Nestled in Okaloosa Island, this lovely condo for £257 per night is a great option for your next trip. Tiki Beach next to Island Princess. This Beautiful condominium on the beach, on the Gulf of Mexico.. Enjoy looking out from your private balcony ito the white sand and beautiful views. Great place to watch for sea life such as dolphins, turtles, and more. The condo is very clean and very relaxing. Only 9 units total Tiki #32 is on the 3rd floor middle unit. Gated so you have your own private access to the beach. I will give you the best service and take care of of your needs.I will be happy to help you with any details. I have just updated the unit with new floors and Bedroom, new sofa. Return customers will get discountsfor the next visit to save on the rent or you may give them to friends or family. You can enjoy having a cup of coffee in the morning or watching a beach sunset in the evening from your living room. Great kitchen fully-equipped. Plus washer and dryer. TV in living room and also in the bedroom with cable, both with VCR, DVD, Internet WI - FI. You will sleep comfortable on a King -size bed. Plus a full bath, shower vanity, blow dryer. Towels and linens provide. Also a comfortable queen size sofa bed and a single roller bed. Total sleeps 5. This is a wonderful place for a family vacation, and wont break your budget. If you’re looking for a little piece of paradise you have found it. Tiki Beach, is directly on the beach with your own private balcony. This is a beach front unit, but sorry no pool. There is a lot to do plenty of restaurants, nightlife, fishing a public pier for fishing. You can walk to the pier from the condo. You can rent a fishing poles at the pier! We loved the beach views from the living room, the location of the condo, and we appreciated how comfy the king sized bed was. But we did experience a few inconveniences during our stay. We arrived to the condo after picking up some groceries and realized that there was no toilet paper at the condo, so we had to leave to go get some. On our third day, a real estate agent knocked on the door several times and tried to show the condo to interested buyers. The agent said she was in contact with the condo owner already and that the owner was supposed to call us and let us know that there was a showing that was scheduled. The agent ended up leaving after we told them we were not notified by anyone and that the condo was in no condition to be shown at the time. And on our last day, we noticed a dead roach in the living room. When I let the owner know about our inconveniences upon check out, she merely addressed our concerns with an apology. Not even a small reimbursement for the toilet paper we had to go pick up? Srsly? Lovely location, but won’t be returning.

The view was phenomenal. The room itself was very roomy for a one bedroom. Quiet and relaxing. My only regret is that we only had 3 nights to stay. My only suggestion would be to add a recliner to the living room. I would highly recommend

A true beach lovers retreat!!! My husband & I were so lucky to find this place. Many thanks to our wonderful host, Diane, for providing an exceptionally easy experience. Everything was just perfect!!! The condo sits directly on the beach, where we enjoyed the absolutely gorgeous views from the privacy of our own balcony while lounging in the Adirondack chairs. The condo feels like home & is immaculately clean, quiet, comfortable, & convenient. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable & we were able to get some much needed sleep. The kitchen was very well stocked & had everything we needed to prepare meals. And it was very convenient to have the Publix grocery store only 5 minutes away. The beach is the cleanest & most peaceful beach we have ever seen!!! There was no trash, no seaweed, no loud people or partying. The sand was pure white, silky smooth, & stayed cool to the touch at all times of the day. The blue-green ocean was crystal clear & just stunning. We saw the dolphins early in the morning right after sunrise, which was very exciting!!! My husband really enjoyed watching the military planes flying over the beach, too. We highly recommend this property & the owner. We have never stayed anywhere twice on the beach, but Tiki Beach will be the exception as we will most definitely stay here again!!!

We stayed in tiki 22 and it was the cleanest condo we have EVER stayed in. Everything was well stocked and in working order. It was quiet, great location and everything we look for in a vacation. We will definitely stay here again.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 3! Kitchen was well stocked, it was very clean, and had that cozy home feel! I would highly recommend staying here even though it may make it harder for us to book next time! 😊

Condo balcony faces the beach which makes for great views all day! Plus it was convenient to go back and forth from condo to beach. (Condo is on 3rd floor so there are a couple flights of stairs to take note for anyone with mobility issues.) The unit was clean and bed was comfortable. Appreciated the extra hooks in hallway, bathroom and bedroom to hang all our towels, hats, etc. Dishwasher is older (may be time for a replacement) and is loud so we learned not to run it before bedtime. Otherwise, we enjoyed the condo when not on the beach!

The Condo was VERY clean, kitchen well equipped, beach items provided, beautiful view of the beach, easy access to the beach - just an overall great place to stay. There are two assigned parking spots for this condo. My only negative was people parking in our assigned area. The owner was very responsive and helped us remedy the parking issue. I would definitely recommend this unit and would love to visit again.

With the exception of walking up two flights of stairs, this place was ideal for my wife and I. The view was great. The AC worked like a charm. The mattress was comfortable to us. Check-in was a breeze. It would have been nice to have a couple of more rolls of toilet paper but we were forewarned and prepared. Would definitely stay here again next time we stay in the Fort Walton Beach area.

The property was nice, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent. Other than occasional daytime noise from neighboring construction which our host has no control over, it was nice and quiet. Right on the beach. I have fragrance and chemical allergies and sensitivity and it’s so hard to find a property that doesn’t use air/fabric/carpet fresheners and heavily scented cleaning products. I usually have to double up on allergy meds and open windows to bring fresh air in and it’s still a struggle. It was so nice to be able to breathe during our stay here! For others with sensitivities, they do use fragranced laundry products and have fragranced soaps. We brought our own. We had to buy unscented trash bags to use. Outside of that it was really nice to not smell fragrance and chemicals! Yay! The owner was very accommodating and responsive. Left a list of local favorites and things to do. We will return.

The condo when we entered looked very homey, cozy and was very clean. I felt at home. A home away from home for the weekend. Diane did a fantastic job of being in touch before our trip and providing us with directions, recommendations of places to go. I would definately stay at Tiki again, I really did not want to leave! The views of the beach each morning drinking my coffee was a great start to each morning! Much Thanks to Diane for this gem on the beach. Steve & Paula K.

This unit was perfect for us. Everything was clean, kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need. (Pillows, bedding, ect.) Very nicely decorated. Will stay again. Thanks to Diane for accommodating us and making our stay a wonderful memory.

We loved this beautiful beach front property. Very spacious, clean and nice decor. The check in process was easy and the property manager was available if we needed anything. My only thing about the property is that the sofa bed was not comfortable. Otherwise everything was as mentioned in the description . We had a blast!

Upon entering the unit, white spots was all over the door(which our unit was the only door with spots on it), the unit had like an old odor, I seen a baby roach crawl from under the bathroom sink onto the wall, also I seen long strains of blond hair caked on the wall of shower. Other than that, the view of the beach was nice and the bed was comfortable.

This condo was a perfect condo for my wife and I and my 12-year-old daughter who are in town for a cheer competition. My wife loved the decor and wants the owner to know she has great taste. Really nothing to complain about, the only real negative was while there was no smoking allowed in our unit, not sure if the entire building had a no smoking policy. A couple of our neighbors were chainsmokers so we constantly smelled smoke.

Loved this tastefully decorated place right on the beach. Comfy king bed, nicely furnished kitchen, private balcony overlooking the gulf. Quiet. Very convenient to some of Ft Walton’s best restaurants. Very clean. Beach chairs available for use. Wonderful relaxing stay!
