Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality. This beautiful spacious condo has two king-size bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is a beautiful full kitchen with an island. There is a small stove, cooktop, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Cable HD television is in the living room and bedrooms. Next to the deluxe-extended living room is a four seated dining room table that looks out at the balcony. This condo has a privately-coded, secure, high-speed Wi-Fi connection. Cable HD television is in the living room and bedrooms Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May. All this, just a stone's throw from Charlevoix the Beautiful downtown.

This is a nice condo, very spacious for our family of 4 and reasonably well equipped.
One thing that was disappointing for us was that there is not a hot tub available. I think perhaps the listing is referring to the jetted tub near the loft bathroom, but what we wanted was a hot tub as you find by a pool etc.
Also there was a pile of vomit in the hallway outside the unit that had clearly been there for a while. This was over the holiday so I guess it's forgivable as it's not a full service hotel, but still pretty gross.
The location is great, easy walk to the piers and to down town. 45 min to ski slopes.

These lodgings were in the perfect location in the middle of the charming downtown making many destinations walkable. The condo unit was quite comfortable and well appointed oh, and clean. Staff were most kind and friendly and rate an A + for sending me a piece of jewelry that I had left behind! It wasnt expensive but, it had great sentimental value. (It had fallen out of my travel case.) Thank you for a wonderful stay!

as a senior would have liked hand holds in tub area and floor of tub was slippery. Longer pulls on fan/light in bedroom, hard to reach. Was a very nice place overall as we did see 2 other units from our family staying. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. would stay here again if the opportunity arises. thanks for everything.

We love the rooms and the comfort they offer. We were stuck in Charlevoix due to weather. Although we were ready to end our vacation, we were happy to stay at the Pointes North Inn. I would recommend additional blankets in the room. We found one, but a few would have been greatly appreciated.

We were very happy with the condo and area. We were here at the end of March to look for Petosky stones and enjoy the area.
It was cold, but still a great time to look for rocks.
At check-in, Heather was a wealth of information to help us in finding good places to hunt for rocks and eat!

-No sheets provided for pull-out bed

Just wanted to say what a nice vacation we had in Charlevoix, and what a prime location the Pointes North Inn was. The location was superb, between the proximity to the water and all the shops and restaurants it could not have been better. The pool was nice to cool off in, and the unit was spacious, clean and very comfortable. All the amenities of home. The very best thing about the vacation rental was Heather, she was kind, outgoing, remembered our names and was so helpful with restaurants and things to do (and not do)she made us feel like we were at home. Please let Heather know she is a true asset to your company and the property.

My vacation rental experience was great. We just had an issue getting the wall heater unit to turn on. But the baseboard and upstairs unit was just fine. We also were able to get another coffee maker the nicer one wouldn't work. But everyone was great.

This condo was indeed recently (and nicely) re-decorated. Everything was lovely and in great shape. The "young people" (62+) stayed in the loft bedroom and the "senior" (91 years old) stayed in the downstairs bedroom. It would have been nice to have grab bars in the downstairs tub/shower combination. We prepared both a full dinner and large breakfast. The kitchen was well-stocked with basic equipment and dinnerware. The woman at the front counter was very pleasant. The lot was plowed on Christmas morning after a heavy overnight snow.
