Nestled in Puako, this lovely house for £569 per night is a great choice for your next break. This beautiful home has it all - 2500 square feet of indoor living including a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and tile flooring. This home has both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. • The Upstairs Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower with 2 Queen Beds. • The Downstairs Master Bedroom has 1 King king-size bed, a full en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet, a stone shower, a soaking tub, and direct lanai access. • The Downstairs 3rd Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds and direct lanai access. • The Downstairs 4th Bedroom has 2 Queen Beds, a walk-in closet, and direct lanai access. THE GARAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PARKING AT THIS HOME. Parking at this property is limited to the driveway only. 2 normal-size cars will fit on the driveway. The garage at this home is reserved for the owner. Additional parking is close by at the Rec Center if needed. THE GARAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PARKING AT THIS HOME. • All bedrooms and living room have flat-screen TVs • Beach Gear (Beach Chairs, Boogie Boards, Snorkel Sets, Beach Towels) are supplied. Any other items can be rented locally. • Baby gear (Pack n Play, High Chair) is supplied. Any other items can be rented locally. KaMilo Recreation Center You are steps away from the KaMilo Recreation Center. 3 pools, 2 spas, Fitness Center, and Gathering Pavilion on 3 acres of land. Private Beach Access The Mauna Lani Owner's Beach Club is a quick drive down the street. Grab beach gear and beach towels (all supplied) and head to your sandy oasis for swimming, snorkeling, stand-up paddling, kayaking, and a whole variety of beach activities. Read a book or take a snooze in one of the dozens of covered lounge chairs available for the guests of the resorts (first come, first served). When thirst or hunger calls, a full-service restaurant awaits mere steps from the beach and will tempt you with a tasty menu and specialty tropical beverages as you soak up the ocean views and the occasional breaching whale. Ancient Fish Ponds are adjacent to the Beach Club, where you can spend hours studying how the ancient Hawaiians farmed the local fish. Other attractions include two award-winning golf courses. Everything was as expected. Having beach toys and loads of beach towels was a nice touch. Could use a few more signs in unit for things like how to use the AV systen, and a bit more about recycling (which it doesn't seem is a thing there).

This was a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Steps away from the pool and recreation area and access to a beach that delighted all members of our family. The home was well equipped and the host was very responsive to our needs. They had every beach item imaginable for fun and recreation. The only downside was that the pool water was a bit cold. Unfortunately I think the manager has nothing to d with that! We would return to this property and recommend it.

Overall, we were very happy with the home. The unit had great access to the swimming pool and was in walking distance to the ocean and shops, etc. I liked the fact that you were close to the market, coffee shops, and other stores but that they were 1/2 mile away. The home was in good operating shape and was beautiful. The kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining areas perfectly accommodated our party of 11. The swimming pool gate was approximately 100 yards from our front door and there is a nice pavilion for use. Overall, it is a wonderful place and I would use it again when going back to the Big Island. The home could use a deep cleaning, baseboards and entryway to the home as well as the outdoor area near the laundry facilities. It is also time to replace the propane grill. Very happy with the unit, I would rate it a 9 of 10. Mahalo,Hank

Enjoyed our stay at the property and the resort area. The small beach and recreation area were perfect for our two young grandchildren as well as for the adults who enjoyed the snorkeling and the gym.
The property was spacious for our group of eight, and very well stocked, including items for the youngest guest.
Mike was very prompt with dealing with any issues encountered at the property.
Would consider staying again depending on the size and age of our group.

Our families stay at KaMilo 202 was wonderful. Even with 7 adults, two children and a baby, the house felt spacious and was well equipped. This unit is a very short walk to the pools and hot tub. The house was very clean and the provided beach towels and gear along with a nice cooler made our travels much easier. We really enjoyed the lanai and used the nice bbq'r a couple of times during our stay. While the views from the lanai are limited to the well landscaped backyard it was very peaceful and quite. Mike and the owners were very helpful and nice!

Mauna Lani is a perfect place to stay with easy access to the beach, tide pools, pools, restaurants, shopping, and Foodland (grocery store). Our host provided a list of local golf cart rental places and cruising around in a golf cart for a week was a blast.

Overall it was a great stay! Property was a little dirty upon arrival but nothing major. We got used to have rentals with at least bare minimum in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil) but that’s not a big deal as we had to shop for food anyways. Some things could be improved on such as making sure the grill is ready for use and some of the showers pressure/heat come and go. Otherwise the property was great for our large family vacation. Pool and hot tub were right across the road as well, making it easy to walk over and enjoy. Communication was super easy and the location was great as well!

Had a great time visiting the big island. We’ve stayed in Mauna Lani a few times before and in Ka Milo once before and Ka Milo 202 did not disappoint. What a great property! Beautiful layout and decor with comfortable beds. Great proximity to pool. The only issue we had was the sliding sectional pieces haha they could use some pads on the bottoms to keep them in place on the smooth floors! SRP management even accommodated our last minute request for a late checkout!

This home was the perfect stay for our week exploring the Big Island! We had 9-10 adults the whole week and were completely comfortable with the bedrooms, bathrooms and living space. The house was immaculate and beautiful, and so close to so many beautiful beaches and historic sites. The kitchen was well stocked, as we did eat in most nights. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

House is gorgeous and perfect for large groups. Pool/workout room is steps away and very well maintained. The home has boogie boards, beach chairs, an umbrella, plenty of beach towels and is in a nice gated community. Any problems that we had were very quickly remedied and communication was excellent. Very accommodating and loved this home. Clean with nice beds and bedding. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

there was a slight delay in getting in the property due to the door locks code, also the bbq needs to be looked at as had problem lighting up all the burners
