The studio is very clean, comfortable and quiet. It was nice to have a coffee shop across the street to pick up breakfast. Safe neighborhood and easy parking. It was a great find!

The area was so nice!! I felt safe walking the neighborhood at any time. The manager checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. She was very quick to respond. Would definitely recommend this spot!!

The property is well located for walking anywhere; the bed very comfortable; the shower is amazing. The place frequently had an odd smell which dissipated with open windows. I recommend this property highly.

Wonderful property, very safe area and clean. There are several door/security measures to insulate your property. We rented a car and parked it out front overnight with no issues. Walking distance to Presidio, short drive to GGB/Palace of Fine Arts. Bed is very comfortable. Despite being an uncharacteristically hot week in SF, the apartment stayed cool. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to explore San Fransisco!

We booked a 7 night stay to help our SF-based daughter out with babysitting our infant granddaughter while our son-in-law was on a work trip. Unfortunately, our granddaughter was hospitalized early on during our stay so we ended up only spending 3 nights in the apartment. The apartment is as pictured-- beautifully decorated and well-situated in a very nice neighborhood with restaurants and high-end stores. The owner left a few snacks and coffee pods and also rescued us when we inadvertently left our key in the locked room with all the chaos of the baby's illness. The apartment is a studio but the high ceilings make it seem spacious. The apartment was quiet and felt very safe. However, there are several sets of stairs to climb, which may be difficult for those with older joints, especially if you are lugging heavy luggage. In addition, the mattress was very soft-- an issue for those of us with bad backs. If the latter two issues are not a problem, I would highly recommend this place. The owner was the model of kindness in the midst of our family difficulties, arriving late in the night to open our locked door. Our only regret was that we did not get much of a chance to experience the neighborhood given that we were there for less than half the time that we booked.

I don't know what to say that hasn't already been said in all the other reviews! The suite is roomy and has such charm and character. It was so nice to have the Keurig and all the supplies for my morning coffee. The mini fridge was perfect so we could store drinks and snacks. The property is located in a lovely quiet residential area just a short walk or uber ride to the SF attractions. Springer is very responsive. We highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The bed was extremely comfortable, pleasant views from the front room windows, and the rainfall shower has great water pressure. Very safe neighborhood and location is perfect, especially if you want to explore Presidio. I would happily stay again when I visit the area again!

I stayed here for a week on my own while visiting my son who lives in SF. Such a great location with fun shops and restaurants right in immediate neighborhood. I felt very safe in the neighborhood day and night. The unit is lovely and feels like a little apartment with comfy places to sit and read or eat, a fireplace to warm you up on chilly evenings and a rain shower that’s better than my one at home! The owner checked in to make sure everything was ok and then left me alone to do my thing, even though she lives right next door. I would highly recommend staying here on your next visit to SF!

The apartment was clean and extremely comfortable, especially the king size bed. Check in was easy and the host checked in with us but wasn’t overbearing. We really enjoyed the quiet and walking friendly neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay in San Francisco! This studio was close to some excellent restaurants, the presidio gate - where we did a lot of walking and exploring, and in a quiet nice neighborhood. Loved the rain shower so much! The fireplace was perfect after being out in the cold rain. The bed was so soft and comfortable. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This was our first time exploring the city and this location as our home base was perfect. Both the neighborhood and the building were very peaceful. I think there were other renters while we were there but we never actually saw or heard anyone else. Lots of privacy. A little perk was that no buses ran right on our street but conveniently there were three bus stops at the intersection half a block away. Enjoyed our stay so much!
