Only 350 people allowed in the park at once*** **PETS PROHIBITED** A modern retreat on top of the world at Tahoe's magical West Shore, Beautiful View offers vacationers the most breathtaking panoramic scenery one could ever hope for! Not only is the view incredible, but the house is modern and spacious with an open floor plan. Enter on the main level where the kitchen, living and dining rooms sprawl out in front of you with sweeping views of Lake Tahoe through the large sliding doors and tall windows. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom to the right and to the left, each a mirror image of the other, with new window coverings in all bedrooms for comfort. The two lakeview bedrooms each have a California King bed and two other bedrooms each have a Queen bed. Each bathroom features a nice step-in tile tub/shower. Half bath in the hall too. Two car garage as well as laundry facilities downstairs for your convenience. No cable television at this property, but Apple TV is provided for your enjoyment! Please note: Homeowner may occasionally use the downstairs apartment, with separate entrance and no interruption to you and your vacation. The laundry area is the only shared space. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - California King Bed Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed Bedroom 3 - California King Bed Bedroom 4 - Queen Bed Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Our properties do not have air conditioning. BBQs are not provided during winter months (November to Memorial Day) Pack n' play provided CHAINS OR SNOW TIRES ARE OFTEN REQUIRED IN WINTER. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ OUR WINTER DISCLOSURE, PROVIDED WITH A RENTAL CONTRACT ONCE A RESERVATION IS MADE. THE COUNTY OF PLACER IMPLEMENTED A NEW SHORT TERM RENTAL ORDINANCE WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR GUESTS TO ABIDE BY. The view is as beautiful as described. The location was convenient to Alpine Meadows. We really liked the living room, dining and kitchen ares. The kitchen was organized and well stocked and there was plenty of counter space.The dining table easily accommodated our group. The only improvement to the living room would be to relocate the TV to reduce the glare coming from the huge windows. The light switches were at best confusing. It wasn't until the second day that we found the binder with instructions on how to use the lights. The bathrooms were functional, but could use some more counter space. The bedrooms were disappointing. They were sparsely furnished and the beds were very uncomfortable. In addition the beds were too low and difficult for us older persons to get in and out of. Luggage stands would be nice also. The property advertises parking for four vehicles (2 in garage and 2 in driveway). We had two pickups, neither would fit in the garage and barely fit in the driveway. Only two very small cars would fit in the garage. It would have helped to have some dimensions in the property description so we could have planned our vehicle selection to accommodate the space.

This property was amazing. However, I believe it was downplayed in the description. The property was immaculate, spacious and super comfortable. I as concerned for the lack of air conditioning. But the breeze off the lake was more than enough to keep the living spaces comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and very well appointed. The property is a gem! And a bargain!

Breathtaking view!! Nice location to town center/lake. Very quite neighborhood, peaceful at night. I wish I had a telescope to view the awesome night sky. Would stay again and recommend!!

We were lucky enough to stay at this lovely home during one of the biggest winter storms I have ever experienced. So we were at home a lot! I don't know if there is a house that offers a more spectacular view of the lake. It is truly stunning and makes your time at the house something special. The house itself could use a few simple additions to make it more comfortable (area rugs, extra linens, new pillows) but in all, it was very comfortable. We had a couple issues with the house during our stay and the management company was very responsive. They were able to resolve them in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, if you are coming to Lake Tahoe to enjoy the beauty of the lake, you can't go wrong with this house!

As expected, the view really was shockingly beautiful. The home was also beautifully appointed and well kept. It felt like we were staying in a thoughtfully designed vacation home rather than somewhere that no one lives. The kitchen was totally stocked including spices, there was wood in the garage (which we needed when we lost power for a day during a snowstorm), and there were extra blankets. We stayed here with one baby and were pleasantly surprised to find a baby gate at the top of the stairs. The concrete floors were a bit of a challenge, though. The owner did come to stay in the basement during our stay and we found out at the last minute. However, we never heard or saw them so it wasn't a problem for us. A recommendation for improvement - add an extra snow shovel to the garage.

6 of us stayed here and we found it to be perfect for us.
We loved relaxing on the deck enjoying the view and plenty of space in the family and dining room for all to move comfortably. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the beds were cozy!

The views of the lake from the front porch are unbelievable!! This was a perfect spot to stay for a week vacation to explore the area and the accommodations worked perfect for two couples, as there are two large bedrooms and one bathroom on each side of the home (4 bedrooms total on main floor). Kitchen had everything we needed to cook/grill multiple meals at home. Communication with rental company was very convenient and helpful!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house and view are gorgeous! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook during our stay. The rooms were spacious. Quiet location, located near local trails and not too far from town. We would definitely stay here again, just for the view alone.

Fantastic view and convenient location but many hard surfaces (only one carpet). Poor lighting in bathrooms. Manager flexibly provided park key and garage door opener which were missing.

Gorgeous home
Came for a wedding and stayed with friends. This place was gorgeous! Incredible view so worth being a few minutes from the water. House was clean and had a great kitchen and nice bathrooms and showers too.

We could have stayed in the house everyday and not have been disappointed with our trip to Tahoe! The house was just as described and the view was even better! Access to the Tahoe Park Association Beach was a big plus. Would 100% stay there again!

The house has a layout which seems to be optimized for renters as there is no master suite with a private bathroom. There is lots of glass to enjoy the views from almost every room, nice furnishings, and beautiful stained concrete floors. The lack of area rugs, window coverings, and other soft furnishings makes for a clean modern appearance, but also results in noise carrying easily throughout the house and echoing, this was an issue for our group for both light and heavy sleepers. All mattresses are could use more comfort according to the guests in our group (expect better at this price) . Lastly, there is an owner unit downstairs which may be occupied while guests are present, I did not discover this until after I booked as the info was a bit buried in the contract. We heard noises and the felt presence of someone, but never saw or heard them. This gave us an uneasy feeling, not good when you’re trying to relax and sleep while on vacation. Everything else was very good, and as an added bonus there is and HOA beach and pier at the lake. Based on this, I give 4/5 stars. The issues we had could all be easily addressed, and then I would give 5/5 stars.

Beautiful View
Beautiful view was just that...beautiful! The location of the home was perfect. It had stunning lake views. The home itself was clean and well stocked. The layout was great for our family. It did get hot during the day, so we went out and purchased box fans that we left behind for other guests of the home that might find themselves in the same sweaty predicament. But that just could be because we are from Texas and are used to air conditioning! Ha! But other than that, it was fantastic. The home is great, and we would stay here again!

I had seen the photos, but nothing prepared us for actually walking into the home for the first time. The view just took our breath away. The home is modern, well equipped and a delight to stay in. The management team was professional.
