Pacific Heights Elegant gray tones 13' ceilings ebony floors , gas fireplace and remodeled bathroom. Enjoy a cup of Java sitting at the bay window overlooking a swaying ancient olive tree. Sleep well in the comfortable King size bed with wonderful bedding .Grand double doors open to the sitting/dressing room with large closet and credenza housing coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge. Coffee/tea pods, instant oatmeal, Brita filtered water and snacks. The building is like staying in a B&B or hotel. Nothing is shared except the door from the exterior and the hallway to get to your space. Walk out he door to shops and eateries. This is a quiet upscale neighborhood with folks walking dogs and nanny's pushing strollers. Hustle and bustle 7 blocks to Fillmore St.

Comfortable, immaculate studio in the best neighborhood. Springer is an excellent host, and each of her accommodations are beautifully appointed, with guest-friendly amenities, comfortable beds, and generous space. You won’t be disappointed!

The apartment is well appointed. It was quiet and cozy with enough room for me to get my workout in. The property manager was east to communicate with. Neighborhood is quiet with great shops, eateries and services. Will definitely stay here again!

I was in town for a single night for business and hotel prices in the city were crazy. Decided to look on VRBO and found this gem for about 1/2 the price of a hotel room. The rental is like a hotel suite in a bigger building of similar units. Has a comfortable king bed in the bedroom, a living room with coffee machine, and a bathroom. Everything was clean and well appointed. Also in a nice part of town by the Presidio, so no homelessness outside like you would have at a hotel near Union square. Overall highly recommend and will stay here again if I come back to the city for another meeting.

We had a wonderful time here. The suite is beautiful, perfectly located to easily access all SF sights, and rapidly serviced by Uber. We never waited more than 3 minutes for a ride when needed. The host was super with communication and follow-up. Stay here, it’s a 5 star experience.

This property is in a very nice and upscale neighbourhood. Felt very safe and it was easy access to all the highlights that San Francisco offers. There were wonderful treats waiting for us when we arrived. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of fresh towels. The parking is a bit tricky so be aware of where you can park. This rental comes highly recommended, and Springer was an amazing host!

Visiting family in the area, this was the perfect location—quiet street with easy walking access to both Golden Gate amd Presidio parks. Our visit was during a rainy, chilly time, so we really appreciated the gas firewplace and the bay window that caught both morning and afternoon light—table and chairs perfect there!

Many thanks to Springer for making this lovely suite available on VRBO. The accommodations are beautiful, clean, spacious and oh so comfortable. We especially enjoyed the fireplace as we had a couple of rainy chilly days. This is a quiet part of the city with great shops and restaurants. We hope to visit again!

This property was charming and well located and the rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the bathroom is way small and the shower is tiny and needs a decent shower head.

The property was kept under impeccable care. The location perfect for walking and shopping for any necessities, visiting local parks and great restaurants. After daily 10 hours of babysitting our granddaughter, we would happily return to our retreat - a spacious one bedroom suite, an easy 6 minute walk from our son's home. We had everything we needed - small micro, refrig, coffee maker and cutlery. And a cozy fireplace in our bedroom. We enjoyed our breakfast in the morning and our wine in the evening at the table seated in streetview bay window. Our host was gracious, easy to communicate with, and quick to see that all our needs were met. (which were few) The Pac Heights neighborhood is a very nice, clean, and safe environment. We enjoyed visiting the nearby Lyon St Steps to take in the magnificent view of the bay, the bridge, and Alcatraz.
