Our fully equipped central AC 9th floor villa, unit #922, is located in Ocean Tower on Lagoon 2, the least crowded of the four amazing lagoons. We offer LOCATION and VALUE! This is our home, NOT a hotel or timeshare property, that we hope to share with you! Our villa is spacious with 3 Bedrooms (sleeps maximum 8 with no exceptions) and 3 full baths in over 1500 square feet of living space. Gorgeous ocean views and mountain views await you. Beautiful 8' tall sliding glass doors slide into the walls creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living to show off the expansive lanai adding an additional 235 square feet of outdoor living space with comfortable seating. The custom designed Roy Yamaguchi signature kitchen offers Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, Wolf appliances and a new LG full size stack washer/dryer all of which add to the conveniences of a condominium vacation rental instead of a hotel room. Interiors include travertine floors, new designer floors in the bedrooms, granite countertops and African mahogany doors, windows and trim work. The new furnishings, Wi-Fi high speed internet, Apple TV, 2 DVD players, WII gaming station plus board games, large flat screen TVs in every room and other high-end amenities. There is also a onetime parking registration fee of $25 per vehicle for your stay STARTING OCT 1, 2023. Others can be obtained in case you are traveling with another family or grandparents. For your peace of mind, the property is gated and secured with 24/7 security. Also, for your enjoyment the villa offers a 6-seater electric gulf cart that can be reasonably used during your stay to get around the Ko Olina area. Our Villa offers the best of both worlds: a quiet, relaxing, peaceful retreat yet you are just steps away from the beach, pools, and other resort activities. This amazing villa is an ideal serene spot to view the beautiful sunsets, the tranquil lagoons, yet walk to so many great restaurants. Paradise! The Master bedroom is furnished with Tommy Bahama king bed and full dresser with matching night tables, private access to the lanai, soaking tub and separate shower and a full walk-in closet with safe. The secondary master is furnished with 2 twin beds which can be converted to a king upon requests, full dresser and double closet, along with nightstand, its own large bathroom with exquisite features and deep soaking tub/shower as well as a DVD player for the kids. The third bedroom has a Tommy Bahama queen bed, full size dresser and 2 matching nightstands and a closet. The third bedroom has its own bathroom with shower adjacent in the hallway. Our first time to Ko’Olina. We all had a very nice time and this establishment was great! The pools and beach were fantastic. The host, Sherry, is very accommodating by most part However, we probably would not visit again for a few reasons. First, and although the lagoon beach is very nice, they do not allow you to put up your own sun shade. I bring my Sun Ninja when I travel to beach/island regions since it provides an ideal, wind resistant shade for my kids/family. Unfortunately, we were told that personal sun shades are prohibited in all of Ko’Olina which sounds a bit like BS since I know that all beaches have to be open for public access and I don’t think this can be enforced unless it’s a private beach. Maybe someone will eventually fight against this. You do have the option of renting a parasol and lounge chairs for a minimum of $100 or find a shaded spot in the grass under some trees. Secondly, we were told that no one was checkin in until the next day but they were not able to provide us with a late checkout since they needed to prep the place. However, we were not allowed to check in earlier despite being pre-arranged because the previous guest left 1 hr after check out on the day we arrived. This indicates that they only needed a few hrs to tidy up the place for our check in but needed a whole day after we checked out? Didn’t make much sense to me…fortunately, I was able to negotiate at least 1 hr of a later check out time but still not expected for the price!

What you see in the photos is pretty much what we got. It's high end, well appointed, w/ nearly everything you could imagine you'd need. The deck view is wonderful & beaches, lagoons so pretty & fun. They aren't busy and we loved snorkeling, even saw a couple turtles.
It's a bummer not having a restaurant on site. The tiki bar near the beach has great drinks but they are spendy. The people are friendly, the adult pool was the best; very quiet one and relaxing. The other main areas get busy and filled with kids of course.
There were a few downfalls for us. You're not supposed to wear shoes at all inside. That doesn't work for 80 year olds that literally have trouble getting shoes on/off nor people with plantar fasciitis. We weren't told this ahead of time and likely wouldn't have booked had we known.
Because we had our parents with us who have mobility and stability issues we decided to rent the golf cart. My husband & son golf regularly, we live on a golf course and own a cart. This golf cart was old, didn't run well & we felt like it might clunk out & parking was weird. All in all, it doesn't get you that much closer to the beach or walkway. We really wish we hadn't spent the $450 for the few times we used it & the condition.
The 90 min arrival tour was stressful, we honestly felt like children being scolded when told of all the things in every room we needed to do. If I had young kids I would be scared to have them there. It was hard to relax due to the specifics.

We especially enjoyed the location, the large lanai, and all the amenities of home.
The grounds were lovely and the lagoon was a perfect swimming paradise for the kids.
The check-in was the best we’ve experienced, timely and welcoming and informative.

This beautiful property came equipped with so many considerate, helpful extras for young children. The highchair, play and pack and stroller were so appreciated! There were books, toys for the condo as well as so many for making forts and castles on the beach! It worked so well for our intergenerational group.

The residence and apartment are great. The view is excellent. Apartment decoration is extraordinary which is ironically kind of stressful when you have small children asking them to pay attention not to damage the table, etc. I will not go back with small children to that apartment.

Great vacation!
The whole family and grandparents had a great vacation! The area with the lagoons was perfect. The kids loved playing in the pool. The condo was beautiful and exactly as it shows in the pictures. It had everything we needed and more! Sherry was amazing to deal with. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!!

A week in paradise
Our stay at Ko Olina Beach Villas was amazing and a great value. When we arrived, we were greeted by the property manager and given a personal tour of the property and the unit. The facility is wonderful - beautiful pools and gardens, access to many amenities, and directly on the least crowded lagoon. The unit itself was perfectly sized for a family of 6 and came with everything we needed. We loved having access to beach chairs, snorkeling gear, towels, and a wagon to carry it all. The kitchen was stocked with all of the staples needed. The property is located between the Marriott, the Aulani, and the Four Seasons. All are accessible via the boardwalk and restaurants are open to individuals not staying at the properties. We loved getting ice cream treats at Disney and then walking back to our private pool and much less crowded lagoon. Everything was wonderful and I can't say enough good things about our time there.

Snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach blankets, lots of beach toys (shovels, buckets, castle molds, etc.), boogie boards, coolers, inflatable floats to sit on in the ocean (not allowed in pool), umbrellas (although note that you can’t use an umbrella on Ko Olina beaches unless you hold it the entire time). They even had the puddle jumper life jackets for young kids. Before you bring any beach gear, ask Sherry because chances are they have what you need. There was also a kids step stool to help reach the toilet or sink.
The beach in front of the villa was amazing. It was clean, calm and never crowded. This is the perfect beach if you have kids, if you like to snorkel (it was decent, not many fish but a good variety and saw a turtle), or if you like to float around and relax. Only downside was not much shade on the beach but there are some palm trees that provide decent shade in the grass area above the beach. Our day trip to Waikiki was disappointing because the beach at Ko Olina is so much better.
The pools were also great. The family pool included a good size zero entry kiddie pool which is perfect for little ones to play in. The pools were never crowded during our stay. There were always chairs available.
Our group consisted of 3 couples (and one three year old). It was nice for each couple to have their own bathroom. The lanai was our favorite part of the villa - sitting out there in the evening was the perfect way to end a day and there was plenty of seating for all of us. Since we have a 3 year old we were concerned about the patio chairs right up against the railing. Of course we never left him unsupervised but it still made us nervous and was easy to fix by moving the furniture away from the railing. The microwave and dishwasher were unusual but Sherry was thorough in explaining how to use them. The twin room seemed to be hotter than the other rooms at night but it wasn’t too bad if we left the bedroom door open. We were told the temp could be lowered on the AC but we didn’t adjust it since it was only one room that was warm. We used the golf cart a couple of times but found it was easier to drive our car since the golf cart was parked farther away. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return

One day after a heavy rainstorm, the roof was leaking in two places. Sherry the manager was onsite immediately upon being notified and was on top of getting the leaks remedied.
We would recommend this property to anyone looking to have a comfortable, relaxing stay!

A beautiful unit in a great location with views out to the ocean from the living area and lanai.
The home was clean and had everything we needed from beach chairs and towels to a kitchen stocked with essentials. Sherry the manager went above board to get us in early and out late! She had a cake for my wife's 40th!!
One day after a heavy rainstorm, the roof was leaking in two places. Sherry the manager was onsite immediately upon being notified and was on top of getting the leaks remedied.
We would recommend this property to anyone looking to have a comfortable, relaxing stay!

Amazing Vacation
We cannot say enough how wonderful our vacation was. We were so impressed with Sherry and Neal, they went way beyond expectations in helping us to have a great time on our trip. The Villa was exceptional, all amenities were appreciated and utilized. If you are considering this property, you must book it, you will not regret it, amazing.

Great condo
Great unit, enough space for 6 people. Well stocked with kitchen items. We cooked breakfast and dinner almost every day we were there. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Sherry for all your help! Beach is great, not over run with people. You can easily set up "camp" at any time of day and find a place to sit. Highly recommend.

Perfect Villa
We had the best time in this villa! We had 6 adults in our party and never felt on top of each other. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, which was perfect! Plus the big sectional couch, gorgeous wood dining room table, large kitchen area and Lana’i made the common areas wonderful places to hang out when we were all together.
The condo also came equipped with everything we could’ve possibly needed (and much more), including lots of beach toys, towels, ice chests, and even a wagon to easily bring it all with us! The only thing we ever had to buy at the store was food.
Sherry made the check in very easy (and she was very informative). If we ever had an issue or needed anything, she was extremely quick to respond to phone calls or texts. (I would like to mention the only “issue” we had the whole week was that one of the wicker chairs on the Lana’i was starting to show wear and break on the top. ZERO other issues.)
I would HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone and we hope very much to be back in the future!

Awesome vacation at this beautiful property
We had such a wonderful time at the KoOlina Beach Villa. This property is great and as an art lover I truly appreciated the heart and sole expressed by the property owners in their home. The view was breathtaking and exactly as shown for the listing of the property. My grandchildren have food allergies, so we ate most meals in the villa and found it well equipped. The pool was amazing the we enjoyed the easy beach access. Also, we rented the golf cart and found it so helpful for getting around! My family appreciated the staff at the villa as well as Sherry and her family for providing such a nice greeting to the villa when we arrived. Thank you for such a memorable family vacation!

Paradise
We enjoyed this property so much that when it came time to go, we were sad!
Steve's villa has ALL the amenities a family could ask for and more. The property is clean and the design/style of furniture made our stay even that more pleasant. It felt like a home away from home.
Our greeter Sherrie and her husband were AMAZING! We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. They were available to answer any questions and made us feel very important.
I would recommend this villa to everyone visiting Ko'Olina - hand down!

A week in paradise.
We had a wonderful week. The home was clean and had everything we needed from beach chairs and towels to a kitchen stocked with essentials. Sherry the manager went above board to get us in early and out late! She had a cake for our daughter in laws 30th!!
We would recommend this property to anyone looking to have a comfortable, relaxing stay!

Great Views
A beautiful unit in a great location with views out to the ocean from the living area and deck. We particularly enjoyed the stacking doors that pushed into the walls opening the dining area up to the outside balcony. Lovely grounds as well and close to some nice restaurants at the nearby resorts.

Perfect vacation condo in paradise
We stayed at the KoOlina Beach Villa from March 6-March16, 2019. This is the perfect spot to spend an enjoyable vacation with your family. We have been to Oahu before but stayed downtown Honolulu. This condo is approximately 25-45min (depending on traffic) outside of Honolulu and gives you a "better feel" of Hawaiian life and culture away from the busy aspect of Honolulu.
This condo is quieter than the Disney Aulani and Marriott vacation spots next door which we liked. It seemed to be a perfect fit for our family of 6 ranging in age from 12-75. Sherry, the property manager was quick to respond to any questions I had prior to our vacation and during. She met us at the condo even though our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until around 1am which was nice.
The condo itself is immaculate and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly during any interaction. The best thing about this condo is the beach! With kids we felt they were safe from the large waves that roll in but also gave them the opportunity to see turtles and small, colourful fish while they snorkeled out closer to the rocks. We have been to a lot of beaches in the world and I would have to say this is one of the best!
Our only negative comment was that is was warm in the condo even though we kept the doors closed and curtains drawn to keep the sun out. It seemed like the air conditioner was set to 75 and visitors could not over ride it. The main Master Suite was comfortable but the other two bedrooms were warm.
All in all a very enjoyable trip!

Clean resort condo with many amenities and great lagoon beach
First, we really enjoyed the downtime at the resort style condo. The location is far enough from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu, yet close enough to visit the attractions there and Pearl Harbor. The condo was very nice, well stocked and clean. The management team, Sherry and Neil were also fantastic. Our flight was very late and they were there to greet us, even well after 1am. They also assisted us with the cart the next day and both were very accommodating. The pool and beach were also very fun. Great snorkeling for the littles only 10 feet off the beach. The only reason we're not calling this a full five star is due to the number of rules. Although we were never in conflict, the rules did add some pressure to my wife and I trying to manage our boys to the rules. No balls can be thrown within the pool, no loud noises in the pool area, no running, no saving chairs, etc. Standard stuff, but not as much freedom as a resort. However, the beach is public so the boys were able to run free and be as loud as they want. If traveling with a family, I would recommend this condo. Having a stocked kitchen helped by allowing many meals to be cooked versus eating out and three bedroom with three baths worked very well. However, having a little more freedom would have been just the right thing to push this place into a five-star resort. The golf cart is a must and highly recommended. If ever traveling to Oahu again, we will likely stay at this resort.

The perfect vacation...
But really - It was the perfect space for our family for our vacation. In fact, I'm really sad we couldn't stay there the entire ten days we were on Oahu! The next time we travel to Oahu it's a no-brainer for us to stay here again if it's still available! We have three daughters. The two older girls stayed in the bedroom with twin beds. We had our nanny stay in the guest bedroom. And my husband and I stayed on the other side (master off the kitchen) with the baby. We had her in a pack 'n play (provided) and it actually fit in the closet...so technically she had her own room too! :) The view of the ocean from the lanai is perfection. It was so fun to eat outside and have the giant doors open to the kitchen. We loved everything about it. Thank you!
