to walk around and your right there. The only time we left in the car was to go get some groceries and to go to the Gulfarium which is prob less than a mile away. I hope we are able to come back. This was definitely one of our favorite family trips. We have a family channel on YouTube. My daughter does a walk through of the room and we hope to show some of our trip. We also will show the best parking area. As of today 10-30-21 i have not uploaded it but i hope to get it up soon. It will be on "The Bonnette Life" channel if anyone is interested. Thanks Mr. Mark for providing such a nice place.

This is a wonderful condo for a small family with 2 adults and 2 kids. There is a grassy area off the patio for kids to play outside. There are 2 nice bathrooms (both have showers and 1 has a tub). Both bathrooms have blow dryers with night lights built in that you can cut off or on (which is a nice feature with young kids!) The heated pool is steps away from the patio. The trash chute and elevator are only a short walk from the room (maybe 3 doors down). The condo also had updated appliances and plenty of storage options in each room. There were also extra sand toys, buckets, and wake boards on the patio to use if needed.
